I forgot his name but the tall african american man who works nearly every day is so incredibly helpful and kind! He went out of his way to make sure I got the best deal and was so friendly. Definitely recommend. :)

I went in to pay my mobile bill, and didn’t know that they do not take mobile payments in store. I had literally JUST paid my wifi bill the day before. Well, Keavan took the cash payment, then when i asked if it went to my mobile account, he started swearing and essentially told me that I should know better that they don’t take mobile payments (yeah first time paying in store…) and that it would be a hassle to give me a refund. So i told him i needed a refund anyway (this is my phone bill money…I do not have extra…) and finally they agreed to process it and said they would call me in 2 days to come get my refund. I have been waiting for a WEEK without a call and they still have my money. There is no phone number to contact the store directly, and i sent an email to the address they gave me and have not received a reply. I’m going to have to drive half an hour each way to go into the store and see if they will give me my money back or if I’ve been robbed.Shenanigans.
Juan and the manager were amazing people. Highly recommend this store. Just dont come in coughing up a storm like a woman did lol.
They have nothing in stock. they DO NOT have a public number to call and ask about the inventory so I have had to go up there 3 times to just get told they dont have any iPhone. I could have ordered online but they only offer 2 day shipping.
Several times Ive had issues getting things handled through Spectrum without worried about Commission, but the guy that worked with me today was professional and did excellent work

They set you up then you find out you have to pay extra to rewind!!!😖 On regular t.v!!! This is as basic as power on off and volume control and they want more money to do that!. The store was quick to help to sign me up but absolute No Help after that. Bad business!

Before we switched to spectrum mobile we went to this store to exchange equipment because it didnt work. When we got spectrum mobile they were excited for us to switch but in a couple of weeks later when we exchanged equipment because it broke again they were in a rude addititude saying did you call customer service? Like they just only wanted get more customers money. Since they were only excited for new services and not exchanging equipment and it was the same guy who was excited on switching to Spectrum mobile and also the equipment of this store is refurbished or used nothing is new from this store. If you want to exchange equipment call customer service they provide new equipment. Then take your faulty equipment at the ups or fedex store.

Was very helpful. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I didnt have to wait in line to pay my cable bill and as soon as I handed my payment over my cable was turned back on in less then 3 to 5 mins. It was asap. And had friendly and welcoming customer service.
James was friendly, professional, and efficient. He spent ample time with my husband and me educating us about Spectrums different cable packages, as well as honest details on taxes and fees. Great experience, knowledgeable employee!

I had put off dealing with my Spectrum accounts because I was worried it would be a complicated mess. But I finally made an appointment at the storefront on Garland road in Dallas. Nick and James greeted me with enthusiasm and confidence. I already had a Spectrum account. I was inheriting a home with an existing account. I needed to transfer and cancel and combine and hopefully save money in the end. Nick went to work and handled every unique request I made of him. I had warned him it would be a challenge. Not only did I walk out with all of my requests handled, but I had a better plan for less money per month. It was all because Nick and James were determined to find solutions that solved all of the problems I presented. Im using my faster than fast internet as I type this to say THANKS for making a dreaded errand into a victory.

The people there are extremely nice. Although beware of Google maps directions, this place is in between The Home Depot and Marshalls.
