This was the worst experience I have every ha at any auto repair place. My family and I had just exited 35 when I heard a very loud sound, pulled over and noticed it was a flat tire. I pulled up into this shop and immediately received stares. The man, who I suppose is the owner, said “what do you want?” Not how I’m doing? How can I help? Then proceeded with all I can do is put on the spare do you have one?! He proceeded to move my car, leaving an empty coke can I side, and charges $20 to out on my spare because it was a holiday. What happened to come courtesy and good businessmen? Terrible service and he seemed very racist as well. I only paid because I’m an honest person who also works for the State of Texas as A Licensing Inspector and prides myself on treating everyone fairly!!!! Don’t go to this place if you want kind unless service.

Alex and his crew are very professional from the quoting to the work, this is quality work they do, ive never had the same experience in any other repair shops, because most of them are shady or too expensive but Alex Auto Repair. as long as ive known them theyve never miss treated me or done a bad job on my vehicles I Recommend

Mechanic only changed 5 spark plugs. I guess The 6th plug was too hard to remove. I didnt realize it until I sold it because it ran rough a month later. The new owner changed the 6th plug and it ran good.
