Nice clean place. I only go on weekdays after work and it’s never crowded or anything. The man who is usually here is very nice and they do “wash and wine Wednesday”. I like that. Highly recommend.

This place is the best place to wash in the area! It’s always nice and clean and all the machines work. You can also use your debit card to pay for the machines! The staff is great they have helped me to my car with my clothes! They have a nice area for the kids and vending machines, TVs, you name it!

Nice clean place, the Hispanic lady that works in the afternoons was more than anyone could ask for in a laundromat attendant, she needs her pay increase by at least 50%,... Competitive prices... I Would recommend this place to just about anyone, plus they serve wine!!!

I’ve been going to the wash and dry for over a year now. This is by far the best laundromat I’ve ever been to. Clean, washers and dryers always work, vending machines, TVs, prices are good and the workers are always very kind. I spoke with the owner one day and I can see why he runs his business the way he does. He’s a very kind, passionate man. As long as I live in this area, I’ll go to this wash and dry, none of the others can compete!

Great! Clean, spacious. There’s always a nice breeze going so it doesn’t get too hot with the dryers running. There’s alway counter space to use to fold clothes. I find it’s best going in the evenings.

A very nice place, clean, complimentary bottled water and hand sanitizer.I used an extremely large washing machine that was big enough for washing two loads of clothes and a large comforter all at the same time.The plane engine sized dryers are a quarter.That meant my entire wash bill was ten dollars.They make sure everyone is masked up too, which is a good thing.Im glad this is the Laundromat closest to me because its a good one.They even have specials on their bundle service and the TVs are on english speaking channels.I recommend J&J Wash and Dry

Very nice place to wash clothes. Even got help with clothes from car!!! Better check out those massage chairs too, only a buck for about 3 minutes.

Clean Laundromat. Friendly service, offered me free water, told me about their deals. Wasn’t crowded (when I went atleast). Overall very nice experience and well maintained place. Even left my wallet & it was kept till I showed up.

This place is Extremely nice, & clean and that is hard to find these days. It is also pretty cheap. I washed and dried a small load for $2.50 and that is cheap compared to most places.

Love coming here. They have the best deal on Tuesdays (60 cents per pound). Super friendly and never had an issue. Really clean and nice. We come here almost weekly.

Employees are very friendly and helpful.All machines are nearly brand new. Definitely the cleanest laundromat Ive ever seen. The owner definitely takes pride in his business. The main purpose I use is drop off dirty, pick up clean. A little more expensive at a dollar per pound but to have my laundry washed dried and FOLDED for me, its well worth it.

Thank you to the owner for immediately greeting me, helping me figure out the ins and outs, and even assisting me car side to bring my things inside. He was very friendly and attentive to everyone that came and went. Not to mention the water he gave me, simply as a kind gesture for being a patron! The place is clean, nice, and organized. All the machines were easy to use, worked well and fast! Had my kids come along, they would’ve loved the video games and kids area where Netflix was playing. Such a great experience! And as I left, he assisted me again to get my belongings back to my car. I came from Lancaster, way out of my way, all because of the reviews I read. This is much closer to my job. Maybe I’ll come after work before I head home. But the drive was worth it when my dryer at home suddenly gave out this week. Thank you for the great laundry experience!

This Laundromat is very big and clean. There are plenty of washers and dryers. Depending on the day and the time, it can be crowded with people but hey we are all there for one purpose only...to do laundry. The people who work here are very kind and friendly. Always helping those by the door and offering water. Ive been here many times, and I enjoy every trip.Cons: No free dryers but worth it.

Great place! The owner and staff are wonderful! I came a little late for the last wash and they welcomed me in and even helped me by my bringing a cart out and get my clothes in. Also very nice and clean they even have a kids area. I will definitely be going back.

We have used laundry mats for 3 years and J&Js is by far the best place we have ever used! I am disabled and they help us get our laundry inside and bring us carts for our laundry. The owners and staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They have daily specials and give you a cold bottle of water when you arrive! There are 4 tvs and a play area for kids. You can relax in amazing massage chairs and comfortable in an air-conditioned & very clean environment. Best place ever!

The owner, Derriest, was very friendly, nice & attentive. He provided great business etiquette. great hospitality, extremely welcoming. It’s the best & cleanest launder service I’ve EVER come across. It’s a 3-in-1 business where they provide laundry service to the public, a small catering service with delicious-amazing BBQ food & a drop-off laundry service. It’s a business which I highly recommend to anyone.

This is absolutely the best laundry mat I have ever been to in Texas. They rush to the car if they see you need help, they make sure you dont need anything to drink and the atmosphere is amazing! I love it here

I am amazed at this establishment. Super clean, awesome customer service, and overall just a great experience. This was my 1st time and when I got out of my car a young man meet me in the parking lot and helped me transport all of my dirty laundry inside. What? Ive never seen that anywhere else!!!! He foot me set up on washers and i was free to wash away. He then came back to see if I needed anything and then introduced himself as the owner. Yesthe owner helped me to bring in my laundry.. Not just me but every car in the parking lot. I watched him speak to people, assist others to get their clothes to dryers and even back out to their cars. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! OH and he handed out free bottle water to customers. Not too long after, a lady came by and asked if I was pleased and i explained to her that I will never ever go anywhere else. Thank you J&J. Absolutely Dallas best business. They deserve an award. Please go by there for any laundry services. You will find it to be beyond words good. And they have free wine on Wednesday!!!

I used their drop off service for 10 large bags of teenage laundry and they returned within hours. The staff was friendly, went above and beyond, and did a fantastic job washing and folding. I told the lady who helped that I absolutely love this place. Also its half the price of other establishments!

New place.Very clean.Very helpful staff.First time to use their bundle service.Rebecca did a great job with a large amount of laundry (6 tubs) returned to me cleaned folded and in the tub as I had them sorted. Thank you.They use Tide+Downey so the clothing was in great shape. They will use you favorite detergent if you provide.For example my wife has allergies, so next time I will bring her clothes and her special detergent in the same tub.

If you go early in the morning depending on your wash load you can be in and out in less than an hour. Big guy who runs the place is kind of creepy but he keeps to himself. Place is kept in good clean condition.

This place is always clean and very kid friendly. Narelee was friendly, helpful, and did a great job washing and folding my clothes. Ill ask for her everytime. Definitely recommend!

Went a little later in the evening just to dry clothes. Found a 100 bucks in the parking lot! Score! The gentleman working came out and gave us a free water. Very clean inside and while I dont think its in a great part of the neighborhood I would definitely go back to dry my clothes again

I tend to go mondays when its not busy like a weekend. Rebecca is so nice. All I do is put my clothes and soap in the washers and she starts them for me. Its super clean. They provide water for you & theres a corner store if you want snacks :)

I got out the car and this nice young man comes out with a cart and I’m thinking ok is he passing through? Lol he was trying to help me out with the rest of my stuff. Then he offered me a bottled water. I’ve never been to a washateria and have been treated so nice!!!
