Wish I could give this place five stars. The lady is very helpful she will go out of her way every time to do anything you need.. or to assist you in any way she can. But dont expect the guy to do anything he doesnt say hello doesnt ask if you need anything just sits in his chair.. Ive been here 4times. Not once has he said hello, or tried to assist me when he clearly isnt doing anything...

Progressive is very over rated. The lady inside office is very very nice and helpful. Going to renew some where else
