I have been a member for 9- 10 months now. And they have always been professional courteous and kind as of now still have not had any issues with them. If you are able to become a member do it. $39.99 and you can go every day if you want to.

You gotta purchase a card & put $ on to use the washers. Dryers are free. Sometimes hard to find a dryer bc a lot of them are broken, and they rope off 1/3 off the place for staff to use only

So my washer and dryer broke down had not been in a laundry mat in years. I was going to give the place a 5 star rating because the place was extremely clean and super organized. I arrived about 8:25pm and I was under the impression that the place closed at 11:00pm, so based on that I went and had dinner close by thinking I had time and when I came back to my surprise the employee on duty ( by the name of Donna?) told me she had put some of my laundry in the dryer because they close at 9:45pm. I told her but your hours say until 11pm. She said that because of the pandemic it closes at that time. There was no sign anywhere on the doors indicating change of hours. The lady was rushing me out by pacing back and forth, not considerate at all. I even explained to her my machines broke and that I had not been to a laundry mat in years but she did not care. I felt she should of been considerate. Long story short if you are going to wash do so before 8 pm. That is not a way to treat customers.

Very clean and everything usually works, if something isnt working when i go its almost always fixed by the next time i visit. The dryers are free which is a plus and we use laundry cards which is also a plus so i dont have to dig for change.

Always clean, friendly and helpful staff, Ive never had an issue with wash or dry, and I feel safe and comfortable waiting inside by myself.

Nice place to do laundry until today. Came in at 9pm to do a very small load of laundry and were refused to do our wash because she said they close at 10pm when she pointed the sign out to us the sign reads the last load at 945pm and closes at 11pm and that they have been closing since the pandemic at 10 but we have always done our laundry every week here and we were never told the hours changed and always had great experience until now. Never coming back.

Very clean. All machines work. Staff on site to help. Best laundromat I have seen in this area and Dallas! Also Had Free Dryers!! Will be coming back.. machines also use card system which is way better than quarters. You wont lose money in individual washer/dryers.

This place is awesome! You dont have to worry about finding a store that will let you get $20.00 in quarters that you have to feed in to a machine that will, inevitably, eat a third of them w/o giving you credit. This store has a card system in which you load a dollar value on to using your credit or debit. No more fXXking quarters!!! BIG machines for those HEAVY loads. FREE DRYERS!!!! They even have an ice cream machine you can access while you wait. The ONLY drawback Ive found so far, is that there are no chairs, so nowhere to sit in-between loads. Small price to pay for all the perks.

Always clean. Never any issues with machines or payment device. I wish there was another alternative to having to go wait out in your car while washing. I noticed the dryers stop randomly and therefore i spend alot of time running back and forth from the car and inside to make sure my load hasnt stopped. Maybe thats is why drying is free.

If Im going to spend $20 to wash my clothes I expect the washing machines to be working properly and not having to rush to the bathroom to fill up a torn up detergent container with tap water. On top of that one would also expect the dryers to have basic maintenance like cleaning out the lint collector to avoid over heating

The lady that works at night is SOOO RUDE! She followed me around and kept telling me I had too many clothes! And asking if I was done that I was taking up the machines. I was 1 of maybe 4 people doing laundry. There were MORE than enough machines.And I was only using 4 washers. I will never come back here again

Wow, compared to any other laundromat myself and my partner have been to, this is by far the very best. Easy to use machines, water is full! This is the best place we have been. The prices are great. It was our first time here, we have lived in Dallas and nearly next door! Yet somehow we skipped over this place. What a shame, because it was not noisy, the dryers were free when you wash. The managers owners and staff were so helpful and nice. I read over these reviews and smh! Some of y’all be lying about this place. Or maybe you were having a bad day! But this place is worth it. Don’t listen to any negative and come see this place for yourself. Your sanity and wallet will thank me! I actually enjoyed laundry instead of dreading it! To the owner who personally helped me! I LIKE washing there because its ALWAYS cool or warm depending on the weather. The washers are GOOD and the FREE dryers is a plus. But the workers there ARE ALWAYS SO RUDE!!! Ill JUST leave it at THAT.

Ill give this place a 3 star rating on cleanliness ..but as for the prices it aint worth it plus they have signs that say free drying for customers well it aint free drying I spent over ten bucks on washing clothes then had to pay for drying..then when I talked to the lady that works there all she could say was it was free drying when I tried to explain to her that the dryers charged me ..had 5 dollars on my card then after I put the card in the dryers I only had .10 cents on my card..wont be back..

Super clean (no smelly washers), great staff, & they have wifi. Also the ac/ventilation is great. We all know how hot laundromats get in Texas! This place is breezy & cool. Washers are paid for with a little card you buy there. Dryers are free.

Its clean and nice, I dont like that that they make you get a money card and charge you $2 for it. Then you have to load more money in increments of $10. Unless you have a lot of laundry or you come back often its not worth it.

This place is garbage! They were very rude to me even though I was polite and respectful. The owner made me separate my one load into two so she could get more money off me. The dryer was huge and my basket was only half full. Im never coming here again and you shouldnt either. There are better laundromats in the area.

Reminder that last call for a load is at exactly 9:45PM. Make sure you get here an hour and fifteen mins before close or you can’t wash. also you have to buy a card to load credits.

Really liked this place. Its really clean, the staff is super nice, and it has amazing washers and dryers. The only cons are the machines only use cards that cost $2 no quarters and the staff doesnt speak fluent in English. But, its totally worth it.

First time here and I didn’t know what to do because they have a card system Vers coins.But quickly the very nice lady working here came to me and asked if I needed assistance and she walked me through the whole process and was very friendly and nice! Not to mention the place is very clean and a/c works very nice!

Water smells like sewage. I asked a couple of users there to smell the washers and they agreed. I noticed after I washed my clothes and they smelled so I then went around and smelled the other washers and they smelled like sewage water too. If you use a fabric softener or a great smelling detergent you may not smell it, but even with my mine I could still smell it. Left a note for the owner and I hope he quickly resolves this problem because I actually like the facility.

Here right now. This place is clean and the washers & dryers work good. You dont need quarters because you get a card to use in the machines.

I’ve never had any issues. Everyone is always helpful. Even when I know what I am doing they still try to make sure I get what I want.. never messy it’s always clean. I wish they were more strict on no soliciting. Even loitering. I know it can be hard. But it is ok to tell people to leave if they are harassing you or your customers. To many times Ive left quicker rather than folding up my clothes because someone’s asking for money. Someone is screaming for money. Or someone wants to know if I’ll buy shoes from them. Today a man came in (homeless) and just stared at me while I waited for my clothes. I mean come on… That’s super uncomfortable. I work in the city too. If you don’t set ground rules it will continue to happen unfortunately.

Ive never seen so many functioning washers and dryers in one place! Very clean, free wifi, free dryers, plenty of folding tables and helpful staff. These are card use units and yes its $2 for the card. The card can be loaded with cash or credit/debit and they will even buy the card back from you if you want. They even have a cash bill dispenser that break down your larger bills. I live in old east Dallas and I have about 3 laundry centers within walking distance of my house. I think this place will be my new go to for laundry.

This place is awesome year round. Warm and cozy in the winter time and fresh and cool in the summer time. Although parking spaces can be occupied fast; its an over all great experience .Except this last visit something felt strange once arrival usually the atmosphere is real friendly and joyful, kids playing and laughing making it a worth a trip to do laundry. I mean be serious even kids hate laundry day! Well I figured it out, the weird vibe and oddness energy was that the whole kids area was removed! No games 😣 the arcade is gone! The music box that was available with the latest songs was gone! Noo.?!. I wonder who thought of this ?! I bet that its defiantly someone who doesnt go out of their comfort zone to go wash at a public laundry mat! Ahh man! My kids arent entertained, time for sure goes slow now, doing laundry will never be the same..R.I.P to good ol laundry days!! Boooo!! 😣

I been coming here for over 8 yrs. Not once have I had a problem here, older Hispanic lady with salt and pepper hair was so rude. I let her know that the door to the washer I was using was locked and a door code lock came up. I had already inserted my card and was charge and the machine did not start. I let her know and she pressed the knob and I had to pay again. According to her I was at fault and cannot her reimbursed and accused me of lying. Even the lady next to her told her the machine had charged double and that I should get reimbursed . This lady was so rude and argumentative, over money that doesnt belong to her to begin with. I called the number on the entrance and was only able to leave a voice message for Adam. I doubt Ill get a call back. I have came to this place twice a week for over 8 years spendin $15-$20 each time, machine charged me $5.39 so much for providing good customer service.

Place says it closes at 11, refused to open the door at 9:45 pm a friday, i just needed to wash 2 loads, i have a working dryer at home. But i couldnt even explain myself in english due to obvious language barrier. I washed 2 loads a week here regularly, needless to say i wont be back.Moral of the story. Last wash is really 1.5 hours before the advertises closing time.......

There is a worker that is very very racist. I hand washed my cloths with soap I bought at the laundry mat and was told if I didnt use the machines I couldnt dry here. She locked the bathroom saying we couldnt use it cause we arent washing here. Its only this specific lady. She pretends to speak no English ( your in Texas English is our first language) Ive tried multiple times to make complaints about her yet they go in answered. Its very appalling to be treated this way for no reason at all. If anyone knows how to make a complaint that is heard please lmk. Today is Tuesday April 11th at 10:02 am...So they know who is working right now....

Well, there is a lady who does not know who she thinks she is in that place that yells at you and she goes with the children, and so that they know who she is, she is working today on day 3, 07, 20 in the morning

I really like Xpress Wash because it has many machines that helps each person who comes here to this place a lot to do their things much faster.

The first days of the month the place is full of people working for the university laundry, so the tumble dryers stop every 5 minutes and the washing machines are busy.Also, one of the attendants is rude, disrespectful, does not speak English, but is rude to Latin people.Another of the attendants is very soft, people use the baskets / carts, to transport their clothes, but then they take possession of them and put their bags, wallets etc and she does not tell them anything out of pity ...Summarize: A place with a good location, employees 50/50% good and bad.The equipment is good, but it is always very full, if you plan to visit it, it takes patience and do not neglect your washing machine, if not, they will take your clothes out and put it in a corner.
