Very good job to work for, no one has to ever wait for cars unless the car is not there, and they decided not to call before picking up the vehicle. Most transporters are in and out quickly with excellent customer service. Titles are sent out promptly and customers are always happy 😊.

Very poor transport department. They wont send gate passes to the gate for you like every other auction in the United States. Meaning you can only pick cars up when the office is open. They dont care about inconveniencing their customers and the way they go about their business clearly displays this. Another week I went in to get a gate pass for a truck I bought and paid for. They were to lazy to check their account to see if a wire had cleared and refused a gate pass making me sit idle overnight costing my company hundreds of dollars. Very poor attitude! Most companies strive to help their customers not run them off.

Im a Transport, first time Ive ever been to this auction. Last night I planned my route for my pick ups around Dallas area as I do everytime so my day can be most efficient. When I looked at their website it says they open at 8am, i arrived at 740am only to find out that nobody comes into the office until around 9am. So now by time Im able to get my vehicle Ive lost at least an hour and a half. In my business time is money as well as lost time or missed appointments for other pick ups or deliveries. So for my first experience ever at this auction I definitely give it a 1 star. Ive been in this business of auto Transport for 18 years and come to Dallas min twice a week and I never knew this auction was here, so in my opinion that speaks for itself on this auction. Fix your website!

Had a bad experience with Manheim after going to the Houston and San Antonio locations for over 15 years. Was told about this sale by a friend and, on my first visit, was treated like you’re supposed to be treated. Great place, great people and a shout out to Windi for taking care of me. Found my new auction from here on

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra off of ove that was facilitated by Texas Lone Star auto auction. It had a clean condition report with nothing disclosed by MacHaic Ford. The vehicle showed up with multiple cigarette burns in the carpet and seats. The dash has words carved in it. The roof has 5 dents, scratches, and rust spots on it. 3 of the wheels are curbed. The trunk, right bedside, and right rear door have previous repair. There are multiple dents with paint damage all around the back rear window. The tailgate is damaged and scratched heavily. The quarter panel has a 3” to 4 “ dent on it.I contacted John Dennis at the auction and he assured me the auction was not going to leave me hanging even though by the time the vehicle was delivered to me it was outside of the arbitration window. Last time we spoke three weeks ago he said he was going to get with the GM and call me back in a few days to let me know how much they could reimburse towards all the problems. John has not called me back and will not answer my calls or respond to my office managers emails. I guess he went to his GM and now has to hide. I’m glad my employees don’t have to avoid my customers when there’s a problem. I know you’re not the problem John. I could tell you really wanted to help and thought the auction would do the right thing.

I try to not to go to this auction.On 06/13 I was there.They are not fair, no bidders for the vehicles but they raise the price with fake bids.When I stop by once in a month, I see less buyers, it shows everybody has the same opinion.Sad!

This auction has had fake bids multiple times. Today Friday 6/2/17 at the first texas Honda auction held in Austin, TX I finally called them out on it. The run number was FA001 My bidder number was 166. During the run of FA001 the auctioneer stated a bid of $4000 there was no further bids. So I simply asked who had the $4000 bid??? and no one in the auction can claim it, I asked the auctioneer and she couldnt claim a bidder number associated with that bid. I was asked to leave the auction for raising the question. There was plenty of witnesses. I ask that this matter gets investigated. I assume that I have over paid in the past thousands of dollars due to fake bids by this auction.

No support what so ever for the online buyer.. was talked into a post sale inspection for $150.00 to only recieve a truck i already over paid for with check engine, abs, and stability track light, after specifically asking when I received called about it passing if there were light on and was told no... no care what so ever to refund or fix what they probably didnt do to begin with.. auction politics is what it is, keep sucking off the sellers and screw the buyer.. last time I log in there auction

This place sucks!! They steal from their customers... way to much fraud. Have been waiting on title for over a month and nothing yet. Bought a car that was showing 40,000 miles on it and they did not specified that speedometer did not work . When car was taken out of their building they said they could do nothing about it. They also had a customer that had just lost over 1700 dollars on a truck he bout there that same day. They do not take care of you they just worry about their big customers. DONT BUY HERE ANYMORE or you will loose money too.

Waiting for title for over a month, finally give me title wet to tax office to transfer it there is lien on it and another title out there waiting now another 5 week for a title everytime i call no update.

Very accommodating after initial ineptness and feeling like the counter didnt care to help us.
