Most of the people seem to have a good experience in this shop. But Im not. It is so disappointing this google review system.It is a terrible experience for me.I had a service a year and 6months ago for replacing 4 tires and alignment.But this terrible, unprofessional, and unhonored services have made me spent a lot of money and waste time.I attached the pictures for two rear tires but the front tires also same quality issues.My car pulls to one side, uneven steering, Vibration, uneven tire wear.Im sure they sold used tires and worked their job unprofessionally.After then I had to pay $ 2000 or more for while to fix my car.And I requested a full refund but they didnt respond any.Please be careful this place. Due to this place, I have learned I need to study vehicle maintenance myself.

A little shady. I dropped my diesel car off clearly stating it was diesel. I was told a basic oil and filter would be 90$. I got a ride to work since he said it would be after lunch before they got to me. I got a call 30 minutes later from a manager saying a diesel oil change would be 160$. I asked why since it was a full synthetic oil change already and the filter doesn’t cost more. He said labor cost but the labor is the exact same. Drain oil, change filter, fill oil. I was headed out of town when I got off so I was stuck. After 80,000 miles I have never had the low oil light come on. There has been no leak in my driveway. So not only did I get a bait and switch on the price I also got less oil last week.

Honest!!!! unlike many of the dealership service departments, Sextons Chevron is honest. Their prices are fair, the work is quality, the staff is friendly. It doesnt get any better than that.

I brought my pile of junk Ford to them and they fixed it. They completed an LS swap and it turns out it just needed a real engine. I’m not sure why Ford doesn’t just go to the LS engine. The younger brother with a fedora was such a gentleman!

We broke down south of Dalton on I-75, and had our minivan towed here after getting a recommendation from a former Sextons employee we ran into. They didnt know us from Adam, knew we were from out of town and would not be repeat business, and yet we were treated honestly and fairly. When they told us what was wrong, we did some web research and verified that they were correct and that the price was fair. They also were patient in waiting till we could come up and get it a week later, even though they were limited on storage space. We were very pleased with our repair, and do highly recommend them based on great service, fairness and integrity. If I lived here, this is where I would have my cars repaired!

Best mechanics Ive been to! I had an 06 Altima with many issues that the dealership couldnt figure out how to fix. Sextons was able to fix it by the next day without any issues afterwards. I take all my vehicles to them and highly recommend them. They also service my Mercedes and Honda Pilot at great prices. Everything is upfront and they disclose all prices and charge a fair price. 5 stars!

The gentleman who helped me was nice and actually gave suggestions on where to fix my car cheaper than Volvo can. He didnt charge me for the diagnostics test he ran on my car even though he was out $80 .
