Their initial diagnosis and repair on my truck APU AC didnt work. After that they went over my unit with a fine tooth comb and after quite a few man hours in labor and a new wire harness they fixed the problem. They charged me nothing, zilch, zero for the additional parts and labor.Every truck repair facility should be so fair and honest.

This is a shop of Technicians committed to knowing their business! Techs in 3 other states couldnt find our A/C issue. But these guys take it seriously - climbing on the engine and hanging upside-down to find the mysterious leak no one could find. They are also furr co-driver friendly. Great walking areas even outside the fenced lot to tire out the furry ones. . . But watch the electric fence - It IS clearly posted, but unless your dog can read, its on you.

I took my Shuttle Bus to multiple places and continued to have the same AC issues of not getting cool. After allowing AC Truck Repair take a look at it, they was able to fix the issues and recommend me other services before I had new problems. I’m very pleased with their services and would recommend them in the future.

I had them to repair my AC I spent 1700$ after two trips which started in May,my compressor went out yesterday an i drop by an had Marty to take a look at it an he was talking another 2k bucks well that made me feel really uncomfortable so i went got a second opinion which I ended up buying a compressor,dryer an expansion valve,in the middle of my repair he noticed it was a ton of dye coming out my system which he said ruined my compressor because the dye takes away the oil an contaminates the system,they will over charge you an half do the job to keep you coming back my opinion i will not recommend anybody to this place unless your willing to spend few thousands just to get screwed over an 115$ HR is way to much they turn a 2hr job to a 6hr job to make money...PPLE DO NOT TRUST TX TRK AC.

They serviced and repaired apu and it cost $2000. A few weeks later the apu was doing the same thing, not working. Screeching noise and no A/C. I was at that shop for almost 8 hours waiting for them to fix my stuff only to be right back where I started.

Explain everything that needs too be repair knows exactly needs too be repair.

4 stars So far on customer service. I Left truck for A/C repair. Hopefully truck will be ready tomorrow afternoon with great reviews

Had them fix my APU which had a coolant leak! Been committed here for the last couple of years after using competitor down the road and getting soaked by them! These people fix it right the first time

Called them to see if they had my ac line part available and they said yes. I said ok I’m on my way because I was 1.5 hour away. When I got their they go “oh sorry we’re out of that part, usually we have a whole bunch”. I could see if I just showed up but I called before hand.In response to the owners “wrong inventory dept”. How can it be the wrong inventory dept when the guy I spoke with on the phone comes out of his office to tell the front desk guy that we have the part and then they both go in the back and come out saying we usually have a whole bunch but not right now.

They recently started doing installation of the newest Idle Free Series 5000 EPU and I think I was their first install. I also had a bunk heater installed. They are a great place in every way. The shop is the cleanest I’ve seen. The people are knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend them. If I ever have AC issues with my truck, I’ll just roll down the windows and head for Dallas!

Now some will say that they should have and this is true however some shops today will find an excuse to have the owner share in th responsibility and absorb some cost. Always a great experience. Service second to none and on a timely manner. Estimates and invoices always clearly explained. Never had any issues whatsoever. Even allowed to spend the night in a secured lot if need be or in case no parking at the truck stops. Very accesible from I20 and close to the truck stops. Marty always takes great care of me.

This is the second Rigmaater apu Ive owned and I this is the third dealer Ive been to and I will always use them, they beat the other two dealers 10 to 1. First off, amazing business to work with. Great and helpful staff, and unbeatable pricing for the quality of work and service they perform. I couldnt be happier, my international needed practically the entire ac system and electrical replaced. I was a drive up customer with no appointment and got taken care of on the spot, several issues were found whithin 20 minutes of the diagnostics check and in 5 hours my truck is blowing freezing cold in this texas heat. Everything was replaced. Definitely will be getting all my business from here on out. Hands down the best shop in texas.
