My fiance and I had my engagement ring custom made here. He took several pieces from both of our families to create my beautiful ring and was so lovely to work with! We told him what we liked and he put together several draft options to choose from. Then we got a 3D print of the actual ring to make sure I loved it. It is such a special piece that we will both cherish forever, thank you so much!

This is a great little local jeweler who does great work at a reasonable price. I had my wedding band enlarged a full size. they also looked at some family jewelry to let me know if it was worth anything at no charge..

I could not be more pleased with the ring these incredible men made for me! I went in and picked out 3 pieces of jewelry I liked and they made a note for my husband who went in and picked one out and then they made a brand new ring for meat to his specifications.... I saw a ring with 3 little rubies and they made me the most magnificent mother’s ring!! Just Beautiful! So easy to work with and excellent quality AND price!!

I came in to get a very delicate gold chain necklace repaired, and they fixed it no problem in a few days, It ended up being a very affordable repair. I also wanted them to take look at my ring as it had become a little wonky from normal wear and he reshaped it and checked it out in a few minutes for free. I really appreciate their work and my necklace and ring look good as new! Thanks!

Absolutely fantastic! I’ve been in for watch battery replacements for $7 each and out in a couple of minutes. I’ve brought in a ring that was damaged from chemical corrosion. He cleaned it free of charge. And today he reshaped a sentimental childhood ring of mine that got caught on a piece of metal and was bent almost to oblivion. Not only did he reshape it to its original shape and polished it looking better than ever, I asked if he could replace the simple little gemstones that had long ago fallen out, and he found an even better price on the gemstones than he originally quoted me and passed the savings onto me. I cannot speak more highly of the service, price and integrity of this shop!

I have had links removed from two inexpensive watches and they did a great job, quickly, without making me feel judged, and didn’t charge much at all (nor did they damage the watch, which probably would have been easy given that the watches were cheap). I know that doesn’t seem like much, but the customer service was so exceptional and it mattered a lot to me.

This store and its employees are the best! After visiting other jewelry stores with subpar work and a lack of help, Ralph Austin Jewelers helped us by listening to our needs and by walking us through the repair process. Extremely affordable and so knowledgeable. Wish I could give more stars! I cannot recommend them enough.

Ive commissioned two pieces of custom jewelry from here. Each time Ive brought in a silver version and they cast it in gold and added diamonds. I could not be more happier with the result. I will be coming back and hope this place grows as word of mouth spreads.

Ive been to Ralph Austin Jewelers four times in the past few years. The first and second times were to have my then-fiancées engagement and wedding rings resized. The work was flawless and the prices were fair. The third time was to have the wedding ring engraved. The guy examined the ring and told me that it was too small to be engraved with a machine and recommended someone with either laser or hand-engraving capabilities. I took the ring to another jeweler downtown who was more than happy to stick it in his engraving machine, and the result was less than desirable (moral of the story: the folks at RAJ know their stuff and I should have listened to their advice). The fourth time was to have a quartz watch battery replaced. The work was done in less than 5 minutes while I waited, the time and date were set for me, and I was charged $8. Ive never had a watch battery changed that fast, and Ive been charged 3 times that amount by other jewelers in the area. Service is always prompt, and they have a nice selection of jewelry watches to browse while waiting. I cant see myself ever using another jeweler in Dallas.

Brought a ring here for sizing, got it back with the inscription buffed our and the ring was split where the sizing was done. Took it back, they kept it forever and again, got it back with a crack where it was sized. This is gold, not sure how they could foul this up twice and keep it for months in the process. Sorry, this is a basic task so I can’t recommend this place.

I see why this place has great reviews. My mother was visiting us from New Orleans and woke up with massive swelling in her finger and could not remove her ring. We tried EVERYTHING including the dental floss trick. This caused a great deal of stress (not to mention pain to my mother) because we had several plans that day that were almost thwarted because I thought I was gonna have to bring mom to the E.R, and spend a bunch of time and money. I called two other jewelry repair places that said they dont cut rings off. I found these guys and not only did Tanner cut it off in seconds, but he did it for free! My mom was so appreciative that she actually wanted to give him the ring to repair, along with other pieces. But Tanner was honest enough to tell her she should wait until she got back home and have someone do it there after giving her finger a chance to go back to normal. Im a business owner myself so I know the value of putting profit over people. Because if I know of anyone needing jewelry or jewelry repair, myself included, Im sending them here.

Great prices! also had a ring estimated here. I bought at an auction awhile back paid 695 he let me know it was worth about 2k! and its looks brand new again. had diamonds replaced one fell out.
