Excellent service. Competitive prices. The tires I originally booked were delayed by FedEx, however the store manager solved the problem by providing a similar product at the same price. Total time spent for the 4 tires to be replaced was less than 30 minutes. Will go back next time.

Bought tires in November, 2020 under pandemic conditions. Waiting room was spotless with hand sanitizer available. Sales staff were wearing masks. Garage/bay areas were neat and tidy and technicians were also wearing masks.Jacob was my sales person and he was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Edward was the technician that installed my tires and he was also professional and courteous.It’s always a plus to buy your tires from Discount Tire, because they keep a great database of all of your previous purchases, which helps when checking warranty, or brand or size for any tires you previously purchased from them.Please note that online tire prices do not include additional cost for Installation and Life of Tire Maintenance, which for my purchase was $21 per tire x 4 tires = $84 + tax, on top of tire price. You may also be charged for Certificates for Refund, Replacement which is $14.50 per tire x 4 tires = $58 + tax, on top of tire price. However the second charge for the Certificates is optional, so make sure you want them before you pay for them.I was very pleased with my experience at this Discount Tire location and would not hesitate to return or recommend to friends or family.Steve

I used to really dislike discount tire but the last few times Ive been to them have changed my mind. The employees are nice and dont try to upsell you. The service is slower than you might guess but they are very busy and do their best.

I went to get air for my tires. He only checked two tires on the drivers side and filled them only. I even left a tip but didnt know he half way assist me with my services. I thought I would get better service I was excited because of the area, I learned that doesnt mean better.

Professional and efficient staff. Make an appointment online ahead of time for the best/fastest service. They stand by their service warranties and will check air always for free. You can shop online for custom sized tires etc and have them delivered to this location for the team to install. The pulling into this location is a bit bonkers but parking is available. Facilities are dated and worn down, feel sorry for the guys that work there as corporate could spend some time/effort in a face-lift for the customer waiting/reception area.

Ive been going to this Discount Tire location for 20 years. Super service and super price. Im also a giant fan of buying from Costco, but when it comes to tires I always go to Discount Tire. Their follow-up service is fantastic from fixing flats to rotating tires --- all for free.

Every time I have come to this Discount Tire the employees have been nothing but helpful. They’re always so busy yet they always check in with you throughout the process to provide updates.I went in because my tire pressure light came on, made an appointment online, was seen right away where he then checked my tires and luckily ended up just needing air/pressure check, but there was a loading truck in the way of the check station. As I was waiting for the truck to move, one of the employees noticed I had been waiting for a bit (which I didn’t mind) and offered to do it himself in his station vs. at the normal tire pressure check area.So attentive and on it! Service like that is hard to come by these days. Will always go to this Discount Tire as long as we live in Dallas.

The customer service was good even though the store busy. One of the gentlemen took a look at my tires and did suggest which tires I should get when we walked back into the store I told him that I just wanted to buy two tires but not have them put on there. When I told him this he said that I would have to pay cash I asked could I use credit he said no, so because I wasnt putting them on there I would have to pay cash? I told him it didnt make sense to me. If I let them put the tires for me I could pay my credit card. I asked him for the reason in this policy but he couldnt explain it to me so I left to look for a ATM but in the meantime decided to go ahead and buy tires at Walmart. I surely wont be referring anyone to the store I was very disappointed because I had heard really good things about discount tires.

Best tire shop in town. Costumer service is amazing at this place. Also, I am impressed by how quick service was. It only took them 30 mins to put the new tires on. Not mentioning that I saved $450 dollars. 5 stars.

After leaving the Audi Dealership with a 600+ estimate for 2 new tires, we decided to go back to Discount Tires. They were really focused on Covid protocols and had us in & out with no charge to us for repairing the 1 nail in our tire, not 2 as previously told.We highly recommend Felix and his colleagues.

Every person that I spoke to had excellent customer service. I live far from this location and I called and spoke with Gustavo before coming. Then when I got there Ethan took care of me and explained the process. Michael came out and then was knowledgeable about what I needed and took the time to listen and figure out which tire was best for me.

Wow! I had a 9:45 am appointment today to get all 4 tires replaced. I got there around 9:30, I had someone greet me at my car within 30 seconds of going in to check in, and then my car was done by 9:55. Everyone was very sweet and professional. Thank you for a great visit!

Customer service was surprisingly awesome at this location! I had just came from another Discount Tire store and was inside for like 30 minutes before I got seen for my car. After they told me it be an hour and a half wait I left and came to this location off of Northwest Hwy. Was checked in as soon as I pulled up in my car. About 10 minutes later a rep came to look at my tires. Then we went inside and I payed for my service and then was told to wait in my car and someone will get back with me. Maybe 25 minutes later I was already being seen. And my car was serviced in less than 15 minutes. Will be coming back to this location for future tire issues!! Yall made my day!!

Awesome service by every staff member, in every single visit. This specific time I was taken care of by Darryl Wilson and Gustavo Velazquez - they did whatever was in their power to make sure I drove away in a safe vehicle, they lent me a loaner tire since my tire wasn’t in stock and they didn’t recommend I drive away with my old tire. The staff here is very friendly, kind, and the customer service is off the charts.

Giovanni (I believe that is his name?) was a lifesaver this morning! Even though they dont open until 8 am, I pulled into the parking lot around 730 because I noticed one of my tires was super flat. I asked him if he could put air into my tire since I had work at 8 and I didnt feel safe driving and then risking getting a flat later on. He willingly pumped air in my tires and was very helpful. Thank you Discount Tires for being super accommodating and providing incredible customer service. This is why Discount Tires are still in business. Thank you!

Really impressed with this locations Covid-19 procedures. Not crowded, and the techs didnt ever get inside my car. I pulled up to the curb, where an an employee checked me in and sent me to a numbered parking spot to wait. A few minutes later, a tech came out and assessed my cars needs and I continued to wait in the car. Once a bay was available, I drove my car into the bay, and only then did I wait inside the store. When they were done, I drove it out of the bay and was on my way home.

Usually the customer service is decent and wait time isnt too bad. But today an employee named Bryan was unnecessarily rude. Everyone has bad days so I get it, but thats not the way you talk to a customer. I wont come back to this location anymore if hes there.

I will never go anywhere else. Exceptional service with a smile. Even when they are completely packed, you never wait as long as you do at Bubbas. If you catch the wind right, Kellers burgers will entice you over. If you luck out on a weekend, you might hit an old classic car show. Funny how the guys at Firestone are twirling their thumbs.

Love this shop for tires and their maintenance. The first cold morning in Dallas they were set up to check tire pressure and add air if needed. Way to plan ahead. Definitely recommend!

Arrived at 8:18 with a flat tire due to a nail. Somebody finally came to my car at 8:50 to inquire about the problem, said it would be an hour and a half to fix. Went to C & M tires, got the job done in five minutes with quick courteous service.

I always go here. All my records are on their computer including rotations and new tire purchases. Get the road hazard warranty - I bought $1500 of Pirelli tires and although I live one block away, I got a screw stuck in my sidewall with less than a mile on the new set of tires. They replaced no charge the next day.Took a point off because once they returned the car with two valve caps and a center wheel insert missing. They had them sitting on someones desk and didnt bother to call me. Also, the last 4 times I have been there they put the wrong tire pressure in the tires despite me telling them exactly what pressure each tire should be. Last week, I got my cast back with the tires at 33 lbs and one at 38 lbs. No excuse for that and it could be dangerous.

I thought my time with Tom was short, I was wrong! My time with Andres was shorter. He let me know what he was going to do. He politely signaled me in and escorted me to an outside waiting area. I have worked with the Discount Tire in Richardson (which is the area I work) and experience was top notch. Now that I am working from home I went with the location that was nearest to me (NW Highway). The experience on NW Highway: I bought 4 new tires online and then set up an appointment with the location on NW Highway to have them put on. I received a call from the Manager at this location (Mike) and was advised the tires I bought were not available and that I would have to buy the next price up. Mike said he would split the cost with me which I told him I would call him back after I thought about it as the next price was out of my budget. When I called back Mike was at lunch. So I decided to call the Discount Tire on Forest Lane to see if I can locate the tires I bought on line.The guy who answered the phone was very helpful (sorry, dont remember his name). He advised me it was not that the tires were not available its that Falken tires no longer made the Pro 4 and that the Pro 5 was available at the location on Inwood. After speaking with him he said if it was his store he would not charge me the difference between the two tire prices because it was not my fault the website was incorrect....this is the type of service I am used to with Discount Tires.Mike calls me back and after advising I can go to another location and not be charged anything additional he reluctantly agreed and offered the Pro5 for the Pro4 price.Tire Installment 9/16/2020: My appointment was 2 days after speaking with Mike. I go to the NW Highway location and check in. When I pull into the service area the young man informed me that they will have to refund what I paid online and then recharge me. I asked him would it me simultaneous as I dont have enough in my account to let them hold double of what I already paid. He said yes it would be. Once the tires were installed, I go to check out with Mike (the manager). I asked again, will this be simultaneous explaining again I would not have enough in my account to cover a second charge. He said yes it would.9/17/2020: I check my bank account this morning and my account is in the negative + NSF. I called NW Highway to advise and Mike was at lunch. I spoke with Felix (who said he was a manager as well). I explained the situation and he said he would call their accounting department to see if they can push the credit through. In the meantime I called my bank and they said they didnt even see the credit pending. They advised contrary to what we are told its the merchant not the back that hold refunds. Felix calls me back and state that their accounting department could not push the credit through. I advised the other option is to stop the refund, let me come up to their location and they could give me the second account they took in cash so that I can then go and deposit in my bank as I needed this resolved today because their error was causing a snowball effect on my bank account. Anyway, Felix was not able to help and just kept repeating the same thing. Of course, Mike would not come to the phone. As of right now I am waiting for the VP of something or another (Steve Glass) give me a call to see if we can get this resolve. I will post an update.Conclusion: I wouldnt say dont shop with Discount Tires based on this review. I am saying I would stay away from the NW Highway location. Once your service is done, they seem to be done with you. No accountability.Update: Spoke with Gavin at 800 number for Discount Tires and he escalated to Steve Glass and up. Steve Glass made a few phone calls and got this all taken care of. He also stated he would do some additional training for this location. I would like to change my stars from 1 to 5 with this resolution (Gavin and Steve were great!), however I am rating this location and not Gavin and Steves performance. I needed to go up to the NW location to finish up some paperwork and let me tell you it was obvious Felix was not happy to see me. Felix did not offer an apology or seem remorseful for anything. So I go back to my previous conclusion.

Highly recommend this location. Its always intimidating going into a car shop (afraid of being taken advantage of). I never feel this way at this location. Darryl was so help and even saved me a ton of money when I was quoted a higher price. I think any other tire shop would have just replaced the tires and kept it to the self that I was eligible for a discount. Thanks, guys.

Very helpful and friendly service at this tire shop. They will rotate your tires for free every 6000 miles, and even patch a flat free. They also offer a warranty service on your tires, if you want to buy it. The prices are always very competitive, and the service is usually very fast, provided you have an appointment. I would not go here during their busy hours without an appointment, as you may end up waiting 1 to 2 hours. Other than that, this place is fantastic.

Came here after experiencing horrible customer service at a different repair shop. Juan was very helpful and polite over the phone getting me pricing. Craig also expressed very good customer service checking my car and helping me complete my purchase. Love to see that everyone is so respectable even when very busy. Would recommend.

This morning I noticed my driver side tire was low and I saw a nail in it. I bought the tires at NTB tires on central when I was desperate one holiday weekend. I overpaid and I promised myself I would never go back there. I took my car into NTB and they told me that it was absolutely impossible to repair that tire and I would need a new tire that would cost me $190! I took my car to Discount tire and wanted to see if they could fix it or at least purchase a cheaper tire from them. Without hesitation they looked at my car and were able to fix my tire for NO CHARGE at all! Way to go guys, you just got a customer for life!

Amazing place that I would recommend to family and friends. Despite coming in after closing hours due to running over a nail, Mr. Felix and his co-workers were kind enough to help patch it up so we could get back on the road as we are from out-of-state and in a hurry to return home.

Made an appointment in advance. When I arrived, I waited in a line of cars for 10 minutes. Finally they told me to wait in a parking spot and someone would assist me. Waited 20 mins and nobody ever came to talk to me.

I was incredibly pleased with my experience at this location. Even though they were really busy, they were very attentive the entire time. I had two flat tires that they were able to patch, all in under 20 minutes at NO CHARGE. They explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Went for a tire puncture repair, waiting 45 mins for them to take my cars tire off the rim and then not wanting to fix it but instead sell me new tires even tho my tires are almost brand new. I had them put my car back together and I went down the street and got it fixed. Seems like they dont care about getting you what you need but instead just sell you new tires.

I always buy my tires from Discount and have with one exception always been treated good. This store is the fastest of any store Ive ever been to, and they were informative but not pushy. Id recommend them to friends and Ill be back.

Asked to get tire sensor replaced, took a few visits to resolve the issue. In the end, they told me to go to the dealer...

Amazing service! Had 4 new tires installed on my Audi S6 back in January for around $1300. I let a friend borrow my car and two of the tires were damaged when she hit a pothole. Called discount tire and they were able to order replacements over the phone. They arrived the next morning, and because I purchased their replacement warranty I was only charged a mounting and disposal fee for the two new tires. Saved me like $600 :D Rare to leave a auto repair shop without feeling screwed.
