I purchased a monthly membership for the wash, wax and wheels package. After it was complete and I drove over to vacuum the inside, I found numerous places that I had to rub to make clean. The wheel cleaning could have been better.Excellent vacuum.I’ll continue to use. Maybe my expectations were too high.

This place is the best car wash I’ve been at and you get to clean the inside yourself so if it’s not clean inside that’s your own fault. But the car wash is good and the tire cleaner is amazing. Thanks the Lyons Family

The car wash was alright but the price we were charged $8 was not the price on the sign.

I used to work there and they are not a good place to get your car washed also they were not good too me as a employee or I a former employee and I just want to say i was a good employee it was the management that was not good almost the whole time I worked there so please don’t get fooled by them

Vacuums dont work at all. The carwash barely works. They dont even scrub your wheels and bumpers anymore. Dont waste your time. Just go to pals.

GooGoo has changed their pricing structure more than doubling the cost of their basic service. You can still pay 7$ but they no longer brush your car unless you pay 15$. this is more than double the price for the same service- not a good value and there are plenty of other places to get your car wash.

Over charged me for a cheap car wash

It was raining when I went (I know, I know, getting my car washed in the rain🤦🏻‍♀ it wasnt raining when I first got there 😂) but the little fellow saw me taking a second and come to realize my window didnt roll down so I opened my door slightly and he put my money in for me so I wouldnt get wet! The guys were super sweet. 😌

My car still had pollen on it when I got home. They missed a few spots..... not a deal breaker though. They care enough about their customers to make it right.

FORGET ABOUT PALS CAR WASH. Goo Goos auto wash does an awesome job on both tires and the back of your car, something that Pals could never do. Additionally, Goo Goos folks dont wear metal belt buckles that scratch your car paint when they lean over your car. Wish I had discovered them years ago. AND THEY ARE CHEAPER THAN PALS!

Took my girlfriends car to get it washed. The car wash itself is ok. Needs upgraded. Cory looked at my car and sent back through. Was very polite and respectful. Have been using this place for some time. Nice staff just needs an upgrade.

For paying 21.00 for a wash. It looked like a 10 year old did it. If I had time. They would of been told about it.

The first time I went through the wash, there were still a lot of bugs on the front of my car. As I was vacuuming the inside, the GM came up to me and said he wasnt happy with my car wash and asked if Id let them redo it for me. He personally scrubbed the bugs off and then ran me through the best wash that they offer. Very impressed! I will definitely be going back!

Great service and makes washing your can fun and easy. Lots of washing options and free do-it-yourself vacuuming is also a plus.

Good car wash though the rinse could be better. Must wipe down all areas to be sure the soap is all of the painted surfaces. Nice free vacuum and paper towels and glass cleaner available

Went today around 4:30. There was a young guy and girl there. I asked the girl if i could tip and she said um yes and then snatched the money out of my hand. It was 6 dollars and was meant for her to split with the guy. I thought it was rude and odd but went on through the wash and circled around to the guy. I asked him if she split it with him and he said no and that he would talk to her about it. I hope he got his half, but thought that was so rude of her. The wash itself was alright but will go elsewhere if employees are going to steal from their coworkers.

This place is my new addiction. I hated going to car washes and never getting enough vacuum time, or wash time for that matter. They were such a rip off so I stopped going to car washes all together. My son told me about this place having unlimited vacuuming and I had to check it out.For $7 you get a quick front/back brush down by attendants, an air freshener and an awesome auto-washing with a cute logo light show. Then off to the vacuum station where there are handy, ginormous rolls of paper towels, window cleaner, mat cleaning stations and ENDLESS vacuuming. This is my cars version of a spa. Score!

This location does not change out parts or due Maintenance. The parts are old and cause damage to your vehical. The metal track is warped and causes babnging in the wheel very hard not the normal way either. Corporate needs to come on down and take a look at how this is being run.

Every vehicle that came out was not rinsed at all and its not cleaning them. Had to take home and wash it myself!

I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone ever again. The employee, Thomas Vick, lied about being able to cancel my account because we were moving. They charged me for a month after we moved. Cindy Richards in the corporate office refused to refund me, and treated me as I was to blame for their employees errors. She hung up the phone on me when I told her I was going to voice a complaint. Rude, terrible customer service! Pals car wash is 100 times better!

I Get the express wash which looks as good as the premium cycle for 3 times the price. Free vacuums also. Best wash for the money in Dalton.
