Being going to Cross Cuts Barber Shop for sometime now and wanted to leave this review. First off I wanted to say I have never had a bad hair cut from Cross Cuts since I started going there! I get all my haircuts from Kim, one of the mangers there. She does an amazing job everytime she cuts my hair! She is friendly, nice and always does an awesome job! All the barbers at CC are very respectful and polite to their customers. If you are looking to get a haircut, I highly recommend Cross Cuts Barber Shop!

Absolutely love Cross Cuts, in fact I drive an hour and fifteen minutes one way so they can cut my hair. Liz (the owner) runs a first class establishment and employs only the best. On top of being truly professional at what they do they have the best attitudes.

This place is amazing! I was recommended this by a friend after my past hair place kept letting me down. I was nervous, but I couldnt be happier with how it turned out. I didnt have an appointment, but walking in was a short wait and I was quickly seated. Everyone was so nice and they were very quick and efficient. I showed my barber a picture of the hair style I wanted and she was able to copy it exactly. My favorite part was the straight razor shave with the massage and hot towel. I will definitely be coming back here for my future hair cuts, and I couldnt recommend it more!

Definitely recommend.4/15/21- My son went in for a hair cut today and the girl cutting his hair butchered him and then never told him she messed up. He didnt notice it until he got home. Not sure what happened here but they seem to be changing barbers a lot and the cuts are not as good as they were. We will be looking for a new barber.

I have brought my son here 3 times. First time was great. The next two times my son left with choppy uneven and horribly blended haircut for $20! Not going back. My husband took him. I wouldnt have let him leave looking like that! Id add a photo but my son doesnt want me to.

I’ve been coming here for years and I can tell you I don’t go anywhere else. The staff including the owners are the kindest most generous people you’ll meet. If you tell your stylist what you want in detail I promise you they will deliver an amazing hair cut. Not only are you getting a great hair cut but you’re getting great customer service where the employees make you feel like family. Never once had a complain and even converted my friends and family who have gone else where and gotten bad hair cuts to come to cross cuts and get it fixed and I promise you they haven’t gone back either. After waiting a hour to be get my haircut, Liz the owner put people that came in after me in front of me. I asked her why she said they had called in, which I replied did you not just tell the last person that walked in, first in first serve today, no call in’s ???? She of course had to answer to lie I had caught her in so left and won’t ever be back.

The owner was very unprofessional. Couldn’t get the haircut I wanted. Very unsatisfied. I don’t normally get razor bumps, but I did at this shop.

I used to love going to cross cuts barbershop to get my head shaved, then cross cuts went way up on the price of a headshave, then I stopped going to crosscuts now I go to sams barbershop in Hiram sam is a good man he dont over charge people, if crosscuts havent went up on the price of a headshave I would still be going to them.

We love CrossCuts! My husband comes here every couple of weeks and today was the first time my five year old was willing to go to the barbershop and get his haircut (he HATES getting his haircut and will only let me cut it). Kimberly was so sweet with my son and made him feel totally comfortable. He sat still and let her cut his hair (which has NEVER happened before), and she did an amazing job with his hair!

This place is not the same it once was several years ago. I guess this happens over time as barbers leave I suppose. Used to have good laughs here and could cut up with the barbers. They can still cut hair good so Im giving it 3 stars.

I had my first experience there a few months ago with Sam and Liz who cut both of my boys hair. She did a wonderful job shes an amazing stylist!! Sam is also an amazing stylist and is very nice!! I also want to say its very affordable, its very clean and its a very very good place to go take your kids or even adults to get your haircut even women I just havent went there yet. Sam is a skilled barber. He cut my hair with precision and attention to detail. Blended and tapered my hair very well. Warm lather shave with straight blade. Very enjoyable experience. Finally found a good barber in the Acworth/Dallas area.

Don’t reccomend this place at all, they made me stand up for the entire trim and when I asked them twice to wash my hair they did nothing about it. In the end my hair was uneven.

This barber shop closes at 7 pm. I walked in before 7 and a women who appeared to be late 40s with black straight hair said we are closed we already counted down the register if your establishment closes at 7, then you need to take customers until 7. Theres another barber shop across the street I will patronize instead.
