Dropped in with no appointment for an inspection sticker. Staff was courteous and professional. Got me in/out in about 45 minutes as there were others waiting for inspections as well. Nice that they have more than one area to wait so you can socially distance.

I enjoy bringing my car here because the Northlake automotive staff treat me like family. They provide excellent and speedy work. I honestly dont see myself going anywhere else.

The staff was nice and the work they did was good, but they fixed an additional item I DID NOT REQUEST to the tune of $1,000. Really frustrating. And they couldnt change it for me. I would recommend that if you use them, you triple check and confirm what they are fixing and ask for it in writing.

I have been using Northlake Auto for my car repair needs for over 2 years now and theyve always been able to find and repair the trouble in a days time usually, unless they get so busy they have to take a second day. My advice is get there early if at all possible. Manny, the co-owner, is helpful, honest and fair. Thanks to you guys for keeping me up and running.

I went for low tire pressure because of nail. The mech. said No nailbut I can drill a hole and patch it if you want me to patch something. Again its 10psi low and still a nail and didnt replace my valve stem cap. STAY AWAY

Absolutely horrible. First of all they had my car for almost a week for a brake job. Cost me $500 just for them to put my OLD rotors & brake pads back on my car or rather used cheap ones. Who knows. & also never replaced the sensors at all. Im a single mom & that was my only sorce of transportation. They will definitely run over you & take advantage of you if you have no knowledge of cars. Do not give them your business. Christian Brothers Automotive is the best place I have ever been to. Very honest & trustworthy. They get the job done in a timely manner.

This shop has been taking care of our cars for the past 15+ years. Their honest professional service has kept our aging cars on the road problem free. On the one occasion (between 5 total cars) that a repair was not done perfectly this shop was very quick to repair the problem with no additional charges or aggravation. I would highly recomend this shop to anyone in the Lake Highlands area.

Took my vehicle to Northlake over Thanksgiving for brake assist, coolant leak and power steering. They fixed power steering and replaced the radiator. I spent more than $2K, which would have been fine if all the problems had been fixed. No. I got the car back with a coolant leak. They charged me $326 to replace a plastic part I found for $45 all over the internet. They should have checked for leaks before giving me the car back. Now they say the ABS is broken. They gave me back the car with new or unsolved problems, charging me more money, with no results.
