I go to this location often for a trim from Terry. All I ask for is a trim. My latest visit was a disaster. I have been growing my hair for a year and in one split second Terry chopped off 3-4 inches and put mushroom like layers in the front. I was very clear about just needing only a trim and could not tell the full extent of the damage until I got home and dried my hair. The under layer is shorter than the middle layer and then in the front it literally looks like a child took a section of hair and just chopped it. Which the fact that there are multiple haphazard layers is CRAZY. My hair was all one length and all i need was a slight trim. I went to try to get it shaped up by someone else and they said they had never seen such a terrible hair cut. It looks as if she just randomly cut pieces, I’m sorry, chunks of my hair out. I will never be back and I don’t recommend using Terry.

They make it so easy to schedule and the do such a good job.

Average haircut with average customer service. While not necessarily a bad experience, I feel no desire of returning for another haircut. A little better customer care and interaction goes a long way in a personal care service.

Absolutely one of the worst haircuts I have ever received. Went back in after the first cut and they somehow managed to make it worse. Do yourself a favor and never go to this location ever unless you want to be the laughing stock of your friends.

I got my hair REALLY jacked up by Lovers Lane Barbershop, so I called this location to see if they could fix it and they did. I was helped by Crystal and she did a phenomenal job fixing it, I should’ve just came here to begin with!

My family and I have been going here for years. The staff is nice, and does a good job overall.But theyre not the best in town. The Boardroom has got to be the best. Upscale, with incredible stylists that can also do great beard trimming and shaping, which is a huge plus.

I moved to Dallas 4 years ago from London, I tried several hair cut places but unfortunately couldn’t get a decent cut until I got a hair cut from Marina. She is the best, very professional and personable and of course she does an awesome job every time. I live in South Arlington now and I drive here every month to get a hair cut from Marina.

Easily the best haircut place, especially for the price. The barbers here are very polite, professional, and the job they do is fantastic. I go out of my way to come to this location, and the price is as good as it gets. I have yet to be disappointed.

Wow.It was getting pretty close to Christmas about 4 days away and normally, barber shops are busy. I contacted my usually barber shops to see if there were any openings and there were none. So, I decided to go out on a limb and go here. If only I knew. I set up an haircut time at 4:00pm and they said that it was fine. I went in and ended up having to sit there for an hour and 30 minutes. Remember, it’s a pretty small store. While I was waiting, I was getting spritzed by water periodically. The way the salon is set up is that on one of the couches, you are directly in front of a hair cutting seat, so you have the potential to get sprayed by water or if you’re really unlucky, have hair fall on you. Finally I got called to get a haircut and was relieved. Then I saw the person that was going to cut my hair. Jesus Christ. It was a girl that looked like she was about 15-17. I didn’t think that it would be that big of a problem but boy was I wrong. I knew that Super Cuts wasn’t that good going in so I just wanted them to do something simple. I said can you trim up the back of my hair and cut my sidebars. I said I don’t want anything cut off the top just on my sideburns and the back of my head. Simple enough, right? Apparently not. She sprayed my head with water, no idea why but why not? She started cutting around my ears on the left, fine. Then she started cutting the on the right side. She tried to make a cut twice and I guess my hair is so thick that it hurt. I wasn’t upset about that because what can you do? After she did that she worked on the back of my head cleaning up the bottom. Perfect. It was great and then she started cutting the top of my head. I’m usually pretty passive when it comes to haircuts but I had to say something. I said, “No! Stop!” She stopped and then said, “None off the top?” I responded, “Yes, none off the top, just on the sides.” She said, “Oh, so just a neck trim?” I didn’t know what that meant so I just said sure. She went back to cutting the back of my hair and then I looked in the mirror. She hasn’t even cut my side burns. I asked, “Have you cut my side burns yet?” She replies, “Do you want it thinner?” “I want no sideburns,” I said. “So, you want it thinner?” Once she said that I knew. No way she was going to cut my hair. I just said that’s good, I’m done. She looked confused and so I said again, I’m done, thank you. She finally understood and rang me up. I paid for it and left no tip, something I very rarely do. Even though I’m going out of town to see my family I knew I wasn’t going to let it keep going. Maybe I overreacted, but when it’s your hair, you’re entitled to at least some level of what you want. I will not return.

Rocio is the best - she cuts my hair every 2-3 weeks. Ive been coming for the past few months and theyve always been fast and courteous. Even as a walk-in, I havent had to wait more than 15-20 minutes.

I had a Saturday 3pm appointment for color. I showed up early, waited 50 mins (patiently) and after being seated at 3:40 and asked on color info etc, I was told to reschedule because my appointment was actually booked for a noon appointment and was told to reschedule for another time. They are not organized (why wasn’t I told during check-in that someone did not schedule my appointment correctly?) and I have heard they prefer certain clientele. Today’s incident confirmed why I shouldn’t have gone in the first place.

I came here for my eyebrows, and the salon did not have a long table bed which you lay down so I had to sit in a chair with my neck being held back (with no support) straining it in the process, which was extremely uncomfortable. The stylist did a poor job of my eyebrows and even left wax residue and white stuff on my face.I only noticed it after I was in my car looking the the mirror. I felt like over the customer service was really bad and I’m embarrassed about my appearance since leave this studio. I feel like I wasted my money coming here.Also they do not use a spooli to comb up your eyebrow hairs and trim them with scissors. More of a wax and get out type of deal.

Went in for a walk in. They told me 20-30 minutes and after waiting, told me they could only cut my hair not color it. They were rude about and had no regard to the fact that I had waited after telling me 30 minutes.

Quality of the cut, the product and the stylists is that of a much higher end salon. Truthfully, I dont know of any place a man can go for a cut any better other than just spending more money.

Been coming here for 3 years now, have yet to have a bad experience or haircut. Finding parking can be tough, but that is no fault to the business since Snyder plaza is always a mess.
