Wow, I wasnt expecting the rudeness and unprofessional way these people handled my phone call. I called to inquire about carriers they sell commercial polices for, the male that answered the phone abruptly said he could not help me and put me on hold for Jeff. After an extremely lengthy time on hold, Jeff never came on the line. I finally hung up and called back, my call was answered by Jeff, he offered no reason or apology for totally ignoring my original call. I inquired as to particular carriers as before and was spoken to with a discourteous unprofessional attitude, like I was bothering him. It was late in the day and maybe he had a bad day, but that is not the attitude to take with a potential new customer. Well, I will not bother these people again. Is this any way to handle potential new customers? Ive been a Property & Casualty adjuster for over 18 years and dealt with many different insurance professionals and I am appalled by the unprofessional, rude, inexcusable attitude expressed by this agency towards a potential new customer. I hope they dont treat their policy holders this way!
