Customer service is spectacular, the gentleman was exceptional. He went above and beyond to print me some Data sheets. The Caucasian lady (I suppose she is the secretary) overheats our conversation, she went and pulled out the caulking guns just to make sure they were in stock. They need to work on their front desk procedures. The same people that take your order, are usually the same that fills your order in the warehouse. This takes that person off the counter and inconveniences the next person in line especially when you consider theyre are only 2 people at the counter on any given day. So time your visits.
