Ordered part was delayed in coming in. Not their fault, but I would have appreciated updates from them, rather than me having to call in 4 different times.Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with job well done. I was overcharged initially which they brought to my attention and gave me a refund. I wouldn’t have known. Very honest and reputable place.

Awesome place to do business! The customer service is off the chart. I received daily updates on my vehicle. Extra care was taken to make sure my car was repaired to my satisfaction and left ultra clean. I talked with Omar a good bit and found him friendly, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. He stayed late so that I could get me car return to me. He also took care of calling Enterprise to return my rental car. I also spoke with Monica, and treated me like I was her only customer. Was delayed 3 times. Too slow!! Unable to meet their own deadlines. When you talk to someone about the car they dont seem to know what the Hell they are talking about.

They do great work. Wish they’d noticed my oil change light was on, I could have had them do that before I picked it up, but that may be asking too much. Everyone I dealt with was efficient, courteous, and put the customer first. I recommend them.

They work my 2019 Toyota Corolla for small Damage, promise at 2 weeks take another week don’t call to meI am at the shop 5:45pm waiting for the carWhen I see the car the right fender are open like 1/4” and front doors are not even and a black tape near to windshield are looseThey are fixing now 6:00 pm

This place was awesome.My wifes car flooded pretty badly. Everything was very muddy and looked terrible. We took it to CarStar and they inspected the engine/transmission. The did what was needed to get our engine and transmission fixed up and they did the interior work.My wife is very satisfied with the car. It looks like a brand new car honestly - engine bay and all.The gentleman we dealt with was very nice and professional. He made sure we understood everything that was going on and answered all of our questions. This was all at an unbelievable price too.I could not recommend this place enough.

World Class Service and very professional work! Super quick turnaround. Had an awesome rental truck from Enterprise, big Ram Rebel but my truck was done so quickly I didn’t have a chance to get use to it. This is an amazing auto body repair shop. Arguably the best in north Georgia. I brought my car in for massive hail damage repairs, and Kens did a fantastic job of removing the dents and re-painting my hood, as well as fixing my molding. They went above and beyond for me, and I greatly appreciate it.I especially want to thank the manager, Eddie, as well as Caleb and Jessica for being so kind and helpful. Car start in dolton fix my car that was involved in a wreck. They did not put my car under any diagnostic. They also did not check anything related to the wreck under the hood or the brake boosters that were showing on the dashboard as tracking my check engine light was on when I brought it to them. They gave me an estimate concerning my check engine light also when I turned it into my insurance company. for some reason they did not run a diagnostic on my car I received my car and all my lights were still on and I also had extra light that came on which included my tire in the front which was not involved in the accident. So I ended up with more problems to my car after the fact of them supposed to fix it. They have very good great customer service the people were very friendly and I would go back to them. I would only make sure that you check everything that was wrong with your car before leaving. They do have great service you just have to make sure their service is checked by U2 get the best quality of service with your car.

Excellent job fixing my truck after a wreck

Took over three weeks to get my car back! I was told it would be ready In a week and then got the run around for two weeks after that! The car wasn’t cleaned when given back! They messed up the electronics in my car and had to send it to Toyota to get fixed! I should have just taken it to Toyota to get fixed in the first place👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The outside of my car looks good, but a tire light was on when I picked it up, the car is making a noise it wasn’t before the wreck, the front blinker light that was hit doesn’t work and it reeks of a strong glue smell.
