Had an amazing family reunion event here!!!

They had a food truck there that gave out milk, eggs, Apples . I needed that, sometimes we all fall short of something in life, rent, car note, respect, kindness, common sense, but I really wanted to get out there and join them, man I mean everyone was moving and dancing, yeah dancing, they had a DJ jamming music and lots of smiles, I felt like I needed to be having fun with them, it took me back when I worked at the food bank I drove trucks for them, while setting up I would turn my music up in the trunk and it got me moving, man I was working hard feeling good about giving out the food and seeing that I made people happy for something that I was a small part of, the real hard work was not giving out the food that was easy, the hard work was for the behind the scenes people that made it possible for me to pass out the food they work hard everyday to get food to feed the people and a lot of them are volunteering daily without pay, so salute, hip hip hooray for the behind the scenes people and the first responders, our love to you the brave who put there life in danger to save others bless you.

Beautiful ranch. Owners are a beautiful family who strives to give the best. Highly recommend for various large activities rather it be for a family reunion or a large bday party or even wedding.

Skyline Ranch is an amazing place to have your event my parents got married there and I had my quinceñera there and my sisters quinceñera this past weekend. The owner of Skyline Ranch is a sweet, humble, kind, and over all a great human being her name is Mrs. Penny and she is just a wonderful soul. The ranch is clean and organized has room for up to 200 to 300 people it is a family owned ranch/event center. Overall, I would highly recommend this ranch to everyone.

Beautiful place we plan to have a family reunions there August 2020 we spoke to one of the owners and found that we had many similarities we are from Chicago she was from Chicago we were suggested this place by my wifes cousins fiance she and the owner also had similarities a people that they knew it turned out great and we booked the place looking forward to August 2020

The pool area was very entertaining. The games they held after were very competitive and fun. Loved the horses in sight. Its a very simplistic place. The hall is great for small parties and events.

Actual event center is small. Went to the Dallas Dessert Superfest. Registration was an outdoor table set up at the bottom of a hill about 100 yards from the event center. Outdoor vendors were pushed to the outskirts of the area and food trucks even farther away. Parking was at the top of the hill by the entrance and event center.After $5 to park and $10 to enter, it turns out there were only 5 dessert vendors. Skyline Ranch is probably better suited to other outdoor-friendly events; afterall, its a ranch. This event was definitely in the wrong venue.

If you know there will be 350 guest for a wedding reception, you should have the AC set to the coldest temp available. Its Texas! You should also be set for the arrival of the guest and the wedding party! The wedding party should be served first! You should also provide utensils for the food! NEVER BOOK THIS PLACE!

Our family had a good time at this outdoor theater event. Staff was friendly and things went smoothly. There was approximately 3k people at this event.

Sold me a lemon & then conveniently became unreachable. I would never do any type of business with this young fella, AGAIN, EVER! I recommend anyone to STAY AWAY! I wish there were negative star options.

We had our Terry Family Reunion here in August 2012. This was our 30th annual family reunion and each year we have a picnic. Everyone said this was the best ever. The food was amazing, People kept asking for the recipes. The staff was great. Horse back riding was good. The pool refreshing. Overall, the facilities were great. We went to a quinceanera on a Friday, we went to a blessing at 5:00pm and the doors were locked, my grandson found a way in and opened the door for us, the place is small the food wa not good the beer was old and mixed drinks were bad. Did not like anything about this place

The owner was rude for no reason throughout the entire night. I simply asked if I could purchase a glass of wine and she said, once the bar light comes on in a rude tone. Then as I walked back across the room to my seat I turned to some of my family members to tell the story of how she responded and low and behold the bar light was on!! I went back to the bar and asked for a moscato. She said we dont have it So I asked what wine do you have? She turns and points to the end of the bar and says whatever you see right there which was clearly further than I could read. At that point I decided I would rather drink from the flask I brought in than give her one dollar. By the way she was charging $6 for 1oz of liquor hahahah thats a joke right? I wont even mention the food because for what they were charging....it wasnt worth it. I would have rather had Taco Cabana...lets just put it that way. The security guards if you can call them that are far from providing any real security although to their credit I asked them if their boss (the owner) was always this rude to which they replied always, its just how she is to everybody. The mens restroom was not lit. You heard it here first....THERE ISNT ENOUGH LIGHT IN THE MENS RESTROOM TO USE THE STALLS!!!...which was the only option due to the fact that a stall door was leaned over the only urinal with a sign that read, OUT OF ORDER. The ceremony itself was nice....however she had nothing to do that. We actually had a minor medical emergency occur during the service in which she told a registered nurse attending to a groomsman to move out of the way.I wast footing the bill so I guess Ill shorten my complaints to those listed above but if you are seriously considering using this place as a venue I will tell you I would rather use the local park. She will never get a dime from me especially considering the price. Seriously, dont waste your money on this place. Go elsewhere, anywhere else, and save yourself the headache of having to deal with this lady, she is ridiculous.signed,A guy who will never be back
