European Service Center is definitely the ONLY place I’ll be taking my BMW to from now on!!! I had paid a lot of money to the dealership and my car still didn’t start so when I told my friend/client about it her and her husband referred me to European Service Center and I’m glad they did!!! The service is by far the best I’ve ever experienced and they definitely deserve 10’s all across the board!!! From the very first call to the last they were consistently polite, professional and very informative about the repairs to my vehicle!!! Not only did they repair the car, they washed it and even put gas in it at NO ADDITIONAL cost!!!! The quality of work and service made me a lifetime customer!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!

He then explained what needed to be done clearly and in a way I could understand. (A breathe of fresh air). First time I have ever had a shop tell me I haveTo pay a bit over $100 just to give me a quote on a preventative maintenance request when I already told you I wanted to do a timing chain replacement as preventative maintenance on my BMW and it’s not broken.It’s purely preventative!What is there to look at you work on them right, so you have all the info on what it takes to do the job. I gave u everything you needed but you want me to take my car in pay 108$ just so u can look at it and give me a quote….. That doesn’t sound right to me at all!

I did a PPI (pre purchase inspection). Im from out of state but was looking at a car near by. They took great care of me and answered all the questions I had about the car through the whole inspection process and made it quick and easy! 10/10 would recommend these guys for any work.

First time using the facility. Drove past it for years. Headlight was out. Dealer said the repair would be hundreds of dollars. Ballast or bulb. Decided to call the facility. Talked to Ryan. Ryan said it was likely the light bulb. Ryan ordered the part and asked that I bring it in. I did so and he was very professional and timely in his service. The experience left me feeling the facility was honest in their diagnosis, pricing and service. I would recommend this facility. I’ll be back for larger repairs. I expect and hope to see the same level of service.I drive a 2000 s500 with 260K miles. Car is in great shape generally speaking.

I like the fact they told me about problems the dealership never mentioned. Every time I went to Mercedes Benz dealership they told me one problem and they fix that. Before I can get home I still had trouble starting the car. They told me to bring the car back to the dealership, and they told me another problem. Take it home. Within 24 hours same problems. Took it back to the dealership and ask why they keep just fixing stuff and the car still the same. They say, because we just fix what the Diagnostic saying. After spending almost 3,000 on the car, they say oh it’s the ECU. That’s $2500. So I sent the computer to New York. Had the software updated. That company told me to make sure I fix everything electrical. This European company diagnostic makes a lot of sense now that I had the software updated on my ECU. I feel guilty because I didn’t let them fix anything. But I got a gut feeling it’s best to let them finish what they started.

Fantastic service on my Porsche Cayenne. The shop took several photos and did a fantastic job. Will definitely be back for all service needs in Dallas.

This shop ruined the finish on all four of my AMG wheels while mounting new tires. Their idea of “making it right” was to offer me a cheap overnight repair or $75/wheel. The cost to have these wheels refinished with factory finishes at any reputable shop in Dallas is minimum $125/wheel. I’m going to be out $200 to repair the damage done by this shop.

Great service. I messaged Ryan regarding the door lock issue I was having with my Jaguar XF. He promptly responded and informed me that he may know what the issue was due to encountering the same issue with another Jaguar. The issue was what he thought it was and they were able to fix it without replacing the entire door module, thus saving me a couple of thousands of dollars. He also fixed another issue I had at a decent price. I will definitely return for future maintenance.

OMG! I called this service center to see if they could change my brake light out in lieu of driving to my dealership far out and be charged 60 bucks, Ray came out and changed the light within 15 minutes at GUESS what NO CHARGE!! THANK U SO VERY MUCH, its been 3 weeks!!

They did a really thorough inspection of my of my vehicle and made recommendations without making me feel like they were up selling or pressuring me. The service European Service Center provided me was excellent. I needed a headlight assembly replaced and they repaired it swiftly. Before them I had been calling several different shops trying to get the repair done at a fair price. I used their app and received a text message from them, and from that point on my experience only got better. Overall great service at a fair price.

I cannot speak highly enough of Ryan and the ESC team. When hit with a very costly repair estimate from the Volvo dealer, I called Ryan who gave me invaluable advice at no cost. ESC was also able to diagnose a serious engine problem for far less than the dealership said it would cost to run the necessary test. Ultimately, I had ESC perform the repair (which involved an engine tear down and replacement of multiple valves...and it came in thousands of dollars less than the dealership estimate for the same work.I highly recommend ESC if you need a solid independent shop.

The cost of the work done even came in below his initial estimate. Its a night and day experience compared to a dealership, and at a better price point. Of course, cost can vary depending on the make of your vehicle and the scale of the work, but I feel confident I have found my new go to for servicing my Volvo

As a new 2008 Porsche owner I was looking for a home for service, maintenance and repair. Several friends recommended European Service Center. I called and spoke with Ryan. That same day I brought my car in for a multipoint inspection. When I went to pick it up, Ryan sat with me and went over the mechanics report page by page. His honestly on the condition of the car (very good) was refreshing. I also met the mechanic, Jamie, who was also very professional. The shop was clean, well stocked and very accommodating. As someone who is usually skeptical at first, I found my car’s new home. I recommend European Service Center to all. Best I’ve dealt with. Wish I met them sooner.

I recently took my 2013 Range Rover Sport to European Service Center for repair of my non-functioning radio, GPS system, and backup camera, along with a few smaller issues. Fortunately, the bulk of my problem was electrical and fell under my extended warranty! Ryan, my consistently calm, understanding, and communicative contact never rushed me or talked down to me in explaining the situation on an almost daily basis. Additionally, Ryan went to bat for me in negotiating with the extended warranty people what, ultimately, was a very expensive repair job.There were several hurdles in repairing my cars’ problems which, among others, included the diagnosis of some problems with ordered factory parts, as well as with their own diagnostic equipment which required the purchase and replacement (on their side) of some very expensive equipment.No one came close to giving up! At the end of the day, the owner and another mechanic from their other shop were consulted and as a team they got the job done!I was so excited to get my car back and when we went to pick it up...ready for this?!...the battery was dead! No problem Ryan said: “we will just replace it! (for free!)Service doesn’t get any better than this...and that is much appreciated these days!! I had a CEL on my vehicle, they were able to diagnose it and replace the part at a very fair price. I had also used them for my vehicle’s pre perchase inspection. The technician was very knowledgeable with my type of car (Ferrari).

Awesome experience. Couldn’t of been more satisfied with my vehicle repairs. Everyone was super nice and respectful from the gentleman in the front to the mechanics in the back! They told me everything going on with my vehicle from a low tire to upcoming services.

My father-in-law had the opportunity to meet Ryan when he was looking for a new shop to repair his cars. The first car, an older BMW 3 Series was towed into the shop, it was repaired, he drove it home and completely satisfiedThe second car, Benz SL600, was taken in, had some work done, the car was good to go.The thing that impressed him the most was that he took the SL back to the shop for the A/C, and since he would be waiting for the car, Ryan did the repairs himself in the middle of talking to customers and answering the phone. Ryan has always made himself available to answer any questions or to repair the cars.

These guys are amazing! The service I got from Ryan and one of the technicians, David, was superior. They went out of their way to take time and explain all the details of the repair necessary, no pressure. Once they started to replace a part they noticed it just needed tightening. Other shops would have charged me to replace it even if it wasn’t necessary but these guys were completely honest and trustworthy and saved me a great deal. They are definitely more reasonable than the dealership prices and much more service conscious. They have a new loyal customer in me for sure and I will absolutely refer my friends to them.

Originally contacted Carmax of Irving which has the worse customer service when it comes to trying to get someone on the phone and for an appointment. CarMax wasn’t able to see me until the following Thursday when I called on a Monday. That said I was able to find a repairpal they partner with...European service center. After speaking to Ryan the owner over the phone he advise he wld definitely get my vehicle looked at and get me in and out in no time. They did just that. It was frustrating to have two places tell me my alternator was failing when it was just my battery. I highly recommend this place

Brought in 2013 Lexus RX 350 for emissions service after throwing codes. The team here at ESC diagnosed the issue and fixed it same day. The team was very thorough and even had pictures and codes of some other things I needed to get serviced soon. I will definitely be back for future work.
