I received great care in getting my vehicle serviced. Declan and the team took great care of my vehicle. He went as far to let me know about the necessary maintenace for the overall health and longevity of my vehicle. Customer service is invaluable to me and I will travel to recieve that. Thank you.

I had an appointment scheduled online for 2:00 PM. I arrived 10 minutes early, my appointment was pulled up, and they told me they were running a bit behind, which was fine. An hour later, my car still hadn’t been taken back. When I talked to the front desk, they said it would be another 30-45mins minimum before they could get it back. I said that I had an appointment scheduled online and that this was the only free spot in my schedule. I was told that they don’t always check online and it isn’t accurate and that I should’ve called. It was essentially “take it or leave it.” I had other obligations so I had to leave. No apology or anything. I won’t come back to this location.

Declan did a great job with my vehicle. He got me a good deal on tires and an oil change. My only issue was it took about a little over 2 hours to get out finished.

Spend $810 on some tires and they dont even cover it under a road hazard warranty with less than 6000 miles on them! Also tires were noisy in 6000 miles. Took to a friends shop he checked the alignment.. it was so far out of spec that theres no way they preformed the alignment they said they did. Highly recommend avoiding this place.

DO NOT GO HERE! I stopped in for an oil change and tire rotation. While I was waiting the service manager came and informed me I desperately needed new rear brakes. He quoted me $360 and said he could do it in under 2 hours. I stated that I didn’t have time and took my car to my local Ford dealer. They physically showed me the brakes. They measured 8mm and were no where near needing replaced. NTB also told me I needed new rotors and the old ones couldn’t be resurfaced. Well there was another lie. The rotors where fine. These guys are a bunch of crooks.

Dropped off my vehicle and tires for them to put on. Got a call hours later they can’t do it bc the tech working doesn’t know how to put the wheels back on with spacers on the vehicle. Something that could not be any simpler or easier than putting a wheel on normally.Wasted a whole day, had to get multiple rides and now I have to deal with finding someone else to do my tires over Memorial Day weekend rather than enjoying myself.First time at a NTB and will be my last. HOW DOES YOUR MECHANIC NOT UNDERSTAND WHEEL SPACERS!?!???!?

Do not go here went in for brakes left with over 1000 in damage to my bds system they claim they didnt do....management sucks are are liers..

The price was good, but it took 1½ hours for an oil change.

These guys are the definition of incompetence. I went in there to get an oil change and tire rotation. They had a deal, something like 29$ so it was a no brainer. They used an impact on a 2pc lug, stripped the sleeve and proceeded to use the same socket to back the lug off, and came back to me saying the socket keeps spinning on the lug. Told me to come back tomorrow and they would make it right. I went back the next day an they told me if I wanted it done it would cost over 200 for replacement lugs and studs. I ended up ordering new lugs from rock auto and replaced all the lugs myself with a tire iron. ....All of them. Bunch of clowns if you ask me. NTB youre cut off.

I bought my tires there for years ago and tried to have my tires rotated this month and he told me it doesnt need it and come back in 3 months. This was why I made the appointment I made it for 8 they told me I wasnt supposed to be there until 9. I just wonder if they wouldnt do it because its a free service to rotate tires. I will not buy my tires there in the future

Wow.. this location is absolutely terrible. I had an alignment done for $90.. or so I thought. They never provided me with the alignment paperwork printout showing how far out of alignment the car was, and the numbers of how it was aligned afterward. They said their printer was broken.. Well, 3 weeks later I took it to a different NTB location because the car was pulling to the right. It was confirmed that my car was way out of alignment in the front AND back. Hmm.. sounds to me like they pretended to do the work and thought Id never notice. Thanks for literally stealing my time and money.

I was there for an oil change but since it was the first time the car was there, they did a comprehensive check of the car which included noticing about break pads, oil leaks, exhaust pipe, and etc. They physically showed me where the issues were occurring then wrote down all the problems and even what the estimated cost of fixing would be.The time for all of this was about an hour which I was warned about beforehand so I was all prepared by bringing a book to read while in their waiting area. One thing I noticed about the area once you entered their door is that it is spacious so you dont feel cramped and to the left of the doors was an area that had bathrooms and even a TV on so you could watch that. They did have four chairs out near the working desks.

Recently got new tires on Friday. They were done within 90mins. I ordered online and I selected the buy 3 get one free deal on one of the approved tires. Once I dropped off my car and got home, I get a call saying how they only have 2 of the tires I selected and they were apologizing. They made it right by giving my the same quality (if not better) tires for the same price. They were great. I will be going there again.

Took my car there for a routine oil change and left with a transmission issue... needless to say I’ll never be back. The service was terrible and once they realized there was an issue with my car they were thrilled to blame it on someone else. I came in with not appear ENT issues with my car, and left with the check engine light on 20 days before an E-check.

Came in for an oil change and the team noticed my oil pan screw was stripped. They could have easily not noticed and pulled it out which would have left me needing a new oil pan right then and their. Now I am able to take my car for a repair under warranty at the dealer. 🙂 I appreciate their care with my vehicle.

Went on a whim, got quoted $900+ for new tires. Talked him down to $750. They damaged my air sensor gauage, two of my tires are FLAT with leaks after a couple months. I barely drove during this pandemic too. They put my life at risk while taking too much money.

Very poor customer service. Had appointment set online for my sons tires for his truck and was priced for one thing online and when he showed up was marked up another 100 or so dollars. Had taken all my kids cars there to get tires for the past 4yrs. So when I question why the price increase they told my son to leave and would not install the tires, because I question why I was charged more then what was stated online. People its OK to ask why you are being charged more . I dont fine it to be rude or a argument to want to save your money when some one trys to price increase what you where already told. And to top it off when I ask the question of why I told my son whatever got to do what we got to do and they still refused service smdh . Bottom line lost a customer

This was the absolute WORST experience Ive EVER had! I witnessed an employee come out to each person in the waiting room, and deliver bad news to literally every, single person there. After waiting an hour into my scheduled appointment, they come out to me, and I was only getting your standard oil change and tire rotation, so surely they cant have anything to say, as my car is fairly new, and well maintained. Nope. They tell me that after an hour of having my car, that they refuse to work on it now and I need to have my car towed, and shouldnt take my car on the trip we were to be leaving for that same day. They tell me my car had no oil. I am baffled and asked if they could put some in, and I will take my car to my regular mechanic. They refused that as well. I take my car to the corner gas station, had to educate myself of what oil to get, how to put it in...needless to say, I was extremely upset and stressed out. Im supposed to be leaving for vacation, and this is the service I was given. I then delay my trip to take my car to my regular mechanic and they tell me NTB sheared the plug on my vehicle and its going to take them awhile to get it out. But that THAT, was exactly why they refused to work on my car. So instead of owning up to the fact that they messed up...they put the blame on me (which is why it made no sense) and turned me away, hoping I wouldnt find out what they did. Shameful practices. Each person they delivered extra services to, were all women...so beware and do NOT go to this place. Untrustworthy and lacking skill, as well as ethics.

Broke a rim and there is sealant all over my new tires not happy at all and would like some money back

Currently getting a tune up and spark plugs. The team here takes great care of my car and always do me into their schedule. Patrick and Chuck make sure the best parts at the best price get installed on my vehicle. I drive 50k miles a year for work and they keep my vehicle driving like new.

Came here recently on a recommendation from a neighbor because I knew I needed work done on my vehicle. My brakes and tires were cheaper than the quotes I got from local and big name competitors for higher quality items. They were even able to fix my heat with a coolant flush rather than having to replace expensive parts. The service, knowledge, and attention to detail are 2nd to none here. Great work from Chuck, Patrick and the rest of the team.

Came to get tires n wasnt able to because the technician said he couldnt do it without breaking the lugnuts wanted to change 200.00 for them, funny thing is the tires were just off and there was no problem with them.Been there many times before but doubt I will be coming back

The manager at this location tried to sell my wife service work that was not needed and over priced. I got the brakes done at another facility for 1/3 the price and they were able to reuse the rotors, saving me more since they actually didnt need replaced. No more grinding or noise and the car stops great. Drive an extra few minutes and see a real mechanic.

This location was very rude they put my tires on and didn’t balance them right which should have been something they caught before finishing my car after I spent hundreds of dollars on new tires once I contacted them soon as I received my car they told me they didn’t have time to fix my car because they closed in a hour and didn’t open again until Monday my car was shaking extremely bad on the high way once I talked to the manager Monday morning he did not apologize for his employees attitude nor did he put any responsible energy into my concern of my car being unsafe for there Mistake for a whole weekend

Tire prices are very good, staff friendly and wait time for 4 new tires installed was acceptable. Shortly after the tires started to drop in pressure needing adjusted almost weekly, while on vacation this condition worsen to the point I wasnt comfortable traveling on them. I was able to find a nearby tire shop, the tires and valve stems were fine the problem was with the tire beads, they said its common for aluminum rims particular in the north to have this issue, after dismounting all 4 tires they showed me not only were the rims corroded badly but there was a significant amount of rubber from the old tires still stuck to the rims, they sanded all the rims applied a bead sealer and remounted and balanced the tires. The 2 star rating comes from the fact that according to this tire shop believe any shop should have taken steps to correct this issue. They said they apply bead sealer to ALL NEW TIRE Installations on aluminum rims, and if they needed additional attention such as sanding they would have advised me and at that point the cost would have been minimal since the tires were already off the rims. Instead I pain $100.00 for all 4 to be repaired correctly

I came here a few months ago after blowing out a tire after other shops were closed. They earned all of my business moving forward because of how they took care of me. I walked in this morning for an oil change and they fit me right in. Good service, fair prices.

Great service! Took my brothers car in for an oil change, i didnt have an appointment and was going to be turned away by the guy working the counter but the girl working the counter told me she would squeeze it in, if i could giver some time. I was able to walk and get shopping done while the work was being done. Great service! I appreciate her getting me in fast and the friendly service.

Warm, welcoming, and trustworthy. This was my first visit and I was really impressed. Im usually worried about being ripped off since I know nothing about cars, but Patrick and Chuck showed me everything (good and bad!) going on with my vehicle so I could make an informed decision on what services to perform on my vehicle.

These guy are always upfront and honest with me about what my car needs. They let me know what repairs are needed and their severity. Its nice to know what can wait and what needs to be taken care of asap. Chuck is always great and the new manager at this location is doing a great job.

Went to have a tire fixed because it had a slow leak. I was told not only could it not be fixed but that I needed to purchase 400. 00 worth of tires from them to be safe on the road. Went to another tire place. Not only did they fix the tire. They checked the tread on my other tires and told me they had plenty of life left in them. I paid 8$ for my tire to be fixed. I will never waste my time or my patience with NTB again

The staff are very friendly, caring and professional especially CHUCK. I had good experiences with him fixing my cars. He cares about safety and is very honest. He explains what needs to be fixed. He is very smart in what he is doing. I trust him 100%. I highly recommend him!

Bought a set of tires for my Mini Cooper and wanted a little more tire than the 195/45/16 that was on there. Instead of giving me the next logical step (195/55/16) which fits well, they put 205/65/16’s on which do not fit the car. I wanted these new tires for a trip to Philly, so I was unable to turn around and return them immediately. Because I am passed the 30 day mark NTB will not correct their mistake. They acknowledged that the tires don’t fit; they damage my fender which eats into the tires and subsequently damages them as well. They acknowledged it was a mistake to put those on a Mini, but still will not correct the problem. Brandon, the store manager, was very helpful and wanted to correct the issue. The company, however, would not allow him to fix their mistake since they do not stand behind their service. This is the second time I’ve used NTB in the last few years. The first time they gave me a new tire with a machine screw in it that didn’t last 8 miles and fought me the whole way to replace it. Obviously, if you want either a tire that fits your car, or reasonable customer service, you should look anywhere else. NTB doesn’t even know or care if what they give you is going to work.

First and foremost very friendly knowledgeable service personnel will be returning to this location in the future this was an good experience! Very satisfied!!!

Had a 2pm apointment got to the store early, the sale person was rude and walked away from me at the counter, acted like i was inconvenienced him for come in early, he said rudely and not even looking at me said im not checking you in until 2, and started working on something not even caring that he just lost a customer, i understand if they was busy all i was wanting was to check in and leave my van there and go get something to eat i wasnt even given the chance to, so im taking my business somewhere else where they have better customer service not just blow you off like your not important

**BEWARE** if you have a vehicle you care bout take pictures of your paint and interior before you bring your vehical here. After getting a alignment on my 2017 silverado I noticed the next day a fair scratch and some small chips on my driver and the driver rear doors. Went back up to the store to ask about the tech that moved my vehicle in and out of the shop cause I seen he had a pocket knife when he did so. Talked to the manager said he would check the cameras and get back to me. You could see on his face he did not care. I had to ask him take my name and number down because he wasnt interested now its been 2 days since with no reply I have been coming here and my family for 5 or more years now will not be back and will tell family to stop going the as well absolutely terrible customer service. Not happy at all. Still no contact from mangment store claims its not there fault even tho I have pictures

Everyone was nice, they answered every question that I had, they told me the small things that were broken but not an issue (my windshield wipers) because theyre ALL ABOUT SAFETY. The one guy I will remember though is Chuck because he was highly talked about and I got to meet him. Hes one of the mechanics there.The prices are to be expected whenever theres something really wrong with your car which cant be avoided realistically but the people here are people with jobs like I have a job and they add a sense of themselves while doing so which is pretty calming because you know that they like their job and care enough to do a good job. Ill be going to this location more often. I enjoyed my visit.

I never have any issues when they service any of my vehicles. They are always on time, clean, polite and courteous. What I liked most is they give honest assessments on vehicles. As a woman this is a big deal and very much appreciated. As far as their other locations in the area, unfortunately I did not receive the same treatment which is why I wont go back but this one is worth the extra 20 min drive.

Can’t believe I was informed to come to this place. They are very rude and pushy. Tried to demand I replace my air filter for $39.99 when AutoZone has it for 15.99. I declined them to do so and the man gave me a terrible attitude and mumbled under his breath to the other worker and then I was laughed at. But I was able to get it at another facility for $20 and they even installed it for free. This place is a joke and I’ll mention that to everyone. Save your self and go elsewhere. And if you’ve already been a visitor, I’m sorry.I’ll never return and make this place known to everyone else.

Ive never had any issues with the staff here. If you read through the bad reviews it seems as if a bunch of broke people are upset they had to pay something to have their car fixed. The work Ive had done has been high quality, prompt, and competitively prived.

Bought new tires complete with warranty from another location. Brought it here when a valve stem failed. They repaired it. It failed. It was repaired again, it failed. Additionally, they tried to sell my a serpentine belt one week after my serpentine belt had been replaced at the dealership.And, a few months later. It has failed again.

I called this location about troubles with my van. Neeka was very polite and kind. She had me come in. Chuck looked at my van and found I have a lot of work that needs done. It is an older van but I must keep it since I’m still paying on it. Patrick suggested I try to get the ntb cc. So I went for it and to my surprise I got approved for it. I was able to get some work done and pay with my cc and now ill always have my cc to help me to pay for my repairs. The staff there were all so kind to me and got my van in right away. I can safely drive without any worries thanks to ntb!

Went with a friend to get 4 new tires put on (450+$), we were told about 1.5 hours and we will call you, so we walked to Chick fila, we had lunch...after 2 hrs no call so we walk back and they say...we did t get to it yet come back tomorrow! Its already paid so we have to go back next day....!!!!! Last time for business with them.

I had a tire with a piece of steel stuck through it and they ended up replacing it. They wanted to sell me things that I didnt need but it wasnt super high pressure on that.

This is my favorite of all places for car repairs. The service was excellent as always. John Pritt the mgr got me in without an appt, most places make you wait. The entire service only too about 35 minutes which I thought was astounding. Mike Schnee at the counter was also very friendly in every way explaining the process as it went. Ty again for the help.

Got a used car 2 months ago. Took it here for another problem and they said I needed new front rotors. Took it to a different shop to check the brakes. They said and showed me that the rotors are in very good shape. Thats pretty blatant dishonesty. Im still giving it 2 stars because they seem to at least do a good job fixing what you pay for. But wont be back any time soon.

My experience at NTB went very well. I walked in and spoke to Neeka about a noise i was having while driving. I got in right away. Chuck my car back promptly and came back and told me it was simply just missing screws on my oil pan thing that another place didn’t put back on. Chuck was very nice and didn’t charge me for the work because what I thought was bad turned out to be a quick easy fix. While waiting I was talking to Patrick and Neeka about getting some new tires for the winter. They were so nice and helped me find some tires within my budget and what I needed. They listened to me and my budget. They didn’t try to push me into anything more then what I wanted and needed. I got exactly what I want and need. I go back next week to get my new tires put on. Thank you NTB!!

Ive visited this store a handful of times and everyone there was nothing but helpful and polite. The first time I visited I had a coolant line replaced and they had forgotten to replace a part that went with the line. I was upset at first but they resolved the issue in a very timely manner and threw in an oil change for the inconvenience, which I appreciated. They have been very helpful in recommending shops that handle work that they dont do, as well. I trust the staff and appreciate theyre opinion on how to handle repair and would recommend them for general maintenance on your vehicle.

Went in this shop to get a alignment. The alignment has a 6 month warranty meaning I could call & get it redone at anytime. Everything was going well. Then the guy at the front counter tried to sell me tires. I told him I would consider it,but it would be the following week. The mechanic was really great. But the guy at the front kept pressuring me to buy tires. Then I was told I had a blown out brake light bulb to which I know from experience takes like 15 minutes to fix. (2 ten MM bolts inn easy to reach areas). I figured why not? Then instead of asking asking the mechanic how long it would take to fix,he pulled up a $115 price quote using his pc.. I declined it regardless. Then I went to another tire shop and purchased tires. The mechanic there advised me to call NTB to get the alignment redone because of the condition of my previous tires.I called NTB to schedule for an alignment. The guy that tried to sell me tires was very upset that I had went elsewhere to purchase tires. He told me that if I wanted the alignment redone,it would be $90 plus tax. This guy needs fired or put in a corner far away from working with the public. .The guy behind the counter is Patrick,the manager.-

If you’re wondering what NTB’s Value Installation is, see below - $367.62 per set. Suddenly the Buy 2 Tires, Get 2 Free doesn’t seem that great of a deal! It’s literally cheaper to purchase 4 tires and get the regular install and would still be cheaper.

I usually go to the Dealer for my oil change, but didnt have time this weekend. I was at NTB on Howe in the Falls for an oil change and rotation yesterday and appointment was at 3, truck didnt get in until darn near 4. Then I noticed a burning smell, I popped the hood and noticed the technician spilled oil in the engine bay and it was excess burning off. Additionally, the oil level indicator was low, so I put 1/2 - 3/4 QT in when I got home. I guess you get what you pay for in this situation. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location, and will not be taking my wifes car there anymore either. I would suggest the drain and fill technicians take more time, and if you do spill oil when putting in new...clean or even wipe it up a bit. I dont recommend this place.

Upon coming into this location I was looking for 4 tires and an alignment. An hour and half into the process I was told they cant perform the alignment but only took 60 dollars off the total, when the whole deal was buy two tires get two free. Before you sell a service maybe make sure your able to do it.

When I walked in, it doesnt feel like a tire shop. Its very clean and comfortable. I was greeted with a smile and in a very reasonable waiting time frame window. My mechanic Chuck was very pleasant, friendly and professional. He explained everything, very easy to understand. I would highly reccomend this NTB to anyone!!!

These guys are honest, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be a long term customer and recommending them. Because they fixed multiple things on my car and I only went in for an oil change, I feel like Im driving a brand new car.I went in and said several things about my car that I thought were just unimportant details to the conversation, but I was listened to and feel greatly appericated.

Let me start this with saying I hate taking my cars to places like this because I always feel like I’m getting hosed. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. I Went into ntb frustrated and desperate because my car was making funny clunking noises and no other independent mechanic could give me a straight forward answer for what the noise was. Murray took care of me and went out of his way to make sure I left happy and the issue was resolved. I’ve had so many nightmare encounters with mechanics I’m so glad to have stumbled into this ntb. If you need your car fixed ask for Murray, I’m happy to have found a reliable honest mechanic and will be bringing my cars to him at NTB from now on.

On 1/27/19 my husband was on his way to work and noticed that we had a huge chunk of metal in our tire so he stopped to get our tire replaced. No biggie, he was told our front rotors and rear wheel bearing were going bad okay no biggie he can do those things himself so he didnt get them done in shop. Well right after getting the tire done we noticed a really loud sound coming from the driver side rear end, figured it was just the wheel bearing so he went to change it today and whoever installed our tire didnt tighten our lugnuts and our tire was just barely hanging on!! This is very unacceptable!! This is our family car that we transport our children in!! What would of happened if our tire would of fell off on the highway with our children in the car?? Especially with the recent bad road conditions?! You will never again get our business!! Sloppy work that could of caused an accident!!

Was in need of a last resort and minute mechanic . I brought my sons car there and had to pay $119 just to see how much it would cost to fix. A diagnostic cost quite a bit when you only left the house to get a case of water. They do good work if you can afford it I compared NTB price with Firestone and Goodyear and NTB charged the most.

This place charges double what others charge .$300.00 to change out 4 tire lugs and replace 6 luggs ?come on what a rip off. They told us $250 before we had it towed there which was high to begin with but we were desperate to get it fixed on a Saturday at 5 oclock then the $300 bill when we picked up the next wow. 2 hr labor? To change 4 studs ? Give me a break. Stay away from this NBT

Very rude and way over priced. I went down the road to another big chain auto shop and got the work done for half the price they quoted me. Shop around before signing and avoid the manager if at all possible.

Brakes, suspension, tires, batteries, engine diag, exhaust they do it all. Always great work and service.

Everyone I delt with at NTB in Cuyahoga Falls was fantastic! I went to a competitor for brake service. Had a catastrophic failure a day after and luckily I was near NTB. Cory fit me into his already busy day. Neeka was awesome and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Murray showed me everything in person and explained my problem. Showed me everything that was wrong, and took the time to fix my familys vehicle the right way! Thanks guys for the great work! Would highly recommend!!!

Ive seen both sides of the spectrum here... if your looking for speedy service you wont find it here. but if your looking for quality.. make this your stop.

Took my 2012 Dodge Charger here and after the oil change it started making a weird noise from under the hood I had my son check the oil and he said it was over full he recorded a video and showed them and they still said it wasn’t them and they don’t want anything to do with it so I called corporate and they were no help at all I then took it to Goodyear and the knocking has stopped don’t take your vehicle here

Make sure your car is in good condition otherwise, they wont service you.

This place will scam you and take your money for either unnecessary work or mess your car for work they do. BBB should investigate this place for straight up customer theft.

I had the unfortunate luck of flatting out after hitting a pothole on the nearby highway during a long distance road trip. I stopped into this NTB location purely due to proximity, but was surprisingly met with quick and friendly service. Danny Palmieri, the Service Manager, was able to have my car inspected immediately, even without an appointment, and was accommodating to my unplanned circumstance.

Had my tires installed at Hamad tires and they didn’t tighten the value stems completely. My tires were flat and NTB fixed them at no charge!

Awesome experience with this team!! From calling last night to get my flat fixed, to the Fabulous customer service job of Neeka, to the price of my tires and other services!! Thank you for making my bad say a whole lot less bad!! Thank you again Neeka and the team at NTB!!

I was told that if I changed my transmission fluid on my car at 180k, it was 100 percent chance to destroy the unit. Even after I stated I wanted it anyway, the old guy turned me away. This is the second time Ive been to this location and been turned away based on some silly reason. This guy is a joke really. Im sure corporate would love to know you are turning away revenue with probably the worst attitude for a customer service counter personnel. After reading the other reviews I can see this place has a laundry list of complaints from other customers.
