Between Auction close and pick-up dates, Items have mysteriously walked away from lots in which thousands where spent. We have purchased over $100k in items during our patronage of Rosen Auctions. We have not had any issues... until now. This year, close-out activities seem to be an afterthought resulting in loss of valuable items in lots that we have paid large amounts of money for prior to pick-up. This has been documented twice in the last 60 days and we have diverted buying to other venues until a remedy and change has taken place. Bid cautiously, especially if the lot has multiple items!

I have been bidding and buying auction items with Rosen Systems for awhile now and they always take good care of me. Keep up the good work!

On February 19 2020 I bid and win several items on Rosen Systems LLC on line auction and when I went to pick up my items one was damaged, I spoke with Rosen crew about it and they stated the item was already like that when they post the pictures. I told them that to avoid a second trip I will take the item in case they were right so I took the item and didn’t sign for any receiving paper work till I verify what they were saying so I went to my office and compare before and after pictures and effectively item was damaged. I return the item to Rosen Systems but they refuse to give me my money back arguing that they are not a retail store and items are sold as it is.

I sent to your respected company that Medshrelaser Technologies represented in its owner Chris Clearly and the sales representative Zac Larson deceived me and took 47500$ for a machine gentle lase pro u 2015 . Then after transferring the fund they ignored all calls and emails . NOW THEY WANT TO SELL ALL THE PRODUCTS THROUGH YOUR COMPANY . Please stop that business until my case against them finished or Refund my money
