My hair is long and not easy to manage. I was surprised when Michael knew exactly what I was looking for in a haircut. He is amazing! He knew exactly the kind of style I wanted and he listened to my requests. Highly recommend!

Poor customer service, I asked very simple cut, she cut my hair very shorter than I asked. I said it’s very short and she said I’m sorry. Front desk about the experience and I showed the photo and what I got and different cut on each side and he kept asking about tip. Waste of money and time and I have to live with this poor quality cut

Waste of my time - scheduled an appointment to get my hair lightened (for the very first time) and when I got there they refused to lighten it because you’re supposed to go 48hrs without washing it before they can do this procedure. Which I feel is SOMETHING THAT THEY COULD HAVE MENTIONED BEFORE SCHEDULING MY APPOINTMENT. Drove over there for nothing. Unprofessional.

Misty has given me a lovely cut & style twice now - she is a real angel who puts 100% into making my hair look exactly how I want it! The salon’s plant wall by the shampoo station is amazing also!

A little pricy but you get what you pay for! The stylists work with you and make sure you are 100% happy with what you get. It’s worth the money to treat yourself.

Book with Wendy for cut & style! She’s great! Attention to detail, gives you what you want, never been disappointed. Understand that Tony & Guy does their booking differently. If you want someone more experienced then you pay more, if you don’t mind having someone with the company for only a year then you pay less. You also book a different stylist for color than you do for cut & style. Everyone has their expertise!

I had my hair colored by Bella Yi and she did amazing! She got my hair from medium brown to almost platinum, she was honest about the possibility of getting it as white as I wanted because of how dark my hair was but promised to get as close as possible. I leave 4 stars instead of 5 because of what happened after I was colored and washed typically you get blow dried I mean for the last 15 years of coloring my hair at salons including Toni&guy I’ve always had my hair blowed dried how else would you see the true color. I’ve never been expected to walk out a Solon with wet hair especially after a new color. Bella was clear that someone was going to shampoo me and blow dry so I can see final result. I was told to have a seat then after a second or so another stylist came up and asked if I wanted a blow dry style or whatever and I said yes, Bella cleared it up and said oh no just a blow dry which is cool I’m used to a blow dry with round brush (I thought was just routine) but I just needed to see the color and at least be dry before walking out. So the guy ask me to go to his chair and then told me next time I needed to schedule a blow dry and I “was lucky someone had time and that him being available was rare” this threw me off and I felt awkward and had a couple moments where I just wanted to get up and tell him never mind. He was overall nice but it was clear he wanted me to know I was lucky to have his time. Now I booked my appointment online and never did it state if I needed a blow dry after color and to schedule one. I paid 200 plus a $50 tip because Bella was awesome. So next time I will look to schedule a blow dry to avoid an awkward visit but overall great quality!

I have reviewed this location once - the experience was not one of my favorites.after the Covid 19 I went back hoping for the better results … unfortunately this time was the worst ! The same colorist .. obviously something was missing in translation - Red is not Ash Brown ! And Chunky highlights are not the same as Frosting!Well, dear team, you have lost another customer.

Never in a million years would you have convinced me that I would be getting my hair cut at a mall, but after meeting Cole, as long as he is here I cant imagine going anywhere else.The shop is beautiful - I especially love the live succulents and the warm feeling in the reception area. Everyone is incredibly professional, and you are always offered a beverage. Little secret - they have some of the best lattes in town!Getting my hair cut here is like a spa day, and I always get a lot of compliments. I cant thank Toni and Guy and of course Cole for the wonderful experience and great looking hair!

Stylists are great and offer awesome skills. Got an excellent haircut here. Beware though of their cancellation policy which charges you 100% cancellation fee (which is ridiculous to begin with) if you dont respond within an arbitrary time frame or change your appointment too many times. Whomever is responsible for this policy is out of touch with how to run a fair business. I would suggest trying to meet your preferred stylist outside of this establishment, if possible. Less covid risk, more money goes to your stylist. I cant imagine how much they charge stylists to operate there.

Cole the manager went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my haircut! I originally came in and had my hair cut by another stylist and was not happy with how it turned out, I called the salon and they were very helpful and didnt hesitate to get me in to have it fixed by another stylist (Cole).The haircut was worlds better and exceeded my expectations. While I cannot recommend every stylist there I can without hesitation recommend Cole. You can tell he cares about his job, truly loves hair, and does amazing haircuts!

The customer service is great, but I primarily go here for Michael. Michael is the best hair stylist Ive ever had to the point where Ill drive longer distances if he works for a different company.

There is a difference between Auburn and Ash-brown. I specifically showed the specialist the color I was expecting . Not even close !! She was trying to intensify the blondness of my highlights even though I made myself very clear that I need the basic color dark auburn and very little blond in it ...Never mind that I was seating 20 minutes with one side done with highlights on my head only because she had another client, who was seating there before me and apparently she was a priority, despite of a fact that there was another specialist who could do the job alone ..three hours later, finally, Under the artificialLights of the salon I noticed a hint of redness hoping that the daylight will reveal the desired effect .however, I was extremely disappointed to see the results . My husband asked me to go back, but honestly, I do not want to visit this particular location any more .Sadly, incompetence and unprofessionalism become the norm of our society .I am not revealing the name of the hairstylist on purpose trying to save her reputation and wish her good luck with her clients .That was my last visit to her or this particular salon . I am BEYOND happy with the professional service I received here with my stylist Felipe! My past experience with other salons always made me feel nervous and out of place. It was never a great experience and I never felt satisfied. I had then assumed all salons must be this way. But I went into TONI&GUY to give it a chance since I really needed my split ends cut. Felipe took care of me very well. He paid attention to the conditions of my hair and focused well on how it would be cut. He gave me pointers/tips about my hair that I was not even aware of. I didn’t expect to have my hair washed, but I’m glad I did! Again, I was just taken aback at how focused he was on me and my hair due to past stylists. It was such a positive experience and I am definitely going to continue coming here for future hair needs! Thank you, Felipe!

My 13 year old daughter had Candace do her keratin treatment. It looks awesome and we could not be happier. I may do it myself next time.

I done my color with Laura one week ago first I make appointment with them over the phone and whoever answer the phone I don’t know the reception lady or guy name they tell me the Price over the phone $95 hair color I said ok I done my hair color after that she make my hair style and they charge me $45 so Total $140 I done everything and go to pay reception lady and what she tell me the Total $180 don’t go there they have not same price they tell over the phone different story I have Bad experience with them

Jane has been cutting my hair for two years, and not only is she an Artist with scissors, but shes also very sweet! She recommended Sara to do my color, and I have been thrilled with the results month after month- seeinf Sara for about 1.5 years! Hilde is great at the front desk, and is always so welcoming and helpful.

I got highlights from Raquel and I love them! I was on a bit of a time crunch and she was very patient with me as well as time sensitive and the end result was beautiful! It took me a few hours to get used to lightening my hair, but once I did I really loved it! I recommend Raquel for a good experience.

The five stars go to Dixon, who is fabulous. He used to work in the Plano location, but now hes at the Galleria. Hes a master. You know a haircut is good when it grows out even better. Im a hair salon snob, and he is one of the best, if not the best, stylists Ive ever been to.

With a recommendation of my daughter and Yelp research, I asked for Stephanie.She was very courteous and eager to listen to my likings. She took time and didnt use easier way to thin my hair. I am very happy that I found a very good stylist. Price is reasonable, and they dont over book! I hate to be kept waiting and being rushed to accommodate next customer.

I had my first haircut with Wendy last night and I am absolutely obsessed. I have very fine hair and really struggle with getting it to have any body. This was the first time Ive ever felt like a supermodel walking out of a salon (instead of just throwing my hair up in a bun as soon as Im out of their sight). And then, when I woke up this morning (late for work) and didnt have time to style my hair after my shower, it air dried absolutely beautifully and I feel like a supermodel again! 10/10 would recommend Wendy for your next haircut!

My sisters swear by Toni and Guy, but I never wanted to give in. I finally did & omg. I feel like I’ve been missing out. This company is amazing. The way they treated me was so good. Honestly felt like a queen. David at the front desk was the sweetest & Oscar did beyond amazing with the color (balayage) on my hair. Felipe cut my hair(lob) so amazingly, the work ethic of these stylists is amazing. They are truly artists. I truly feel honored getting my hair done by such great people with amazing talent. I am now a Toni & Guy believer. & The other employees weren’t even doing my hair, yet they would offer me water & made sure I was taken care of. Amazing. Never been to a salon like this. I HIGHLY recommend.

I had one good experience 3 months ago, went back to make a second appointment. I was treated so badly I will never go back. The girl making appointments is very slow and incompetent. She kept saying I had no history. When she finally spoke to the girl who did my hair previously, they both whispered in front of me. The stylist did not even greet me. When the receptionist came back she quoted a price that was a good $100 more than I paid last time. That is 20 minutes I will never get back. Dont waste your time on these Guys.

Lea is the best colorist there is. My hair was completely messed up by 2 different salons. She was my last hope and she got me right in one sitting. Will never go to anyone else. If you need to fix your hair color, or color your hair, I highly recommend Lea. (I think that i how you spell her name)

Do not get your bangs cut by Victoria. I went in for a complimentary trim which is free so I wont complain too much but she wrecked my bangs. Its really embarrassing. Im sure shes great at other things but I would definitely never repeat this mistake.

I showed a picture of a realistic hair cut for my short hair. Instead of focusing on the hair, my stylist was more concerned about product placement and having me buy the products. I ended up having the WORST hair cut Ive ever received. Toni and Guy did offer for me to see another stylist to fix my hair, and the new stylist even said THERE WAS NOTHING THAT COULD NE DONE TO SAVE MY HAIR. Now, I have to wait. Which is fine, but I have not been contacted by customer service or by this store for my refund. If you want a free bad hair cut, just do it yourself.

I had a really bad experience here, I will just start by saying that if you a black person, just know that you do not have a place here .when I came to the salon I made it clear to the receptionist that I wanted my hair done with by someone who is familiar with my hair texture, However the receptionist assured me and was like “ everyone here are familiar with black peoples hair and know how to do it “so I was like, okay... then she sent me to a girl who started doing my hair and gave me a haircut, however, she did not have product for my haircut,so I asked hair why did u accept to do my hair if u didn’t have the right product? I left the hairsalon with a haircut only . Honestly I’ve never felt humiliated in my whole life . I was shamed and for that moment I was like this place really isn’t for me ... If you do not know how to do black peoples hair you might as well just not do it it’s okay to say No ..... this place is white only salon whithout à sign..... he question i have is when you go to school for hair do u only learn how to do white peoples hair🤔? And so why when I go to blac salon I see diversity #racist much ...🙃

I had my hair done - gave a 25.00 tip. I felt fabulous walking out. I go into the car....AND I LOOK LIKE A PUFFY HEAD MUSHROOM!!! 😢 Are you serious?! My hair is SUPER dry and I look hideous! I loved my hair for like - 5 minutes! This isnt right - had 0 problems with Aveda.They are closed now (I literally walked out at 7:00pm) so have to call in the morning.

Worst experience ever. Went to toni n guy for a hair cut with Brian who charges $80 as he is an experienced stylist according to them. There is literally no change in my hair style as if he didn’t even touch my hair. I asked for layers and didn’t want my length too short but that doesn’t mean you dont do anything. He literally cut for 5 mins and started blowdrying. Upon asking will you do more layering? he said yeah a little bit of detailing and softening. Trust me he was just making a fool out of me. Not recommended at all. I wasted my money entirely. No one even knew I had a haircut. Didn’t feel like giving tip but couldn’t be mean. $90 total went to the bin.

Horrible! I booked online and apparently they do not coordinate online appointments as they called to change the time twice. I brought pics of the color I wanted and talked extensively with the stylist. She said highlights would not be good for my hair so she would use a toner to tone brassiness of my existing blonde. Much to my surprise, my hair was green and the blonde was gone and my hair was all one color. My first clue should have been when Raynie just started painting on the color. I wanted low lights woven in with the blonde.Another person came to talk and suggested she strip off the toner. Meanwhile Victoria trims my hair and I told her twice not to cut the top, but I get home and it is cut. I asked her to just even ends up showed her how I wear it. She decided to add texture by cutting more uneven layers. Then Raynie strips the toner and attempts to blow dry but can’t find a roll brush. I got up and left with my green chopped, half dry hair. In fairness the receptionist did want me to talk to the manager, but at that point I wanted out. Money down the drain and I don’t know what I’ll do to fix it! My gosh, I just got a look at the back of my hair and Victoria butchered it! I can’t believe I paid for this.

Ive been going to toni&guy st the Galleria for years. But, ever since my stylist moved locations, Ive had difficulty finding someone who works well with my curly hair. This time, I decided to give Emilio Bolton a try.Big mistake! I began by explaining the style I wanted : angles in the front blended into long layers in the back and, since my hair had gotten very long, I asked him to take 4 inches off of the length. My hair was at the top of my panty-line so, waist length.He then took me to shampoo and conditioning before cutting. It was like wrapping my hair up in a fast spinning fan blade! He was excruciatingly rough. Pulling and twisting my long hair and then exclaiming we have a shedding issue ( yes, because he ripped it out!). I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he didnt know his own strength.After the torture was over, we moved to the chair where he proceeded to cut my hair. He wanted to blow dry and straighten my curls before cutting. I said no to that and explained how terribly my hair reacts to being blown dry with high heat. It dries my hair! He said ok and proceeded to cut it wet.Now, remember, I asked him to only take off 4 inches. He began in the back, i assumed, taking the requested length off. Then he put the angles in front. Next step would be to blend the front into the back with the desired long layers. He didnt do that. He got his blow dryer and big round brush and proceeded to dry and straighten my curls. Something I asked him not to do!Again, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and because I didnt want a confrontation of any kind, I let him continue thinking he forgot my request. After my hair was dry, he said, see! No frizz!, which told me not only did he NOT FORGET that I didnt want my hair dried with high heat, but, he completely disregarded it!!! At that point, he stood me up, handed me the mirror and said have a look. I ABOUT DIED!!!!!My hair!! Omg! My freaking hair! He cut 10 INCHES OFF!!! Not 4! 10!!! So instead of hair length that should have been just above my waist, I have hair that barely reaches my bra strap! I was in complete shock. I mustve been, because I actually left the block head a tip.All because I didnt speak up when I knew I should. I didnt want a confrontation. Im a world class idiot. But, Emilio Bolton is a world class dick. He knew exactly what he was doing. Not only did he yank my hair out and then complain about shedding- something he caused-, but he didnt do anything I requested except for the angles in the front. Probably because that was the only part I could actually see him do.I got no layers in back, he cut 10 inches off instead of 4, he brutalized my scalp AND he blow dried and straightened my hair when I asked him not to. Everything exactly the opposite of what I wanted and requested. Bottom line people, your head, your money. If you dont like something being done, speak up right then. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. And for Gods sake, dont let Emilio Bolton touch your hair!!!

I went in a week ago to get a perm, a tight one at that and my hair looks horrible. Some of my hair is straight and some of it is wavy. Waste of money!! And yes I did follow the instructions Crystal gave me. She said dont wash or brush your hair for three days. I didnt do either and it looks like this. This is by far the worst perm I have gotten.

Went the Dallas Galleria to have my hair cut by kohl told him from the BEGINNING not to take any length off the back of my neck that had just grew out the length I wanted it and he did just what I ask him not too do so now after spending 85dollars I have too wear a wig until my hair grows back out again I will never step in this location again should have known when they didnt have any style books I should have left then and the cut dont look anything like the picture I showed him on my phone and he calls his self a stylist worse haircut I have ever had
