Im very impressed with The general manager Alex. He was very professional, knowledgeable, superb customer service, and assured me with confidence that my phone will be working before leaving his store! He delivered!Not knowing I was a brand new Verizon customer. I had purchased my note 9 off of Amazon Renewed. I was up late last nite trying to put the Sim Card that Verizon sent me with my online registration. I call this morning and was instructed to go into a store for a new Sim Card . I shared with Alex and the verizon store was inside the TA truck stop.He had informed me I was looking for a corporate store. When I asked could he give me the closest one. He told me come on in and he will assist me. He did just that! See im very big on customer service and big on giving reviews and some have help make the choice do I do business or not with them ! I will be doing business with Alex because he went beyond to help me and gave clear instructions for the process and I was switching from Apple to Android due to my business!So keeping things simple for me was a great impression.I will be contacting Alex about all my future verizon additions and new purchases like my watch active 3. Now whether you are a trucker or not I wasnt a trucker but Im in the business and Im thankful that God had him there to help me today and it was totally stress free and priceless! One of the best Verizon dealers Ive ever been too. Staff is extremely knowledgeable, and willing to put the work in for you. I picked up and S5e here a few months ago, and didnt even pay much more than before. Had a guy named Dale save me an extra $9 per month as he looked into what a new Note 20 would end up running.

I came in only to get a fuel receipt and I realized they had the fast chargers for my S20. Went to the desk the manger said yea we got them. I ended up walking out with my bill lowered and a discount charger. The manager is highly skilled and effective. Go see him

Only stopped at this truck stop for lunch....didn’t think I’d end up saving over $130 on my phone bill in the process. With over a decade of experience, the MANager Alex really knows his stuff. He went above and beyond to make that happen for me. Any owner-operator knows the value of saving a dollar. I’m just another driver trying to make it out here, and Alex really helped me out. The clerks were very knowledgeable, nice, and patient with my aging parents and the use of their cellphones.Also, this isnt a standalone Verizon store; its a Verizon desk/kiosk at the back of a major truckstop. This truckstop just off I.H. 20 and Bonnie View Rd has everything: from a gas station and convenience store with hot food, to baths with showers, to a TV lounge. All this in addition to the Verizon desk.
