Picking up our tickets was very quick and easy. The variety in locations makes it great especially for anyone wanting to travel! The service here from the people packing up the bags was quick and efficient!

If you decide to cancel your trip, they do not give you a refund. Tiny seats, toilets are never cleaned, way overpriced to travel anywhere. Horrendous.

I booked a ticket from Birmingham Al to Greenville SCfor 9/6/21. I arrived at the departure destination one hours before departure time of 5:55 am. I waited til 6:20 am and called bus line.The bus was 14O miles pass my departure stop! When I called I was told that the driver was not notified of a pickup in Birmingham.I am waiting on call from customer services now!

Absolutely HORRIBLE AND I MEAN UNEXCEPTIONALY HORRIBLE customer service. They sound like they have Absolutely no idea what they are doing there. HEY HAVE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. Twice they have stolen $200 and all I got was an oh sorry I cant do anything about that then he hung up as I was talking. DO NOT USE TORNADO! DO NOT USE TORNADO!!!!

I bought my tickets online and get there and the rep Jorge Garcia says theres no info or tickets on file. Their online system isnt user friendly. He then gets a call and steps away but tells his coworker to assist me (very unprofessional). The driver tailgates ppl on the freeway. Its raining quite a bit but little disregard for everyones safety overall. At the border now Im Laredo, going through Puente Juarez which is apparently the longest one to use.

Ive had several bad experiences this in the past, but this time it was a great and simple experience at Tornado in Dallas off Jefferson.

Best bus company ever. Theyre always on time! Professional and polite drivers! Bus waiting area is always clean and the baggage attendants are fat and alert.

You are treated with respect and bathrooms in the station and on the buses are super clean. Everyone wears a mask no drama no one screaming I have a right to breath my Corona breath on to you. The bus stops at nice restaurants and the buses are super safe in Mexico. The biggest hassle is at the border you will pay a tax if you have more than one bag😭 drivers are really polite and everyone is helpful.

Great company and very smooth ride. Buses are clean, comfortable and have wifi. Only downside was ticket/ law enforcement that came on bus when I was in Fort Worth. I normally dont have an issue with law enforcement but this set made me feel uncomfortable and one commented after questioning that my traveling sales job was weird in a downgrading fashion. After I defended myself politely and with someone who has knowledge he backed off. I felt bad more so for my Latino brothers and sisters because some looked really intimidated and scared (Im African American) . The approach was that everyone is a criminal vs. a hard working US citizen. The atmosphere was so thick when we pulled off that the driver put on lite music to try to calm and ease the tension.

Where to start customer service is horrible!! My departure was scheduled at 11:30 pm, is 1:15 am and I’m still waiting!

HORRIBLE ! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!Bought a ticket for 8 am and arrived at 7:45 the bus was already leaving. The ticket was for my grandpa, he’s older man and he’s partially deaf. We paid for a ticket close to the door and at the front so he could hear better. The bus was already leaving and claimed to be full. The driver yelled at my mother and rushed her and even threatened to leave my grandpa. They ended up seating him midway even though we told them he couldn’t hear. They also didn’t tag his luggage and my mom had to spend 3 and a half HOURS on the phone trying to make sure the offices knew and his luggage wouldn’t get lost. Never did they apologize or tried to work with us. Worst experience in the world.

The price I paid for the ride is to high priced. U cant even hear the movie and I couldnt even log into WiFi. I havent rode Tornado in over ten years and the price is higher and I got my destination a hour later. Why do I have to pay more and get to my destination a hour later ? The bathroom on the bus was horrible ! Smells bad and feces smeared on a plastic bag hanging in your face !

This is a growing bus company that runs in the USA to Mexico. Its a good cheap way to travel. Not particularly the most comfortable of luxury bus lines.

I read so many bad reviews about this company, yet I decided to purchase a one easy ticket to Houston. I purchase it online when I got there I was called to the window right after the person in front of me was done. They printed me a ticket, and the trip was pleasant. The bus was clean, and they had a 10 minutes rest stop. In conclusion, if you want to try this company do it. It was a 👍for me.

Worst experience ever!!! In Missouri the bus had a flat tire, we waited 4 1/2 hours for someone to go where we were and change it. For that reason the bus was running behind. I was supposed to exchange buses in Dallas but the bus left without me. There’s only two routes so I had to wait from 9:00 am until 7:30 pm. I tried getting a bus somewhere else and my family was going to drive and pick me up toa different location but I had to pay for the ticket and lose the rest of my other ticket.

Tornado is the only way to go to Mexico..l give them 4 stars l had travel to Mexico several times l really enjoy traveling on the bus .but the only problem l have is you dont sit on your sign sit they should take little time to make sure your on your right sign in sit to make everybody comfortable. If a female or Male are travelling by them self they should sign 2 female together as well as 2 males its very uncomfortable .for me its very uncomfortable to sit with a male.next to me for 12 hrs .and not only that its hard to ride 12 hrs and your cell goes low.and you cant even charge you cell cause their plugs doesnt work.those 2 things l would like them to fix....on the other hand the bus drivers are very helpful and friendly. I give them 5 stars *****.

I tried to give them a chance again since I used to travel with them years ago. Probably the buses design from the outside are different, but everything else keeps the same. I traveled to Mexico, & it was a 24hrs trip when normally it is supposed to be maximum 17 hours. It was super long, they didnt stop at the hours they supposed to stop for dinner or just for eating something. The driver wasnt carefully, he was talking on the phone all the time & was driving very fast. I wasnt the only one nervous about this.Overall, it wasnt a good experience. Nothing different from the times I traveled with them before.

To start it was 2 hours late, and it went downhill from there,I will definitely change bus companies

I like to travel with this bus company I haven’t had complaints before but they should charge people over a certain weight limit for two bus seats. This last time I traveled I was stuck on the window seat sharing part of my seat with the passenger next to me because he overflowed his seat. I don’t think that’s fair, I payed full price for my seat to be sitting uncomfortable for 10 hours.

This line is better then most Greyhound routes. This trip always has those unexpected stops in Texas were anybody with a badge gets to climb on board shine a flashlight in your face asking questions & slowing down the journey if they want to search luggage. That said try & ride with Regio Montanas Bus company if you can. 100 bucks to the border in February is my favourite deal & its cleaner quieter & they play your movies.Tornado treats people like cattle. Volaris & Interjet always have cheap flights if you start looking at least 2 weeks before take off. Treat yourself & enjoy your vacation

Id rather travel on Mexican owned bus that will get you anywhere faster than grey hound that will make endless stops

The bus was hour late.

Better service than expected. Their busses are clean, well kept, and even have wifi. They were pretty punctual according to schedule.

I used this service and was delighted at the efficiency and on board climate. Clean, quiet and roomy seats to stretch and sleep.

I rode greyhound right before I took the hit and ditched the rest of my ride for tornado, so that may influence my rating, but Tornado has been dope, courteous, professional and super fast.

The tornado bus company is the BEST bus company, it does not take too long to arrive to tour destine!!!

The bus I boarded from McAllen to Dallas had no internet access nor electrical outlets with actual power during the entire 8 hour trip I had to attempt to conserve battery whilst attempting to conservatively keep important conversations short, absolutely terrible ride, the driver refused to activate the outlets and the Wi-Fi.The return trip bus was a much better ride with Wi-Fi access and Electrical Outlets that actually operated, the driver would address peoples concerns including the fact that the sanitarium/restroom door did not lock.Overall the ride quality depends on the bus and the bus driver, a comfortable yet affordable bus line to ride with.

Lack of customer service! Very disrespectful!! And not helpful at all!! If i could i would put zero stars!! So i called on tuesday and ask about the times and prices on there tickets from dallas to mcallen texas.. so I decided to reserve the ticket for thursday the lady that had taken my info and payment told me to be there at 9 pm because the bus would leave at 9:30 pm.. i called on thursday at 7pm because i forgot to ask about luggage prices.. well the guy that answer (i didnt get his name) who was very rude said it couldn’t be more then 40 pounds.. and i said ok i will be there at 9 and he said but the last bus its at 7:30 pm and you have to be here half an hour before! To make the story short i lost my bus and didnt get my money back! When it was there mistake for telling me to get there at 9!! And what he said was you have to buy another ticket! Adding something else he hanged up on me 3 times and the last time had me on hold for 20 minutes and never answered! Never will i go with them..

Buying the tickets was cheaper than the competition and straight forward. What I liked the most was the double decker bus that I rode on. The bus was cleaner than a greyhound, had electrical outlets for your devices and even had Wi-Fi. The trip I took was from Dallas to El Paso, which happened at night so I could sleep most of the trip. Traveling was a breeze.

The bus would continually stop every fifteen minutes. What should be a five hour drive becomes a ten hour drive. I took a bus across the border and along the way I couldnt sleep because it was cold inside and the seats were uncomfortable. This bus service is a last resort option for me.

This bus company is the worst by far. I called to book two seat together for an adult and child. When my mother arrived to the office they inform me i have seats 7 and 10. I called the day before to specifically buy seats 9 and 10 and even got a confirmation for the seats. Who in their right mind sit a 6 year old with a stranger. My mother was informed by there employees that they didnt care as long as someone bought their tickets nothing mattered (fernando from mcallen said that).

Bought my sister a ticket from Georgia to Dallas for her to departure on 5/29 at 2:30pm she got there right at 2:30 and they kept telling her they would be there in 30 min so that turned to 4:30 still no bus then they called her saying there was no bus coming cause they werent aware of the fact they had a passenger to pick up from Georgia so they told her to wait till the next day which was today and same thing happened she got there at 2:30 and they just picked her up right now at 4:30pm. I called like every 30 min to check up on the bus and the customer service lady had a horrible attitude!

They lie about the destination time frame. They stated we would arrive to Dallas at 10am. We got to the station at 8pm. How did we waste so much time? Oh, because they stopped at every big city to drop off/pick up people. Which was another lie that the bus goes directly from point A to point B without any stops! Awful, will never use again. My mom recently bought a ticket toHuetamo, Michoacán, and was told that in Morelia she they would place her on another bus. Upon arrival she was told that they where going to pay for her to travel the rest of the way on the device bus. She ended up paying a taxi to take her the rest of the way. When buying her return ticket she was told that Tornado does not travel all the way there but where not informing the passengers correctly. Took her about 36 hrs to get there and another almost 37 hrs to gets back

My wife recently bought a ticket to Morelia Michoacan Saturday. They said that the bus was leaving at 10:30 am and didnt leave till 11:20am. She arrived at Laredo at 6:45pm. She had to board another bus that would take her directly to Morelia at 7:15pm. The bus didnt leave till 3am. Its almost 10pm Sunday and she is 1 hour away from Morelia because the Damn bus broke down. I wouldnt recommend this bus line to travel to Any part of Mexico unless you like to wait forever

Not a good bus company they really don’t care to check if all the luggage is safe everytime we get off when they suppose to be careful and check everything smh and know they don’t want to response for what they lost.
