Clean facility and easy but secure access. Masks required. Gloves encouraged.

Company Im with was hosting with them for 10+ years. Everything was fine until we wanted to spend more money. Sales guy wouldnt answer the phone, took weeks to respond to each email. Finally had enough and decided to start shopping around and discovered we could get way more for less basically anywhere else. So we moved. Despite giving proper notice (confirmed through email trail) theyve apparently gone after the guy who originally opened the account personally. If you want to overpay for a decade and then get sued when you leave this place is great. Otherwise try ANYWHERE else.

I am a customer of TierPoints facility in Dallas for more than 5 years now. On-site technicians are incredible professionals, saved my startup many times, and I am forever grateful!

Datacenter infrastructure is great, their tech support is awesome, but forget about making a change on your account or communicating with billing, once they close you as a client, they wont reply back, been trying to modify our bandwidth allocation for almost 1 year, no kidding almost one year over 30 emails sent and still no response, already negotiating with cyrusone; so stupid to have a great enterprise and your customer service plain sucks killing all the positive experience.

One of the best Data Centers is Dallas.

There is no better data and colocation facility in the DFW metro than Tierpoint. Jay Mosher is the most experienced and knowledgeable professional there is in this space. I highly recommend Jay and his team.

Been at the colocation like.... 10 years never had an issue.

Horrible. Clueless staff and unable to answer basic questions. Sometimes takes 20+ min to open a door. No security on staff, this is bad for a datacenter. Located in a bad part of town when you need to be onsite at 3am.

Great experience at this facility.

Handles all my information and data needs both through put and storage.
