Excellent experience with Jose and this car shop! I was in a wreck that caused damage so bad I couldn’t even open my door to get out of the car. His shop repaired not only the door but the front bumper and grille of the car. It looks like nothing ever happened! Better even!Every time I called the shop, they knew who I was and had an update for me. I had excellent service all the way around! Thank you so much! I will definitely be referring the shop and will use them in the future if needed.

Rob is very upfront with everything and is very responsive with answering questions and keeping us informed about the process. I had hail damage from a storm in College Station, Texas and Beto with Automotive Art made the repair process extremely easy. He was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had. The entire team provided excellent service and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The customer service was too tier and I received my car back in practically brand new condition. Not a hail dent in sight.

Got connected to Automotive Art through my insurance adjuster. Great work, timely, and very professional! I had hail damage from the May 10, 2021 storm. AA picked up the vehicle, worked with my insurance, and only charged me what insurance paid (i.e. no deductible). I had the car back in less than a week! Overall, great experience.

Great Family owned business, when my windshield was shattered from the hail storm they came right away, gave my an amazing price, spoke to my insurance for me to get everything taken care of easily. Then they came the very next morning to have my car fixed at my house! I can’t recommend them enough they were friendly, knowledgeable, affordable and fast! My Husband and I bought a brand new car and five days later We got golf ball size hail. His brand new car and my suv were inundated with dents and his windshield was shattered. Kate came by the house and gave us a flyer and we are so grateful that we had them fix both our cars. The job was done right in a timely fashion. They had our cars towed to their shop and personally brought them back to our home. She even washed and vacuumed them...so professional and courteous. I walked in there really stressed because my vehicle needed work & I had been to a couple of other shops that didn’t make me feel like I could trust them. My car had multiple rounds of hail damage (dents werent too crazy but i had them all over) ... i was approached by one of their representatives on my street and was told everything they do and given a card that explained everything as well . Im looking it all over thinking this sounds too good to be true, something has to be up so of course Im a bit skeptical about everything ... i decide to give them a chance and once i get there Im shown around the whole place and even get to see how the work is actually done to the vehicles . The paperwork is super simple and next thing i know Im picking up the rental car they reserved for me (a nice 2020 vehicle) ... well they had my car for barely a week and its basically a brand new car again ! I cant see any of the 30+ dents my car had anymore and they also managed to almost erase a long scratch i had on my front fender ! The customer service and employee interactions you have with them are the best you can ask for, and if your vehicle needs any kind of work done Id HIGHLY recommend them 10/10 times !

Beto Martinez interrupted my workday to pitch his hail dent repair to me for my car because of a hail storm that happened in April. We didn’t even live here then. I have an SUV and he mentioned I have hail damage on my roof. Anyone care to explain how he noticed that without physically climbing up on my vehicle to see that?? Not to mention he ignored the sign on my door to not knock or ring the bell, he also took the liberty of touching my personal property without permission. Not that I need his services now but if I ever do in the future I will make a point to NOT use this company.

Automotive Art was very helpful from beginning to the end. Diana, one of the representatives there offered to fix the hail damage on my vehicle at a public place and I explained to her I don’t have the time and I didn’t have rental coverage on my vehicle. That was my main issue. But she explained that automotive art provides a free rental car, they handle all the paperwork and offered to bring the rental car to me ASAP. So I went to check out the shop the next day and when I got there I was very pleased at the hospitality they gave me and they gave me a tour of the shop. So I put my trust in them and I am satisfied with the whole outcome! They fixed my hail damage and more! I loved what they did so much that I asked to be a part of the team. My car looked like a brand new car! They detailed it inside and out and even took care of a few scratches as well in other places. Diana made this whole process very easy for me. Not sure I can fully express my appreciation for the excellent work performed by the team at Automotive Art. We only owned our 2018 Suburban for one week before it was severely damaged by hail in Dallas. We were so upset but the team at AA said they could fix it, and not only that, they said they could do it before we had to leave town the next day! 30 hrs later we had our Suburban back and you couldn’t even tell it had any damage at all! Truly amazing to work with and they went above and beyond to help our family. I recommend them with genuine trust they will perform the work with excellence!
