I’ve purchased two vehicles from John Eagle, my last one being two years ago. With covid, I didn’t drive my car too much, and I was now in need of my 10k service as well as a issue with my windshield fluid. Jesse Valdez helped me out today and he was great. Super helpful/knowledgeable and so so nice. For the initial reason I brought my car in, he was able to fix it in less than 3 minutes! Ended up getting my full 10k service done as well as oil change and they even did my state inspection in less than 2 hours. Not to mention they cleaned my car which it was in desperate need of. Great experience.
My car had been serviced at Freeman Honda and they did not do it correctly and it left me on the side of the road so I had to get it towed to John Eagle Honda and Juan the service advisor got me done real quick it was like I was the only customer on his list that day. I feel like every customer needs to have that too treatment. His awesome. I would definitely bring my car back to get serviced with them. 2021 Honda Civic driver here!
Luis was amazing! He helped me find the exact car I wanted with the shortage of cars out there. He showed me how to hook up Android Auto with my phone and went over all of the new features that my 2022 Civic provides. He was always there to answer any questions that I had through text message. Marvin was my service rep today and he was very helpful and informative on why I needed each service recommended and by when I should get it. I couldn’t get each one today (time and budget) but he wasn’t forceful in trying to sell me something and kept me promptly updated on everything going on with my car. Other than the car wash station being down it was Great service!

Excellent! I was in the middle of driving across the country with my elderly parent and needed to get a sudden check engine light evaluated to see if we could continue the drive. The shop squeezed my accessibility van into the queue and after a few hours mom and I were on our way again. I am so grateful!! They explained what the light meant and some other mechanical things to help us on our future drive, in such a helpful way. Best car mechanics customer service I have ever experienced in my 35 years of owning cars.

Anyone having issues with A/C, Id hold off getting it fixed here if you can since theres a A/C litigation: (HONDA vs WONG) literally still going on. Look it up for yourself, but basically theres an on going trend with Honda civics 2016-2018 models having issues with theyre A/C giving out or struggling to emit proper cooling in cars that dont even have over 50,000 miles which is ridiculous. Long story short this dealership which I purchased mine from is trying to finagle the situation by saying its the compressor and not the condenser which are both apart of the failing A/C units we wont cover it and it will be only $1500. On top of the $178 diagnostic whether you choose to proceed with the repairs or not. Yea no thanks, a relatively newer car under 50,000 miles that gets routine checkups should be having these issues this early on. Honda do better, especially when you know this is not an isolated issue. At least they provide transportation while there diagnosing your car, its the least they can do after a $178 diagnostic fee...
I went to Firestone because my A/C wasn’t working and they tried to charge me $3300 and say that I needed to get it fixed otherwise my car would break down soon. I took it to Honda and they told me that the thing that needed to be replaced was just an air compressor which is $1165. I am pleased with the promptness that Fernando provided and I definitely recommend him and the diagnostic team over someone else.
You have great people who provide a great service! Juan, Allison, and Greg were outstanding helpers all day yesterday. They were JAM PACKED, and still found time to see to my specific needs and use the shuttle service to get me to work in the knick of time. Cannot speak highly enough of these people.

It took two visits to get my A/C fixed, but the second visit really seemed to fix it right. I dont know whats going on in the Service Dept but a lot has changed - I bought my car at John Eagle, and its been serviced almost exclusively at JEHofD. This was a good visit and went far towards convincing me to continue using the dealer service department.

I haven’t needed a car in many years due to living/working in Boston and NYC. My Sales Rep Jacob was nothing but kind, professional and knowledgeable about the process of getting a car lease, insurance, and how to do so in a price efficient manner. He made sure I was comfortable during the experience and I felt like he was a friend guiding me through what can be a stressful and expensive decision. Our Sales Manager Lewis Hollman was equally wonderful. He gave us tips on how to approach financing and we felt like he was truly a master of his job. Overall, both Jacob and Lewis went above and beyond. You can tell the culture at this location is one that fosters professional and personal excellence. I would recommend this location if thinking about getting a car lease.
A recall for my car required immediate attention so I scheduled an appointment with John Eagle Honda by phone. The receptionist was polite and friendly. The service clerks were also polite and professional. I was informed throughout the day about status of my service which was completed quickly. I was just a little disappointed that they didnt wash my car and there was a scratch in the paint on the passenger side of the car.

This was by far the easiest auto purchase I have ever experienced. From the initial emails & texts to the in-house personal contact, Bill Cheeks was nothing but professional and courteous. He took the time to find out what we were looking for, why we were looking for that particular vehicle and then educated us on the car market at this time to get us into a better vehicle (new as opposed to used) for the same amount of money. If he had only taken the time to show us the vehicle we came to look at, we would have left without a car and moved on to the next dealer to see what they had in stock. Instead he spent the better part of the day with us and ended up getting us into a better car for our daughter. It was a great experience from the beginning to the end! Common sense, low pressure, honesty were all part of this experience and I highly recommend this dealership to others who are looking for these qualities.
I bought a used car at John Eagle and had a great experience from beginning to end. The sales rep (Martha Davila) was very responsive over phone and text while we scheduled my appointment (I had to reschedule multiple times and she was very accommodating) and when we moved on to discussing the purchase of the vehicle she was very transparent about the additional fees - she brought all of them up at the start rather than waiting until after we had already agreed on a price. Luis in finance was also amazing, throughout the process they were both extremely polite and friendly and I never felt pressured into making a decision. Highly highly recommend John Eagle!

Juan deserves a raise - absolutely phenomenal service!! He was empathetic with my situation and extremely helpful. I am a college student that lives out of state and discovered that I had lost my electronic key fob at Dallas Love Airport and found myself stuck in Dallas that night with no car and no means to get home. I called the next morning and despite an appointment and the dealership being incredibly busy that day, Juan got my key replacement done in record time and got me on the road back on they way home within an hour.Since I didn’t have my second key fob with me I needed to book a second appointment at my home dealership to have both key fobs working properly. After he found out my home Honda dealership would charge an additional service fee of $100 to have both keys working, he offered to reprogram both keys for free if I was ever back in Dallas.About a month later, I showed up and the Dealership Manager honored Juan’s word.As a college student with a minimal budget, this meant an incredible amount to me.Thank you very much!!

I can not praise Jack enough for his due diligence in making sure that I drove off the lot HAPPY!!! Car buying can already be stressful and tedious but we worked effortlessly together. Great experience from beginning to end. Was able to secure a deal before heading to Dallas and potentially wasting my time. Luis had great communication and took care of us, car was detailed and had a full tank (used cars don’t usually have full tanks). Finance dept was also a breeze, Nichole did a great job explaining everything! Was out of there in less than 2 hrs. Overall very satisfied, and would buy from this dealership again!!

I made an appointment and unfortunately the lady whom I talked on the phone was a little rude. I didn’t like that at all! 🧐By the time I got there for my appointment, a lady received me, BUT after that, I had to wait in my car for 25 minutes! THAT MADE ME MAD 😡 because NOBODY WAS POLITE ENOUGH to tell me WHY I had to wait that long!My appointment was at 3:30. I got there 10 earlier. But I had to wait until 3:45! NOT GOOD! 😠The good thing was after that. Id like to say that the gentleman who finally received my car (I believe his names Brent), was very courteous, polite and professional. Our trip to John Eagle started out great! The saleswoman, Martha, was very sweet and the receptionist greated us right away. I can’t stress enough that she was an absolute delight and this has nothing to do with her. She was amazing. The problems didn’t start until I noticed the sticker price wasn’t what was reflected on the ad online. It wasn’t actually what it said on EITHER of the ads I could find, there were THREE different prices online for this one car. And the sticker price was significantly higher. When I inquired about that, I was given some BS about extra costs for things I didn’t even want. And when the offer was drawn up it was treated like they were doing me a favor by dropping the price to what it was supposed to be. I was very clear on what I owed on my current car. I hid nothing. And I told them I would not be doing a down payment. Period. I even have another person who can validate this, the saleswoman said she understood and would go try to work for me to get what I want. She was sweet as could be. This review is not about her. She was wonderful.

Hello there,I bought a Honda CRV on June 12th, I did not get copy of my financial documents on the same day, I was said an email will be sent with all the details. But, I never got an email from finance team with all the documents I signed. After about 3 weeks, I got an automated email from Honda about hondafinancials where I can check my documents.After checking the documents, I found 2 conflicts.1) I was wrongly charged for Honda care of 900$. Sent an email, followed up 3 times asking for updates to remove extra charges, Duc and Caden did not care to respond. I have left voicemails, no one from finance team responded. (Before buying the car, I did get responses for all my emails)2) I traded in my car, I was promised X$ for tradein including the amount I owe to my bank. After checking documents, I was only given Y$ (they have deducted the amount I owe to bank) towards my new car.So, please check your documents after getting your car.

Brought Honda Pilot for repairs. After drop off took 2 and 1/2 days to hear back (via a text link) on a leaking strut and that rotars should be machined and a test drive to diagnose a transmission issue. Four phone calls made to service advisor over a 2 day period, was told advisor busy each time. No return calls made by service advisor (was promised return call each time) Approved repairs via service link only to get a call from service advisor 24 hrs later asking if I approved repairs. Informed advisor that I approved via service link already only to be told by advisor that the service link doesn’t work properly. Was told vehicle would be ready next day, only to be called 24hrs later that she didn’t know parts had to be ordered. Had to demand car back due to poor service. Transmission issue was reproduced but tech did not know what the issue was, told me to change transmission oil and “let’s see what happens”. Over 5 days (not including drop off day) only service performed was 2 rotars being machined. Would not recommend dealership based on experience. Seems set up to just handle oil changes etc.
