My insurance renewal time is here, and I shopped several insurance companies directly, and went to an agent or two. None of these shopping trips proved productive. He was supposed to help me renew my insurance and it was a full month of back and forth with him. He always had an excuse as to why he didn’t get to it yet and the things he said he did for me, he really didn’t. I just called my insurance directly and fixed it. Moved to Dallas around 5 months ago and finally got around to looking at auto insurance so as to get off my parents policy. Researched a handful of independent agents and had them each draw up a quote for me. Phoenix right off the bat gave me the lowest rates, which is of course the main thing you look for when it comes to insurance. However, when you couple that with the outstanding service that Jason provided, the experience was unmatched. One example is that almost every quote I got had boilerplate numbers for UIM property damage, whereas Jason quoted me at much lower limits. I asked his reasoning for being the outlier, and he gave me a great explanation about how my 2005 car probably isnt worth $100k, so why pay the extra money for insurance Ill never use? Jason and the Phoenix are also passionate about teaching others about insurance. This was extremely evident as I continuously pushed back with questions on multiple limits he chose, what some insurance items meant, and even the implications of choosing one insurance company over the other in terms of not being a registered Texas resident yet. After all the email correspondence and multiple phone calls, to get that level of service and explanation while it was still possible I could turn on a dime and go with another independent agent, Jason has absolutely earned my business for as long as Im in Texas, hands down.

I have to admit that I dont know so much about insurance, in terms of the best companies, how much insurance is enough, etc. Jason and his team took a lot of time and effort to help educate me, and as a result, I bought auto, renters, and umbrella insurance from them. I have not regretted any of this, and if fact, am extremely glad that I did. Shortly after establishing the policies, the sewer line in the house we were renting backed up, which created a terrible mess and led to the destruction of two very expensive Persian carpets. I was having some initial difficulty with Safeco, so Jason stepped in and coordinated between myself and the Safeco claims department. In the end, I received very satisfactory compensation for the carpets, payment for excess electricity used to dry the house, and money for the hotel stay we needed during restoration. I credit Jason and his team for helping guide me through this tough situation. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone as a great insurance provider.

I have had all of my modified cars on insurance plans from the Phoenix Insurance. My agent Jason, has been super helpful and extremely responsive to all of my questions and requests. Even small things like asking for proof of insurance, insurance confirmation, or even questions for friends he gets back to me immediately. I have had 3 Vipers, a restored 280z, and a GTR policy with them and could not be happier. When my Datsun was caught in a spring hail storm, I simply called Jason who got me in touch with my insurance company and worked out the details. A week later a check was in the mail and my car was in the shop getting repaired.
