I had a flat tire and one of the guys was kind enough to help me out. He checked the tire pressure on each and saw that one tire had a nail and piece of metal in it. A new tire was needed and they ordered it and service was done and completed including an oil change in a very professional, friendly and timely matter! I was very impressed with the friendly service, explanation of my tire being out of line before installing 4 new tire. It was very easy to make an appointment online although I pushed the wrong button when I submitted and ended up calling them.Very understanding and the availability and their price of the Firestone LE 2 tires were incomparable with the dealers I normally have work done.

Extremely helpful courteous and empathetic. Gave me a loaner car (brand new, 600 miles on it) to use over the weekend. Work was completed on time at exactly the estimated price. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went to have a tire fixed that was leaking air rapidly. Not only did they fit me in early like I requested they found out it was a valve stem and fixed that instead of trying to sell me a new tire. Definitely recommend. Great service and business.

Took my vehicle in for a terrible rumbling noise. They promptly diagnosed a wheel bearing and gave me a quote for the repair. they were lower than three competitors so i gave them the go ahead. The repairs were completed as promised and I was able to pick up the car afterhours. I drove home with a quiet car. What a blessing. I highly recommend this repair facility

My RV needed new valves for the tires and Vans was able to help out. The staff was very friendly and professional! They didnt have the valves my RV needed in stock but they were able to have them delivered and had my RV finished the same day I dropped it off. They walked me through everything they did and the price was reasonable if not better than a few other places I got quotes from.

3 visits now with them and so far each has been a great experience. The first we had tires done. Then they replaced a starter for us. Today they took care of a battery and oil change.Each time we felt we had gotten a decent deal and werent being pressured for other non necessary things. I also see a practical side to them that other places dont have.We will drop a place in a heartbeat if we feel like we are being jerked around, but so far, every time we used their service I felt like they have treated us honestly and fairly. I usually call around a lot getting quotes for any service and their prices usually are about the best too. Sometimes significantly so. I know this, if they continue with treating us right, we will continue to bring our vehicles to them. They are earning our loyalty with each positive visit.

Had a tire repaired elsewhere and it still leaked. I took it to Vans and they told me where the repair was made shouldnt have been made because the puncture was partially on the sidewall of the tire. Thats why it still leaked. I had to buy a new tire. Thats what the other place should have told me, but didnt. Next time Im not wasting my time or money I will go to Vans.
