I’ll give it a 5 stars but the restrooms are never available. They have been out of order for months. Other than that everything is good. Machines work perfect and is always clean. I been to different laundry mats and I got to tell you. This one is the best for me in the Dallas pleasant grove area. I like the system they have with the laundry carts.

I been coming to this place since it open and and this my favorite place to come wash. Very nice staff and very clean, like the fact that you don’t have to keep carrying lose change and instead have their own card to wash.

The ladies that work their are so rude like every time I go they talk about you in Spanish. They act like you cant understand them but I can.

The worst. Arrived at 9:43 with 1 load of clothes and the owner refused to allow my daughter and I to wash. I wonder why I was denied access and the closing time is at 11...no one who looks like me should patronize this establishment.

I go every weekend. I love how they keep it clean and fresh and how clean the machines get my clothes.

Excellent staff

The owner of this establishment should have a serious meeting with his attendants, especially the two ladies working today (time 7:45 -12:00) shift. They are rude and seem to be partial to only people of their nationality.

The employee ladies are very old and rude. You can barely walk around without them bothering you by sweeping or mopping your feet. They look tired all the time and are so rude.
