Pam Bevil and her team have been really great to us. They have even called us back on our home phone after hours. She has replied to numerous emails. Shes a really great agent. She even takes time to look at what we have each year and tell us whether we should get another discount or maybe we should change the policy somehow. We have 4 vehicles and our home covered. I can see how people really love this agent!

This review is for Julie Edwards, Customer Service Representative...State Farm...I met with Julie on December 12, 2019 regarding a windshield problem. Within a few minutes she received the necessary information and called the repair shop and we set up an appointment for Monday, December 16th. Michael from Xpress Auto Glass arrived at approximately 2:00 p.m. and replaced my windshield with no problems. The service was excellent and I am so thankful to Julie for her expert knowledge and making this experience a real pleasure!!!!! Julie deserves a five star rating for her helping me make a hard job easy!!!!
