I thought for sure it was not able to be saved, but I called Oriental Rug Cleaning and they were so kind and immediate. They even have services for delivery in case you can’t lift the rug. They were so professional and helpful. I have already referred others as I think they are wonderful and also priced very reasonably. Definitely recommend them!

A great place to expertly clean a rug

They picked my rug up and returned on time and under 2 weeks. It is a $2,000 white wool rug which we considered having to replace because another company could not get out just two dirty spots. When Oriental cleaned it, I was astonished at how fabulous it looks. It actually looks brand new. I am so pleased and would never have anyone else clean my rugs!!!

We have been using Oriental Rug Cleaning since the early eighties. Cleaning and repair. They are our go to folks for any rug related issues. Would never( I stress never) go anywhere else. Just recently we needed an appraisal for an oriental rug ruined by a water heater leak. The insurance initially offered us a lowball settlement. We used Oriental rug for a professional appraisal. The appraisal was thorough, well documented, with the appraisers credentials. After some wrangling, getting them to read the appraisal, the insurance company paid the full replacement cost. I discovered Oriental Rug Cleaning Co. a couple of years ago after making the mistake of spending quite a bit on a mediocre rug clean by a larger chain. Working with them is so easy and their pricing is extremely fair. They will come to your home to pick up your rug(s) and discuss any problem areas, then a couple of weeks later it comes back as good as new. I also used their services during the COVID-19 shutdown and they adjusted very well. There was no in-home pick up but they made drop off and pick up at their facility very easy and fast. If youre in the market for a good rug cleaner, give them a call. They make the process painless and you wont regret it!

When I inherited the fine rugs I have owned 30 years ago, they came with instructions to have them cared for by Oriental Rug Cleaners on Ross Avenue. I have never strayed from those wise instructions and intend to bequeath these 100 year old heirlooms with the same instructions; for consultation, cleaning, storage and repairs. Only the best.

Absolutely the best Persian rug cleaning. Also do an amazing job on repairs. I had a Golden Retriever chew a whole corner and I cannot even tell where the repair is. Removed all pet stains from my rug. I have used a few other rug cleaning companies and they are the best by far.

UPDATE: I just found spots on my rugs where the rug cleaning company damaged my rugs and they will not take any responsibility for them. The delivery man told me that the backing on my rug was coming off and that it would continue to happen. When I asked him specifically if it would damage the rug to clean it in this condition he replied “absolutely not”. When I just called to discuss this the owner Ellen only stated she disagreed with me and that she wouldn’t do anything. All I was looking for was to come to a reasonable agreement and all she could do was say she disagreed and “wont do anything “. I was happy with the service until I found this damage. Beware if using them. Take complete pictures so she can’t lie to you!Just had our rugs cleaned by these folks. We were extremely nervous about sending out our very expensive rug to be cleaned and Oriental Rug Cleaning Co. made us feel comfortable with the entire process. They picked up our rugs when they said they would and dropped them off on scheduled day and time. The rugs look AMAZING. Definitely will use in the future. Thanks y’all!

I have used Oriental Rug Cleaning Company for over 45 years. All of my oriental rugs are cleaned regularly. They look brand new and one is over 100 years old. We had a pipe break on the second floor they were able to clean and dry the carpeting. They have been around since 1911. I would say that is enough of an endorsement. The Amirkhan family know rugs. They are into the third generation with Ellen, the granddaughter of the founder H.M. Amirkhan Sr.

I called and they said it would be $55 for the cleaning. When I brought it in they said $100. My rug is not overly dirty. Beware, pure bait and switch.
