I brought in my 2019 5.0 Mustang to get steeda lowering springs installed and spacers put in with an alignment two months ago with no problems. They had my car ready within a few hours of waiting in their nice waiting room. Best price and quality service.

I had such a fantastic experience at Complete Auto Repair! Andy is accommodating, professional and is constantly communicating with the clients. I usually wait very long at other shops for my car to be fixed, but I waited 35-45 min max here, they were very efficient. Anyone that goes there- ask for Andy!

They are a complete rip off! Dont recommend. They make y buy parts for your vehicle then end up placing used parts. I found out the hard way. Paying in advance! Then another mechanic told me my vehicle had used parts having bought them brand new to install. Dont trust these people!

These guys are awesome!!! They worked on my 2000 Jeep Wrangler, which is not easy to do! Replaced my motor and did a great job! They also worked on alignment, and several other things. The ONLY shop I will ever take my cars to!! They are now my mechanics for life, or as long as they are open.

Waited over an hour in their waiting room only to be told that their alignment machine needed to be reset but when I arrived I was told they could do the alignment no problem, within 30 minutes. Wouldve preferred them being honest up front so I couldve taken my business elsewhere.Dont waste your time here

Wish there was an option for 0 stars!! Took my car there to have my front brakes and rotors replaced and they ended up scraping one of my rims....then had the audacity to get an attitude when I told them that they needed to pay to get it fixed. Tried to lie and say that the mechanic didnt do it until i had them run the video back.. First and LAST time doing business with these guys....but they will fix my rim!

They were supposed to replace front struts, when problem recovered I couldnt find the receipt. I paid again $540 and $500 with the understanding my money would be refunded if the receipt was found. I found the receipt, they wanted to provide SERVICE instead of refunding the $500. Im now trying to get an alignment at another shop. Cant be done because parts are bent and struts need replacing. This was supposed to be lifetime warranty! DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!! Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Literally only took the dude maybe 30 minutes to a high my steering wheel and he was done the wheel wasnt aligned my steering wheel was still offset and it wont straighten itself up afterward its making a squeezing sound every time I turn the steering wheel now wouldnt recommend

Mj was very helpful, had a tire blow out in the middle of the day. They were able to get us right in, source a replacement tire, and have it installed within 15 minutes. They did a great job, and had a comfortable waiting area. John and Andy were also quick to help by inspecting whats wrong with my vehicle and report back to me while they rest of the crew attended to my vehicle. when i come to complete auto its more than excellent service. you actually feel wanted here! highly recommended

I went to get an oil change and alignment. After the work was completed and I drove off I did not notice much of a change in the way my vehicle drove so, I turned around immediately and shared my concern with the service man. I was then told that I needed parts...never told what parts or did he inquire if the may be something I would address at that time. Also, I had to request a reminder sticker of next oil change recommendations. I will NOT revisit this service provider.

I came for a oil change since it was one of the cheaper options for me and really close to my house. While they were working they took the time to take a look at the rest of my car and noticed that my air filter was completely clogged up and offered me a filter at a discount. A worker, MJ, even helped me understand why I needed that filter. Will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything.

I am not to impressed with this repair shop. I paid $70 for a front end wheel alignment with the promise that I would no longer have wheel drifting across the freeway...wrong! I experienced drift on the local road at a low speed. They never provided a precise and post alignment measurement. Not to sure if the alignment was actually preformed.

Just had the best experience ever! Soon as pulled up I was greeted. They really do have great customer care.! They were able to help me out. I needed new tires so while we were there waiting they made us feel welcomed and kept us up to date on everything that was going on. I highly recommend Complete Auto Repair there awesome!!!

Found out my Tahoe was leaking oil. After taking to one mechanic shop for repair, 2 weeks later it started leaking again. Switched to this shop and told the GM Andy what happened. He understood my frustration and sympathized with me. Not only did they fix it correctly, they charged 20% less that what I paid the other guys. And the leak NEVER returned. My new go-to shop!!!

Would give NO STARS if I could!!!! Went here for some internal work after a collision from about September. I’ve had NO internal problems with my car other than A/C and a couple of other small things, about three months after getting work done by them my TRANSMISSION is out of whack and my car is basically done with. I’ve had a diagnosis on my car after the wreck and nothing was wrong with my transmission until AFTER I got work done by them!!! And don’t be fooled by all of their 5 stars, they tell people to write good reviews in trade for a free oil change! I will NEVER go back here again and would not recommend ANYONE to go here!

Scammers Andy manager told me he would change the upper control Arms on my vehicle charge me $650 with alignment okay fine then when I left with my truck supposedly it was ready I got underneathAnd checked the truck I took it back the workers told me no we never changed out the parts so they were charging $650 for alignment trying to get away so they only end up doing one side when we had agreed on both side well I pulled up to the shop after 6hr two guys were driving my for another hr got off my truck with bags of food this people don’t respect you or your vehicleJust make them write on paper what they are going to do and the price I promise this guys will tell one thing and lie to you in your face and play stupid with the workers

You tell them what need to be fixed, they give you a bill stating it was fixed you drive off and behold you have same problem as before. Manager argue with you saying they fixed it.
