Professional, candid and easy to work with. The office was organized and it was easy to communicate with Adolfo about the status of my repairs. He offered repair suggestions at different price points to be mindful of my budget. The workmanship is terrific. But the best part is that they surprised me by vacuuming some difficult-to-remove horse hair (left behind from riding equipment) in my trunk, which was as wonderful to me as the repairs themselves! ⭐️

Harvey’s Paint & Body is a very bustling business, but the employees take the time to make every customer feel like their dollars are appreciated, important, and well-spent. The garage gives you several viable options for repairs; and, the mechanics complete the work in a timely manner.I went this morning to have my side mirror replaced. As soon as I entered the establishment, I was greeted by the friendly and sing-song voice of Ms. Gina. She examined the part I bought and had the mechanic work on my vehicle almost immediately. (Don’t expect instant service all the time. It was early and I had scheduled an appointment. As a courtesy, Harvey’s does allow the customer to drop-off the vehicle. Plus, remember I used the word ‘bustling.’) As I waited, the staff engaged me in friendly and light conversation, although they were obviously busy with a plethora of more important tasks. Once my vehicle was completed, the price was as quoted. (It only took the mechanics thirty-two minutes. I timed them.)I would highly recommend this business for all your vehicular needs.

I just stopped in at Harveys at the suggestion of another auto repair shop to see if they could help me get two body panels put back in place on my Range Rover. These guys quickly put the panels back in place, providing me with a temporary, but great fix. They showed me what would need to be done to completely fix the panels and just suggested I come back whenever its convenient to get that done.This kind of can-do spirit is too frequently missing in service-oriented businesses today. ESPECIALLY, WHEN ALL OF THIS HAPPENED LATE ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON. I will now be a loyal customer forever.

Everyone at Harveys was great. They worked hard to fix my old car to look great, and even went out of the way to find used parts to keep the price down when I mentioned it was an older car for our teenager. The work looks great, the prices were fair. I hope I never have another car accident, but I will for sure go back to Harveys if I do.

I recently had been rear ended on the freeway, when I came to Harvey’s they were immediately very helpful in taking a look at my car right away and getting me a fair quote as fast as possible. I reached out to my insurance the same day and my car was in their shop by Monday and out by Friday afternoon. The service they did was great, my entire bumper looks brand new and beautiful, they did everything very well and as quick and efficiently as possible. I’m very happy with the work they did, and would definitely return if I need any more work done in the future !!

I needed body work on both the front and rear. They were able to schedule me at my convenience and delivered when they promised. They also kept me informed almost daily. It ended up costing more than I expected or hoped because of hidden damage, but no one could ever question the quality of their work. My car looked brand new. I also liked the fact that they prefer fixing damage to replacing parts, saving money.

Had an incredible experience with Harveys. My car was hit on New Year’s Eve with pretty significant damage to the front drivers side door. Matt was quick to help me and was incredibly thorough and informative in the process. The repair took very little time at all and I can honestly say this is the best body work I’ve ever seen on a vehicle. Id heard good things about Harveys. Read good reviews. Took a chance and drove my 18 Chevy Tahoe 45 miles to Dallas. I was NOT disappointed. They kept me informed throughout the process with calls and progress pics. They went above and beyond. When I dropped it off and picked it up, as busy as they were, I felt like I was the only one there. I needed a new bumper for my Land Rover discovery. I was quoted $3500 from Land Rover. They charged me less than half and did a fabulous job. I stopped by to have a front license plate bracket installed on a Saturday, and the guys took the car in with no wait, installed the bracket in 15 minutes, and did not charge me anything! The Audi dealership was going to charge $150 for the installation. Amazing to find this level of service and not be overcharged or taken advantage of. Also very professional and friendly-I’ll definitely be back!
