I actually work at the distribution center in Dallas. Good company to work for with Deep roots in the community & always offers to those that are needing help a helping hand.Been with the NM Group for 13 1/2 years & going 👍

The pay is horrible, a lot of single mothers and homeless employees that cant afford rent off of the salary. Employees cant afford the merchandise even with the 30% discount. Only a certain group of people are recognized. The start time is not suitable for single working mothers that have no one else to get the children to school. Lunch is not long enough. The production system is unrealistic and stressful. Employees are over worked and underpaid. Neiman Marcus has been around for years and still accumulating old money and can afford to pay a higher wage. Its like a dictatorship. Not suitable for employees trying to save and make a decent living. Neiman Marcus needs to do better.
