I came here and got a full set, nails started popping off before a fill was needed at like a week and a half. I also got regular polish and the polish was not good and super thick and it literally took hours to dry. Nonetheless I chalked it to a fluke and went and got a fill on some nails and other nails replaced…. Two days later, the new replaced nail pops off… I get it fixed and go on my vacation… 5 days later two more nails pop off… I call and ask if they can fix my nail? I just got it done… as they shouldn’t be popping off and lifting at this point. Now I’m told I still have to pay half price to get them fixed. Absolutely NOT. When I’ve been in there twice to fix the same set! Lesson learned! No more legacy nails for me.

I took my niece to get her nails done for her birthday. We both got pedicures which turned out good. My nieces manicure looked great. She had a very nice man who worked on her nails. I had the head woman, & I am very unhappy with my acrylic fill & polish. It’s by far the worst I’ve ever received! If I wasn’t pressed for time, I would have had her or someone else redo them. The nails are not even filed correctly, they’re crooked. The paint was globbed on & lumpy, & the paint & acrylic don’t even fill the nail bed on some nails. My nails look like they were painted by a child! To top it off, I asked for ombré nails, and paid an extra $10 on top of the $15 for gel polish, & that’s not what I received at all! SEE PICS The 1st pic is what I asked for, & the 2nd is what I got. Literally some glitter paint over part of the nail. My niece also wanted 3 colors of regular polish to be festive for the 4th, & I was told it was $5 more for EACH color. I’m highly disappointed, & will not be going back.

First time here, just had a fresh set put on and I’m extremely impressed!! Open Sundays, very short wait and very fair pricing. Photo says it all. Thanks!!!

Made an appointment the day before to have my toes done and my nails filled in is told to come at two came in through the following day the lady did my toes set for 40 minutes and no one was there to do my nails ask me to come back in an hour. Will not be returning very unprofessional!

They charged me 90.00 for a Mani and pedi with gel. What a rip off. The young lady was nice and professional but the price is outrageous. No where it stated 55.00 for a manicure

My daughter and I visited again for the second time this year. We were quite pleased with the results.

The main lady is very unprofessional I’ve was ther for 3 hours I love my pedi but honey my nails was sloppy and rushed when I told her I didn’t like them she walked away to start a new service when I’m not happy bd been waiting for 3 hours….. The first time I went there was in October of 2020 the guy I had was really rusty with me picking out a color for my nails then on top of that he cut my side of my finger with a filer. Then today was my second time thinking it will better then the first I was wrong the lady I had was nice and ever but the station I was at was not clean at all there was nails everywhere there was dust everywhere on top of that she was filing my nails and burned my nail bed on top of that multiple times I would say ouch and she would keep on filing then the shape of my nails are horrible there is bumps in my nails from dust getting on them then she had dropped a drop of top coat on my finger and stuck it right into the uv lamp and when it was curing it burned my finger where she had dropped the top coat on she was in a rush I was not satisfied with my nails and she charge 60$ for some junked up nails

My Gel overlay was done poorly. Very unsatisfied. Its cracking and should last 2 weeks. I got it done less than week ago. If they dont make it right. I will find me another salon. For what they charge $$$. I deserve perfection.

I think for my pedicure it was a great experience but when it came to getting my full set I don’t necessarily like the way that the nails turned out I think some of them are a little wonky shaped and they could’ve been better

Wish I could post a photo they sliced my foot open and acted like it never happened. It would be 1 thing if you said sorry I cut your foot but absolutely nothing and still charged.

First time getting a pedicure because my wife was getting one and it was great. Relaxing, nice people, massage chair. Definitely will be back soon

Called ahead of time. Arrived at 7PM & watched two people walk right in and go straight to the chairs to be serviced meanwhile I am still waiting. 30 minutes later I am still waiting. If you walk in and say you called ahead of time you’ll be able to cut in front of everyone. They don’t write down appointments, it is very unorganized and chaotic. Nails came out good & Helen came out and fixed everything thank goodness

I was a faithful customer for almost 2 yrs I would come in twice a month used the same nail tech Everytime I would tip her 20 dollars almost Everytime rather I felt she deserved it or not ! After a wile her service went down hill and I dont know why because I was prob one of the best tippers there, my nails would start to fall off within days when I brought it to her attention she told me it was because I washed my hands to much I would tell her my nails were lose and needed replaced and she would ignore me and go over them anyway instead of replacing them, then they would fall off within 3-4 days ! The last couple times I made an appointment, when I got there they would tell me to come Bak that Id half to wait an hour or so, what the point of making an appointment was idk but I eventually got tired of being told to come back after making appointments and I found a new place to go to ! A place where the tech appreciated my $20 tip and would get Me in when my appointment was !

I walked in at 3pm on a Thursday and I got right in for a pedicure. She worked hard on my feet did a nice job. I would probably go back. It was $53 for a pedicure

They always seem to do a great job. My pedicure was done very nicely and fill with designs on my big toes and on ring fingers. The total cost for a fill, pedicure and design was only $64.00 with taxes. Im very pleased 🤗

The people are very nice I called explained what I wanted done she gave me a price and told me to come on in. My first time going and will continue to go back great job and fast service

I do not often get pedicures or manicures, my nails are natural, so the services I seek from this shop are fine for my basic needs and I am happy with their work. However, the past two pedicures they have talked me into picking one of the gel colors because they will last longer, and the color is never the same color as what I pick out from the boards. My fault for not saying something, but I will be sure to hand them the bottle of the color I choose for now on.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for about 8 months now. I’ve never had a issue until the last couple times. The girl that has been doing them will not take the Acrylic that is loose off. She simply put some nail glue at the edge of it and pushes it back down. I’ve asked for her to remove it and she does very little around the edges and then glues it and my nails don’t last a week. I was just there not even a week ago and she did the same thing and now 7nails are lifted and I’ve lost one. I’ve been getting my nails done for 20years and have NEVER had this issue.

Best pedicure in the city of Akron. They make sure when theyre done that your feet look and feel fabulous. Went to several other nail salons and my feet still feel as if they need worked on. I live an hr away and still will only go to this place for my pedicure

I needed a brow wax and fast on a Sunday .When I called the lady was so nice and even nicer in person ! She did a fantastic job on my eyebrows .Thank you so much for being open on a Sunday .I plan on coming and getting my nails done soon .

My nails look like a child did them. I get my natural nails done, the nail tech scrapped my real nails off trying to get my prior gel off so now they are damaged and will likely break. Then she started filing and shaping them with no questions asked and ruined the shape I had and wanted. They are uneven, have a horrible shape with streaky polish. Just horrible I have never been so unhappy with a polish in my life. I only went here because my normal shop was closed.

I took my daughter for her birthday and the man who did her nails kept yanking her hands. I saw him tap the top of her hand to keep it in front of the fan. Her polish looked terrible, she said he rushed her to pick her color. I was so upset. I wont go back there. Ive been there a few times before and never really had an issue.

This is NOT aimed towards the women at the salon. Helen is the BEST. One of the men who recently did my nails, (booth 6) older man was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Mind you, I’ve never seen this man a day in my life BC I hardly get my nails done, but he made sure to tell me that since I decided to get regular polish instead of Gel, he would not be fixing my nails if something happen and that it wasn’t his fault. Not quite sure why he made it an appoint to tell me that? I’ve gotten regular nail polish numerous times and they’ve always been just fine. Do not try to sway me into getting something I do not want. His mannerisms were terrible. It’s unacceptable to treat the people who pay you like dirt. I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time while he did my nails. I’ve never experienced such rudeness at a nail salon before. I really hope management looks into this because you cannot allow people with an unprofessional attitude represent your company. That’s not a good asset. I’m extremely disappointed... I know what it’s like to work with the general public everyday; you’re to show respect to everyone. Being condescending and rude is NOT respect.

I got a pedicure by a nice woman and it turned out great. My daughter got her nails done by a mean, rude man. She is 14 years old and never gets her nails done and he talked to her like she was stupid and made her feel so uncomfortable. I didnt say anything in the store and I paid for it..but he didnt get a tip and we will NEVER come back there. When he was talking to her at first, I thought he was joking because it wouldnt make sense for someone to be that rude and ignorant to a child...low and behold..hes just a very rude person that lacks skills with the public. My daughter is shy and speaks low..sorry if you cant handle that. Work somewhere else!!! Also..he brought her phone over and just dropped it down to the counter. So rude!

They need to have non latex gloves for people with allergy, the service was nice.

So I just left this place from getting my nails done and the lady who did my nails was not shaping my nails right then when I told her she got mad and start filling my nails hard on top of that she had my nail going to the left then every single person that was there did not have to pay until they nails was done I was the only one had to pay before I was finished not knowing I have a lot of money have my own company never judge a book by it’s cover so I will never ever go back to this place again they do not talk to you everyone just sit in silence the whole time bad service also they try to force u into getting gel polish

Went today and had great service and the employees were happy. My nails look like I tried to do them myself, my polish doesnt reach my cuticle and they are crooked. They are also very chunky. Wont go there again.

I give 2 stars because I actually liked my nails for the first couple days! I tried this place 4 times (went to different techs each time) and always had issues with my nails either breaking or lifting after only ONE week! My first time there a girl came in and said her nails popped off after a week and i ignored it but I now experienced the same thing. I’m not sure if they use cheap acrylic or not drilling right..but how is it that I got a full set and now I can easily pop my nails off?! I been getting my nails done for 20 years and never experienced this nor do I work with a lot of water so it’s not like the water made them lift. Oh also..I got a full set and toe polish change and paid $70?! I usually don’t give reviews but I know how hard it is to move to a new city and try to find a nail tech. DONT go here!!

I came to get a polish change around 5 no customers were in the shop. Maybe because of the construction I usually go to the mall for my nails but the road is closed. The service was okay. The staff stayed in back after my service. Not really friendly.

I took my friend into here and it was great. Treated us nice and was efficient ! Nails look great feet feel wonderful.

A friend of mine took me here for a birthday pedicure a few years ago and I LOVED IT! I have been coming ever since. I used to go all the way to Columbus for my pedicures, no need now!! I highly recommend.

If I could give a zero starts i would, so I went here with my cousin we’re 14 and 15 and we asked for red matte mid length acrylics and they did a good job on everything then we go to the dryer and we sit there for a good 30-45 minutes the people who did our nails are now doing someone elses nails now and we check our nails they have these streaks in them so we ask for another coat of the matte bc they obviously didn’t put enough if there is streaks of matte and metallic we let them dry for another 30-45 minutes they still had a ton of streaks I think there was now more streaks so when we were ready to pay we told him that we are not paying for the matte which is like an extra 5 or 6 dollars which is fine if it looked right but it looked terrible we ended up paying for everything and leaving with no tips given🙄🤦🏽‍♀️ DO NOT GO HERE it’s not worth the cash when you could go somewhere else and get something that a least looks better than what they looked like🤦🏽‍♀️They weren’t very nice in the beginning too they didnt really acknowledge that we were there when we first walked in we looked for colors then it was about a 15-17 minute wait and there wasn’t many people and the people that were there were getting there feet soaked just don’t waste your money here go somewhere else and spend your money somewhere else

They do an okay job but they always run up your prices ridiculously despite what the prices listed says. I always end up paying at least 10-15$ over and I get one color. I always feel ripped off leaving. The price I paid for a fill in, I could have just gotten a full set😑 I’m always very dissatisfied whenever I go here. I’m not the type to post reviews either so you can understand how ticked this place makes me.

I was just there for a Polish change for hands and feet. 4 people came in AFTER me and were serviced BEFORE me and when I was asking about pricing, the lady that sits in front just walked away from me. I will leave a bad review/poor service on every forum that I can. I rarely ever bring up race but it didnt help the issue that I was the only black person there.

While the staff is very friendly, the nails are horrible!! The nails are often too thick, bumpy, you have to tell them to cover the entire nail bed and the sides with the acrylic and polish.

I went there satuSatuto get my nails done by Sunday morning the jel paint was peeling off. Went back in Sunday to have them fixed and by the end of the day Monday it was peeling off again. So dissatisfied with the quality of service I received...should have just kept going to Sonny nails....

I met the most annoying person today. His name is either John or Fred (don’t really remember). He cut my natural nails without asking me if I wanted him to, then I asked him if he actually needed to do that. I told him he should have asked me if I wanted to cut it or not. Next thing he says is “I’m not doing your nails, please leave and go somewhere else”. This is not my first experience with them, very rude people, get angry easily when you try to clarify things. Never going back!!!! Has to type this in the parking lot cuz I’m pissed

I received a nail fugus from this location. Be careful. Make sure your nails are done properly and and the instruments are cleaned and that there are no air pockets when you are getting a full set and for fills. I found out I had a fugus from this other shop I went to because I was unhappy with the appearance of the set I got. The nails were bulky and poorly done.

Horrible! It looks like a child did my nails. I got dirty looks and an attitude when I asked for them to be fixed. Then they tried to charge me $50! All I wanted was a full set and regular polish. It was so bad and they refused to fix them. I had to go to another salon and have them fixed.

I would give zero stars if I could. Went in for a full set and it is the worst acrylics Ive had in my life. The nail techs were rude or didnt speak at all. My nails are uneven, shaped terribly, and even the acrylic is uneven. When I asked them to fix it they were rude and didnt fix anything. I had acrylic on my cuticles too. Also a terrible paint job. There was nail polish on my skin or not covered in areas. Not sure how this place has any good reviews or business in general.

Im actually sitting in the parking lot after my crappy experience. Walked in and was greeted nicely. Picked out a color and sat down. The girl cut my nails down way shorter than I asked. Didnt even ask me of i was ok with it and starts filing away. I ended up filing my own nails because she couldnt get them straight. She didnt even try to communicate with me about how I wanted them. And just like every person on here said, they kept jacking up the price. I got a fill and one color and they charged me 40. I will never ever go back to them. I usually go to LV and I was in a hurry today. Lesson learned!

So i went there got my nails done the nail tech didnt even lotion my hands after they were done even tho they were in acetone for 30 min and then she sticks me in front of a hot fan to dry them and goes to start someone else....but yet no one asked me to pay no one took my stuff with me i had to leave my stuff in my chair to avoid messing up my nails and then i had to say so r u guys gonna let me pay or can i leave. Bc no one was paying me any attention.

Ok so went to a new place to get my nails done today. Needless to say I didnt get them done. Is it wrong of me to have left. I got there at 4:45. Nobody was waiting. 1 guy was not doing anything. He asked me to sit in a chair maybe 5 minutes after I got there. No one waited on me once I sat in the seat. Then he preceded to paint another customers nails.I waited 20 minutes then left. If you werent ready for me then dont set me at a table for me to expect to get my nails done. Never going back!

All of my nails are crooked. i asked the lady to fix them and they still were. she did a terrible paint job. my friends finger was cut open and they didnt ask her what shape she wanted, she had round because she hates square and they squares them. definitely not returning.😡

They were horrible. didn’t ask how long/short i want my nails, cut them short, made them sloppy and uneven. after i pointed it out they said it will cost extra! & as my nails were drying another lady had the same situation! i wouldn’t recommend.

Showed up to get my nails done and pedicure at 6:12PM and a guy came out and said they were closed because they were trying to go home early. I will NEVER return even though I’ve been going here for years. I got off work early to treat myself but apparently the trick was on me.

My nails were burning with the stuff they put on my nails. Also, instead of fixing nail that was lifting up, he just glued it back down. 3 days later..the nail popped off. I will not be going back.

Horrible experience. Employees are rude and management is ruder . Pedicures suck and are fast and not worth the money I should of did my owe feet in my kitchen sink and saved some money . They rushed me out putting my shoes on and my nails werent dry needless to say my nails were ruined . Now Im in this horrible place even longer .

If I could put one star I would. Got my nails done here (an acrylic fill) and my fingers hurt really bad. I have have had my nails done and it has never hurt before so I’m guessing there is something wrong with the acrylic they use.
