Very long wait to pick up furniture. I spoke to the person at the front desk and she informed me that it might take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. Nebraska mart would never take this long. Had I known this wouldve been the wait I would have gone there instead. The process at the furniture store was very fast, but now I see why., because the process at the distribution center is very long. Thank you Conns but no thank you. zero stars.
Terrible service. I bought a computer desk and gaming chair. The delivery driver showed up with the desk and no chair. He then decided that he wasnt going to set up the desk because he had too many other things to set up that day. The associate that is helping me from my local Conns told my gf that if they dont set it up dont sign anything. As she was on the phone with the associate on speaker, when the delivery guy heard the associate say that over speaker, he just said bye and left. Now Im sitting here with my associate trying to get my stuff that I spent over $1000 on and the phone just keeps ringing. Oh, actually they just picked up and immediately hung up. Im never doing service with any part of this company ever again.

Rude. I arrived at 1:00pm and they didn’t give me my Tv until after 2:00pm. They loaded 3 trucks and all the other customers that arrived after me. They informed me that shift change is at 2pm let me remind you that I arrived at 1pm an entire hour before shift change and had to wait over an hour. They didn’t seem to care with. It was hot and gas is expensive but they seem to care less I’m not sure if it’s because we are black but the people that arrive way after us got their stuff also. All I had was a TV.
Had no problem getting in and out. I had a early morning appointment to be unloaded. So I went in the night before. Stayed overnight. Checked in at 6:15am .waited for door assignment. 6:35am I backed in dock. 7:30am I was on my way to my next pickup. Oh yeah my appointment time was 7:00am.
Conns - GREAT name for what they are, CONN ARTISTS. Hands down the worst experience I have EVER encountered. I have been defrauded. I am on day 17 with no resolution to this issue:I spent over $1300 on a couch and a rug. I chose to pick it up from their distribution center instead of having it delivered. I waited a total of 3.5 hours to pick up my items. At one point the warehouse employees shut the door and stopped giving people their items. A number of people were waiting and very disgruntled. Some left and some stayed to yell at the closed door and honk from their cars. After awhile it became clear that one shift had closed up shop and waited until their shift was over with the door closed, ignoring pick-up customers. Around 2 hours of waiting another crew is on the clock having to deal with all the irate customers. Someone from the warehouse then came outside and in a expletive-filled rant threatened us all with physical violence. Trying to lodge a complaint against this company is impossible. They re-route you to every other department accept to escalations or a manager, no matter how many times you ask. After my 6th transfer I asked an employee what department I had reached. He said what department do you want to reach. I said No, what department is this and he told me he couldnt tell me, while other departments had identified themselves. The store manager has been extremely unhelpful, saying he has sent emails, but he wont give me a contact number or email for anyone else. Supposedly no one from his distribution center has responded.Whatever the case is I would caution EVERYONE to not do business with this company. They lie, cheat and steal - Conns Where We Dont Care
The wait time was way longer than it should be. I also felt rushed when inspecting my side board so I didnt even inspect the table. The workers were nice but didnt want to open the items. Also the customers that were waiting was starting us down.
Horrible experience ever, went to get our new tv, we checked tv and looked perfectly fine from the outside, we were never offered to turn on the tv at all, so when we got home and set everything up the screen looked shattered i have tried multiple times to get a refund/exchange and had been told that nothing could be done. I payed $170 for our insurance to be told they could not do anything. Customer service told me i was able to get refund only on what i payed for my insurance, but have to file it online ( no agents are available online) ever!! So now i have to waist money on a brand new tv!
Store in Grand Prairie did not have the product I wanted in stock. Salesperson instructed me to retrieve product at the distribution center in Dallas. I never went to pick up the merchandise and told the salesperson to cancel the application. I did not authorize anyone to pick up the merchandise for me. Some how the merchandise was given out. The distribution center cannot provide any documentation of who the items were given too. Currently in dispute with CONNs and credit bureaus to rectify the situation. I predict I will have to get a lawyer very soon and file a lawsuit.
Have been waiting for 1hr for my order. And still no sign of it. They charge to much to deliver so that is why I decided to pick it up.

Seriously long waiting times. They loaded up 2 cars and then closed the bay doors and didnt say to anyone as to why. Theres 8 cars waiting plus 5 pulled up ready to load. I shouldve just paid the $80 and waited for 2 days to have it delivered if this is what you have to go through. Nobody here is being very informative or helpful. Just have your things delivered.
This place is horrible. Service is horrible. I expected so much coming from Conns. Warehouse takes forever. Don’t care about their customers. Waited hours just to get my stuff. It’s bad. If you’re reading this and you are considering to pick up, DONT. Not worth it. This warehouse needs attention. Or better management.

They have a pretty good system there when picking stuff up, need to have a better handle on the dock area though, was waiting in line for over 5 minutes and somebody tried to pull in my spot when somebody else pulled out

I am a trucker and I had a good experience here, the girl from receiving desk has a face mask as a care measure for the covid-19 but I could see she has beautiful eyes, she was also very kind, the man who unloaded my truck was very efficient, He did it in 45 min, plus, I arrived the night before of my appointment and they allowed me to sleep in his big and secure parking lot without problem, yes! I will come here again!
Horrible customer service take a long time to load up and they don’t even get all your stuff to you at once. Had to come back twice in one week to pick up a bed room set still got the wrong stuff the people inside the office are rude the people at the dock where more helpful then the office workers.
Worst experience ever....lazy employees. took over an hour for them to open the dock and get purchase. they didnt help me load to my truck, very unprofessional since the moment i walked in the main door, the lady in the front desk didnt even help. i had to get up from my seat and ask her when was it my turn until she realized there was people in the lobby that needed help with their pick up. will never go back there again and dont recommend to anyone. i called the phone number that was on the pick up slip to let them know we had been outside waiting for over an hour along with 5 other customers and they said they only had one person in the warehouse loading, but when they open the gates there were over 8 in there just messing around. 0 stars !!
They make you wait an extremely long time to bring your items out. We waited over an hour! I feel like us picking up our items ourselves instead of having them deliver them they would provide better customer service and appreciation. Makes it even worse given the fact you call ahead or schedule the pick up date and time at time of purchase, so they are aware and not prepared for their customers. Unorganized and very unprofessional!

I am currently waiting for a furniture delivery on a purchase I made over a week ago. Today will be the 3rd time my delivery gets pushed back. Whoever works at the warehouse and answers phones, was very unhelpful. I asked for the number to file a complaint and they gave me a wrong number. I keep getting told to call the store. My problem is not at the store. Its with the warehouse and their lack of transparency and unprofessional behavior. They dont answer questions and all you get is bs. I wish I wouldnt have decided to purchase furniture with this company simply because of the warehouse.
Attitude by front desk employee. She threw paper back at my fiancé asking her to wait until called. After reviewing all the reviews I’m not surprised. I paid for microwave at conns but they didn’t have it in stock and stated I could pick it up from warehouse same day. Bad idea apparently if having to deal with this horrible customer service. Never going back to Conn’a again. They really should address this.
Good place to deliver but receiving department NEED to step. Came in at 7:45 a.m my appointment was 8:00 a.m signed in and was told they will call me. Took over a while before they called to give me a dock . Not the first time this has happened.now apparently they put everything on hold and went for a meeting with other trucks on standby waiting for docks.Don’t care about the drivers at all.
It is an awful place, they take a long time to unload you, I would never return to a place like this ... they should send everyone, especially the supervisor who does not require them.

We were the first at the doc and they still loaded up two vehicles that showed up after us all the while were literally LOOKING at the small soundbar right infront of the door. We ask if we could just go ahead and get it they basically shushed us and said yea well get to you. 3 or 4 guys standing around and one working. So unprofessional.
F I could hit the 0 stars button I would. I purchased a TV from this place with insurance & when I moved it broke. I was told it was covered. During the process of trying to replace it a rep I spoke to advised me I didnt need it to get a new TV so I threw it away. Went to pick up my new TV & they said they wanted the broken one. I dont work for Conns so how was I supposed to know the rep was giving me incorrect information. I escalated the matter as far as It could go & still Conns did not care one bit about this issue & would not help me! Do not waste your time. On top of charging you an outrageous amount for appliances & furniture, they also do not strive for excellent customer service! Not one bit satisfied! I do not want this to happen to anybody else.

I am trucker. The Conns receiving depart at this place is really bad. I went this place to deliver a load, but it looks like they are doing you a favor by receiving their own load. My delivery time was 9:30 AM and I got there 8:30 AM. They gave me a delivery door at 11:00 AM. They finished unloading at 3:00 pm. To unload my truck shouldnt take more than hour.The warehouse supervisor is not respectful. They also took my truck equipment that I used for the load and they didnt put it back. I had to go back and ask them my equipment and they didnt even apologized for removing from the truck, suspecting that was attentional. I missed my next load, due to them wasting my time.Truckers, be warn, if you have to take Conns load, plan that you spend the whole day with their delivery warehouse team. Very bad.

Owner operators beware UST LOGISTICS is the Delivery service for Cons home plus in Dallas tx. They hold your pay for 3 weeks so when you realize they are CON ARTISTS and Quit to move to a more professional company they will hold your pay without no communication no contact. When I call To check on the status of my Pay roll I either get no answer or I get a person who has a Attitude Its been almost 70 days. I decided to go up to the warehouse and they still havent even open my case I had claims in my file that Didnt even belong to me I have the manager Brian from Houston on video saying Joe who is the Head guy at the warehouse will hold your pay just because he doesnt like to be questioned. Joe stated he can hold my payroll for 120 days for no reason . The company is UST logistics... they are CONS ARTISTS.. The head people in the office will curse you out very bad language
After working for the facility for 4 years, I can honestly say that upper management never has a clue as to what it is actually doing. It is unhelpful to its workers, is always understaffed, and our customers are always underserved. Our technicians are not paid fair or competitive rates. Our employees were always at risk of being fired; despite the poor training and broken materials we were charged to work with. Upper managment treated lower management poorly, using unprofessional behavior and harsh, vulgar words when discussing business.Upper management makes demands that are impossible to meet, all the while ignoring any and all pleas for better living wages or conditions for working.After working for 4 years, not once was I told I would be given a review for a pay raise. Then I was told directly, by one of the upper managers himself, that no one in the department would be getting raises. There is no positive forward movement, no bonuses to make working for them worthwhile, and the workers are all unhappy. The only saving grace for this company is that the lower management and grunt staff all work to the best of their abilities, despite upper managements constant changing of faces-but stagnation of values.The real heroes at Conns arent the workers who go above and beyond their stations. The real heroes are the ones who put up with the abuse that Conns makes its workers suffer through, and still manage to keep coming in every day.

Sorry, but i have to say that customer service at this place is really bad. I am a trucker and I went to this place to deliver a load, but it looks like they are doing you a favor by receiving their own load. I can tell much about the Store service, but as of the receiving department sucks.
Customer service SUCKS. The warehouse is slow and the delivery team look like they just left a bar. They will not help you fix any problem with your delivery. Warehouse blames the store and the store blames the warehouse. No respect for customers at all. Im sure Mr. Conns is rolling over in his grave.But hey, I know you all dont care because I work for the company. I see it everyday. They just push the problems under the rug or take too long to address them. All they care about is hitting their numbers and Is the VP or CEO coming today.

Truckers beware. I had a appointment for 1100. Arrived at 1130. Got to door at 1200. The road to get into the warehouse was blocked by other trucks. Took me 30 minutes just to get a clear shot to dock. Once there they would not take 1 pallet weighing 250lbs. Forcing my company to reschedule for 1 stupid pallet. If it was my truck I would have unloaded in there parking lot. They have swift parked onsite. I guess with a a system like that swift is only ones dumb enough to supply a company this disrespectful.

I was given the wrong slip to pick up my items. They will not take a fax copy from the store. Even been the same company they will not honor it. I drove 25 minutes to get there and left without my items because of this people incompetence. Will be filling a complain with corporate.
I worked here. I went to work everyday, followed all of their rules and regulations, I stayed later than I had to to help get the work done despite my medical condition! Then one day I get picked up for some minor traffic tickets, missed a day, my family called and told them my situation, and they let me go and said that the reason was job abandonment. And now they are holding my check and I have called and left messages and nobody will give me a call back. This is ridiculous!

Customer service is very poor. We stood at counter for 10 minutes before someone came to the front then they moved with no sense of urgency while eating a popsicle. The entire time the phone was ringing and no one attempted to answer.
