Wanted to find a spot to get pampered while visiting family in the area. Also a big fan of nail salons where one can get an adult beverage while they’re pampered. Anthony Vince offered just that! The salon itself is very gorgeous - feels like a fancy Vegas hotel with its columns and vineyard-y vibes. Nice little enclaves with cushy massage chairs and a full service bar! They’ve got a HUGE drink menu - cocktails, wine, beer… it was the perfect little bit of relaxation! Only slight downside was they seemed to be short staffed which in this post high pandemic time, seems normal all over. Anyway, lovely way to indulge
I had a really great experience here. I called to inquire on the availability of a full pink and white acrylic set. Upfront on the phone I was told that they only had one tech who knew this technique today...and that I would have to wait. I knew going in that I was going to be sitting for a while...but it wasnt long at all! 45 minutes max! I appreciated knowing ahead of time I would be waiting and that other people might get called back before me.Kevin did my nails and they are awesome! Not only is he funny and very friendly...but he really knew how to do this style of nail! Thank you!
I took my 5 year old for her 1st pedicure today before starting kindergarten. We walked in, did not have appointments and wanted to have 2 pedicures done. No one else was waiting and we were not told that there was a long wait time or anything for that matter. We got there around 230 and slowly people started to come in after us. After waiting for over an hour we were told it was going to be another hour before we could be taken back. How extremely rude and inconsiderate to not be upfront with your customers. My 5 year old was devestated and needless to say I will not be returning. If I could give this business a zero I would. I will not be returning ever again.

I have been going every 2 to 3 weeks since their doors opened at the Portage Crossing location and still no one knows my name. I do use different techs, and have always received excellent services. Being a regular in this salon isnt recognized, at least to your face. The appointment policy seems to change often, and even when you do get an appointment you may wait 20-30 mins. The receptionist needs to take a course in customer service. She is rude most times, she stand behind the bar and continues to eat as people walk in and pile up in the reception area and she does not handle the stress of their business well. I have given this salon several chances in the last 3 months. Each time had a different unsatisfied result.

I don’t know where to begin, I made an appointment a week in advanced with one of my friends and we were were told a 15 minuet wait that turned into 45. I got out on the chair and waited an hour to have someone come finally see me. The girl doing my friends was on her phone for most of the time. It was very gross as well, unsanitary. Woman at the front did not have a mask on and was sneezing and coughing everywhere and helped the people before me.
DONT!!!!!!!! they are disrespectful and over charge for basically nothing. I went in for a very basic fill. my nails are quite short so they didnt need much of any rebalancing of the apex and I didnt get a shape change. you would think then I should only be charged the $22 like the pamphlet says... not only did I get charged $37, the nail tec took off so much product and left them just about as thin as a tip, plus they are uneven. i showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he said that it would be no problem. not only did he take forever to figure out how to do it with about ten tries on my pinky. they look so awful. I didnt get a chance to have a good look at them till after. if he couldnt do it he should have said that! and in which charged me $30 Freeaking dollars for the design!!!! for I had to pay $67 right...no I had to pay $72 and they still expected me to tip after all that. and when I complained they looked at me like I was crazy for not knowing for some reason that a basic service was not going to be that basic price they advertise. DO NOT LET MON TOUCH YOUR NAILS.!!!! HE WILL EF THEM UP AND OVER CHARGE YOU FOR IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the manager was also super condescending!! if I was gonna pay $70 bucks on my nails I expect them to be perfect and would also expect to know the price going into it! this fill and nail design cost almost double with my full set AT THE SAME PLACE!!!!
Horrible customer service. Receptionist unwelcoming upon our arrival. Was told an hour wait but not allowed to wait inside. After an hour of waiting outside in the heat, we were told we had to wait ANOTHER hour. Manager was unapologetic. This location gets so much business that they do not care to be attentive, accommodating, or considerate.

I’ve attempted to call a few times (during business hours) and the calls have been unanswered. They finally answered when I called today; with a simple “Hello?” I asked if it was the salon and they said yes. I asked if I could schedule an appointment for today at 6:30 pm and they said they are only taking walk ins and plan to take the last walk in at 6:00 pm.I was given a gift card to this place and am not sure if/when I can use it. Anybody want to buy it off of me??? Lol
Please DO NOT GO HERE. I had to go in for a nail fix and the lady took an entire hour to even get me seated. Then she takes another hour JUST TO FIX ONE NAIL because she kept getting up and doing other things. Never again!! I feel like the entire experience was so unprofessional and rude. And she was soooooo rough on my nail. I have never had a finger be so sore after an appointment. 0/10 recommend.

I came in as a walk in and unfortunately I did not get the gentleman’s name, but wow I left so happy. I came in close to their shop closing asking for just a soak off acrylic. I had gotten a horrible full set somewhere else and I just wanted them off! However! They fit me in last minute and he FIXED my nails. Listennn not only did he listen to what was wrong he CARED and he asked to fix my nails! He did the shape exactly as I asked and he did it within an hour and some change not even. He even gave me a fill and just overall made them beautiful. Definitely will be returning to this location. Thank you again!

I am a frequent customer at Anthony Vince. I usually get the Royal pedicure and a gel manicure. I received services from a young male and he did horrible. He clipped my cuticles and cut me up. He scrubbed my feet so hard they are still hurting from 3 weeks ago. My feet are so hard which is something I’ve never experienced. At this point I am looking to find somewhere else to go because I don’t want to ever get this person ever again. I am so dissatisfied.

Very pretty nail salon! They even have a bar! If I drank I would of gotten a drink ! Everyone was very nice! There were 2 ladies getting their nails done by 2 woman there and they were super fun and funny! Overall it was a good experience!

My daughter and I went in for pedicures, an acrylic fill for my daughter & dip powder for me. The pedicures chipped after a few days & I had a cut on my heel where the tech filed too hard. My daughter needed a few tips which the tech just glued on and didnt file or shape. The color I chose for my dip nails looks very different from the one I got and they werent done properly, which I knew before I left so I pointed out the ones that were not smooth. They put me with a different tech who tried to fix them. 5 days later they are chipping, breaking, and look terrible. This was my first and last visit here, as the prices are high and the quality is low.UPDATE 7/16/18 : Less than a week after my dip powder, my nails all started to look yellow. This was white polish. Yesterday one of my daughters tips popped off and we saw that she had a fungus. Today she soaked them all off and 4 nails have fungus. I havent yet contacted the salon but honestly the only thing I am interested in is a refund.
Loved it. Elegant but comfortable setting. My sister and I got pedicures and purchased a bottle of wine for 105 + tip. And when my sister accidentally overpaid, the person working came back and let her know that she paid too much. Both the people that worked on our toes were not only skilled but friendly. It really was a great experience.

I love to get pedicures here and they do a great job with those. However my last couple visits Ive had issues with my gel manicures chipping. Im not sure if its the techs or perhaps the polish itself. I probably will not return though. I waited forever to be able to afford a manicure after losing my job and when I finally went in my nails were chipping the NEXT DAY!! Now I give them credit since I went back and they fixed 6 nails for me that had chipped but now a day later I have another that was chipped. So I spent 50 dollars to enjoy them less than 24 hours. Very disappointed.Edit- in response to this review the salon has offered to fix my chipped nails again. I have gone back one as I stated in the review and then more chipped. I dont expect to have to go back three times to have this dealt with. I do not have time for that.
I got the dip powder about 1 week ago and they have already started to chip off. This is not the first time this has happened to me when I get my nails done at Anthony Vince. Weather it is acrylic or dip they never last more than a week. I went to a different nail salon and my dip lasted over 3 weeks. Dont waste your money here, there is plenty of other great nail salons in the area. They also have terrible customer service, all they care about is taking your money. The manager Karen will do nothing for you if you go in an complain. Save yourself from a terrible experience.
It’s blowing my mind reading these negative reviews. Every time to go to AV portage crossing the service is impeccable. All the nail techs I’ve ever had have been nothing but amazing, personable and very careful. I have really sensitive cuticles that bleed if I pick at them and the techs always are gentle. I refuse to get my acrylics and fills done anywhere else.
Got mani pedi about two weeks ago. Hand polish chipped the next day.Called today or for a manicure and was told it was ok to come in now because they are slow. 1 1/2 hours later still no service and was told it will be another 45 minutes.

I went to have my nails done and I haven’t had them done in over a year because I had my son, I let my boyfriend pick the colors out and the shape, he wanted a light purple and white marble effect with a all white finger and I got all purple with a tiny dot of white and a jem and the nail shape wasn’t even the same as the picture. They had air bubbles and they were uneven had sharp parts on it and the worst part is one was squared looking other was more coffen. If you want a good nails salon look somewhere else because this place isn’t it. If I could I would post both pictures.
I waited 3 hours after being told it was only a hour wait. No one apologized or even offered water. I eventually left because I felt completely ignored and not valued as a consumer. I don’t recommend.
We came here for a bridal party January 2nd, and did manicures and ANC dip powder. The dip powder nails came off a week and a half later for the bridal party (I get my nails done in Columbus and they last 3 weeks) and the brides nail broke on her wedding day (January 3rd- day later). Honestly this place just looks nice, but it’s poor quality, they rush to do nails, and don’t even ask if you are happy.Few months ago we came and same thing had happened but decided to try it again.Will never come back again. Sorry not sorry !

I went to this salon about a month ago. I was super excited to finally be able to go to a salon after quarantine. I waited till now to right this because I’m not one for reviewing but I’m still annoyed so I have to say something. The only reason I gave 2 stars was because the pedicure I got was decent and my feet looked great. I had booked for a gel full set and a pedicure. I was given an acrylic full set with gel polish. That is not the same thing. On top of it the whole time she’s doing my nails she’s talking to another worker and looking at pictures on this girls phone. Like they are on break and I’m not there. It was really unprofessional. I have three kids and work 40 hours a week so the little time I had to relax and do something for myself was not at all what I had hoped for. I will not be returning.
I have been going here since they opened. For the last few months I have been going every two weeks for acrylics. Sometimes the experience is amazing and sometimes it is below average. This afternoon I called at 5:10 and told them that I had broke a couple nails just now and just needed to come in to have them removed because of work tomorrow and important meetings and I could come back another day for the set. i said I come in there all the time please I just need them removed real quick and the response I got was “no sorry we take our last walk in at 5”. I didn’t need them fixed just removed. Terrible customer service and way to treat loyal customers. They will never get my business again. Go to Elysian nails in stow. Way better quality and service. That is where I will be going from now on as well.

My experiences have always been top-notch, but today was an example of the staffs professionalism and kindness. From polite guidelines to unobtrusive clear sectional walls at the nail stations, this salon promotes safety while still promoting a friendly, personal nail experience. Very disappointed, because I thought I would love this place! Went with my cousins for a baby shower, and to treat ourselves. Asked for a mani pedi, felt very rushed, and was constantly trying to be sold on something else. My toes and nails I wanted the same color, I walked out thinking they were, two day’s later I realize they aren’t even close once I was in the sun. The lighting in there is so bad you couldn’t even tell. My nails are so thick, three coats of gel that is already peeling. Still in shock my nails and toes are different colors. Pretty color just not what I asked for.
Went to get my eyebrows waxed and Kevin did a great job. Good quality and very cheap compared to other places.
I have come here for the past year and always go to Lihn I get acrylic nails and she has done an amazing job every single time I have never left unhappy whether I’ve had gel or regular polish it’s both come out amazing could not give this nail tech a higher rating because she is Very detailed and professional and I believe truly enjoys her job. The salon is always clean and attentive and Lihn is flexible with appointment times and dates.
Went here to get a pedicure and a full set. I went in at 2:45 and sat with my friend who was getting her nails done for 25 minutes before the woman started doing my nails and she rushed through the whole process, my nails look so bad and the acrylic is bumpy and my nails are all uneven, the polish isn’t even fully covering my nails. I let it go and decided to continue to get our pedicures and to my surprise she rushed through the pedicure too, she skipped a bunch of steps. We had asked for the $32 pedicure but were actually charged $55. Honestly we will never go back here.
Literally the best pedicure I have ever had in my 29 years! Staff is super nice. They took temps at the door and had me sign a waiver. They are taking all precautions to keep us safe. Never going anywhere else!

Waited on a Tuesday for 45 minutes to even get in a chair for a pedicure. The girl up front didn’t Say it was going to be a wait. There were only 2 people before me. While the manager, instead of managing is doing nails, not acknowledging anyone. I definitely will not be back, and would not recommend this place. I think they should hire a personable person to greet customers and a manager who manages.
I went there Sunday with my sister for two sets of acrylics. My sister had kimmy and I got a man who from the beginning acted like he wasnt ok with having to do my set. Sometimes my hands dont relax idk if its medical or stress but sometimes it takes a minute for me to relax. So at first he kept getting frustrated. I apologized and said Im sorry its just something I have a issue with...well he wasnt having it. At first it was probablyy fault I accidentally moved and messed up a finger but then he started complaining, huffing and puffing. Honestly grumbling loud any time I moved(he was the ones moving around doing a bad job). Hed get mad because my hand would keep raising but it kelt raising because hed be the one moving ait up as he filed!!! then hed snap at me to hold still. I honestly started having bad anxiety because he made me feel so bad and uncomfortable. The job was horrible and I didnt even really want to pay for what he did( I dont think he worked there regularly or knew what he was doing because he kept calling everyone over to look at my hands (which alsoade me uncomfortable. There was acrylic all over my clothes, hands and figures he didnt file them well and he slapped the polish on. If you get a manicure stay away from the men working there. I wish I could remember his name because I would have reported him. It was jaw dropping how I was treated.
I absolutely love getting my nails done here, they all are super nice and I get to relax and laugh while getting a service completed in a timely fashion. From the front desk to management they have been nothing but professional and efficient. These people are truly experts on what they do. Thanks guys!!!
Not happy at all! This is my second try with the company (I had previous issues at the west market St location). The girl (Sandy) who did my nails didn’t say a word to me, not even a welcome or thanks for your business. I pointed to the girl next to me who had grey nails with one nail glittery and another light grey (3 dark grey, one light grey, one glitter). The nail tech did not speak clearly and did not listen to what I want ( I got 4 dark grey and one glitter). Not only was this not what I asked for, but with the dip she got random specks of glitter on other nails and the greys are all uneven. I asked her to fix them and all she did was file my nails which had nothing to do with the issue. This also made my thumbs uneven. I went to find a manager and she followed me. The manager could careless. He offered to fix my nails, but I already spent TWO HOURS and told him I needed to leave because I had to go to a lunch in and hour. He kept ignoring that and then talked to the nail tech in a different language. He refused to acknowledge that I I came back, it is inconvenient for me. He offered no reimbursement for time or gas. He then walked away. The receptionist agreed my nails did not look right and I was right to be wrong.Update: I went back to get my nails fixed and they had to redo them. No one acknowledged or apologized for more wasted time. A manger also admitted that my previous tech was only, “okay” and that was their standard and norm. She refused to acknowledge that someone who is only mediocre is not best practice. The manager agreed that maybe Sandy my former tech shouldn’t do dip nails, but they won’t stop her. Corporate stopped responding to emails which is beyond unprofessional. They also promised to call corporate for a solution and then refused to do so.

I have a disability that makes it a little scary getting my nails down. I always tell people ahead of time so they wont be shocked and they will be ready. One tech in particular noticed when I told him and said no problem, lets find a way that makes us both comfortable. I apologized as I do often and he said dont be sorry. He then stood up out of his chair and walked to the back. In my head Im saying What happened? Did I upset him? A few moments pass and he comes out with a divider for my fingers so they dont cleanse up, as they do often. Im sitting there watching him as he carefully moves my fingers into place with my help and he starts painting. Tears flooded in my eyes as I saw his true kindness.
Ive been going to Anthony Vince Salon since they opened. I always get great service and quality work from everyone. Starting at the desk staff the people there are happy to help you in any way. I get my nails done regularly and they are perfect. If I should have a problem they happily take care of it. This is a quality place and I heartily recommend this salon.

Got a dip manicure there about a week before my vacation. The process was fine and I was initially impressed by the way my mani looked nice as the nails were a bit thinner than Im used to for a dip mani. Decent price too, only 45 for the mani and they took off my previous nails as well. Then a week later they start to chip and crack while im on vacation.At this point its a little over 2 weeks later and I had 2 nails chip so severely I had to cut them down and 2 others chipped and many of them cracking.When I came home from vacation I attempted to call the store. The phones were down and I was unable to leave a message because the voice-mail wasnt set up. I checked their Facebook and 10 days prior they made a post about a local phone outage. So, I decided to leave a message on their Facebook to which I have not gotten a reply. That was 6 days ago. At this point I will return to the salon Ive gone to prior.Dip manicures are supposed to last 3-4 weeks without damage, even the manicurist said so. Ive had many manicures done properly and last that amount of time and even longer. I think whoever did my nails did not lenough dip on to make them stay strong. That is not something I should have to request.UPDATE: They got back to me and requested a picture with a timestamp and a receipt. I had a picture of the first chip. Because it was not damaged within 7 days of the manicure, they are not willing to do anything. Even though these manicures typically stay solid for 3-4 weeks. Basically, if you want a dip manicure that only looks nice for 7 days go ahead and spend your money here. I will be taking my business elsewhere. (I go to Rose Nails in Ellet and they have ALWAYS done a great job.)
I visit this place on 6/23/19 for the first time, I was highly impressed. As you first walk in you are greeted. The nail tech Sam was amazing she did an excellent job on my dip powder nails. I will definitely be back.
This location is fantastic! I used to go to a nail tech Nikki there all the time to get my acrylics and she would always make them look great and make them look like they were my natural nails. She was always very talkative and just made my experience great. This past time I came in with acrylics I just wanted taken off because another location didnt do a good job at all. Karen was great enough to get them taken off for me along with filing and buffing my nails to save them from getting ruined underneath. I told her what happened she said they have to fix nails from the other location a lot. I would completely recommend this location along with Nikki and Karen at this location are great as well.

Ive always drove past this nail salon on my lunch breaks and have never bothered to stop in because it looked fancy and overpriced. I called and asked for pricing before going in and was shocked at how reasonable they were. I stepped foot into what felt like an incredible atmosphere. Everything was clean and comfortable. I loved the bar area but wasnt able to drink today due to being on my lunch break. I will definitely do it next time. Shelly who did my nails rushed doing them because I had asked her to so I wouldnt be late back to work but I was extremely amazed at what a fantastic job she is. Absolutely satisfied with the quality of it. I will definitely be coming back to her. I love this nail salon and will make it my new favorite.

The prices are a lie. The price listed on the website was $32 for a regular full set, i get there, we get started, and the nail artist told me before i picked my color it would be $40- and when they checked me out the total was $45. The man rushed me a long the whole time and made the process very confusing, wasn’t friendly either.

I was in town from Utah visiting my sister and her family who live in cuyahoga Falls, we found this really nice nail salon and went for pedicures. They were clean, fast and would have been a great experience if it wasn’t for the lady who did my pedicure cut my cuticle so badly with the nail file trying to clean up the excess shellac. I told her it hurt but she kept filing. Later that night I saw my big toe was cut pretty badly. I hope it’s not infected.
They do poor work and wont stand by it. Judging by there responses to comments they also like to make excuses for there poor work. So pathetic.We tried contacting management and were basically told to screw off.
I ended up here after another salon booked me on a day they were closed. I entered in tears because my wedding is next weekend and most places were booked through Easter. I left so excited and in love with my ombre acrylics. Thank you so much for getting me in and making my nails look perfect for my wedding!
Came in here for just a regular shellac polish. I’ve come here on numerous occasions and usually have had a pleasant time. My most recent experience was terrible. The lady that was doing my nails was so incredibly rude and aggressive. She kept telling me that my hands were too stiff and then kept grabbing my hands and forcing them to point in the way that she wanted, on top of that she kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing. This went on the entire time I was sitting there. I didn’t do anything to warrant her bad attitude. I felt so annoyed and embarrassed by the end of it and walked away feeling very frustrated. You need to teach your employees not to treat customers so rudely.

Came in with a friend for pedicures and manicures. Nothing fancy. Pedicures were great and my friend’s nails look great but mine not so much! The paint doesn’t even get close to my cuticles. It looks terrible and I’ll probably be removing the polish sooner rather than later!
Not worth the price. I decided to go with a gel manicure even though a regular manicure is only $17 and a gel manicure is $36. That seemed a bit excessive but I didn’t want to leave with wet nails. When I went to pay there was another $3 fee to remove the gel polish I already had on (which I’ve never experienced at other nail salons) that I wasn’t told about. The polish is bumpy and not smooth and not shiny like get usually is. I won’t be returning.

Was able to get in immediately! The inside is beautiful and clean. My nail tech was great (didnt get her name, unfortunately) but she made sure my nails were shaped perfectly and the color was even, but she didnt cut my cuticles (which I like a nail salon to do). Another thing that set me off was that they didnt offer me a drink even though every other customer had one. Also strange you cant add a tip when you use a card; they only take cash tips.UPDATE: nail cracked off one week later when I was putting my hair in a ponytail......very frustrating but they got me in the next day and fixed the broken nail for free.
I cant believe how many bad reviews this place has. My sister and I walked in at 7:05 for pedicures. I was fully expecting to be told that it was too late (a good pedicure service is about an hour). There were also 3 girls that walked in right behind us also wanting pedicures. The owner told us that it would be no problem, had us pick out our polish and took us right back! The techs that performed our services all staying 15-20 minutes past closing time to take care of us. Tashana and Nancy took care of myself and my sister and they were so much fun! (Idk the names of the other 3 techs that took care of the other women). I could tell they enjoy their job and working along side each other. The conversation and service provided were outstanding. I would 100% recommend the salon and cant wait to go back!
Go there occasionally for the Dip/SNS manicures. Usually leave with a few bloody cuticles and my nails polished down to my fingers! Other than that, they look beautiful for about a week. After that first week they start lifting from my natural nail, and occasionally chipping. The techs seem talented and experienced, I just wish they spent a little more time to make their work match the price.
I went in this afternoon (2-24-20)for a repair on 3 of my nails because evidentally the technician who did my nails on Wednesday (2-19-20), did not do them correctly. Things happen and I understand that. My complaint is the technician who did the repairs on my nails was VERY RUDE and she really made me feel like I was putting her out. She even went as far as saying that maybe I did something wrong as to why the polish kept smearing. How can this be my fault? She also told a gentleman she was giving a pedicure to that she was not going to spend all her time on me because she was not the one who originally did my nails. When I heard that remark, it did hurt my feelings a bit. She was getting So Agitated because the white on my nails tips kept smearing and I really felt Very Uncomfortable. All I wanted to do was leave. That is ashame because of absolutely Poor Customer Service and Rude Behavior she had shown. I will not be returning. I will not leave the techs name on here to protect her. Have a good day.
I went there with my mom for a pedicure 2 days ago. The place is really nice inside. We were recommended to do the Signature Spa Pedicure ($40) because they said the cheaper one ($32) is really quick, just for in and out customers. The person who was doing my pedicure was really nice. The person that did my moms, his name is Victor, had this angry, upset face the whole time while he was working, which made the whole pedicure experience very awkward and unpleasant. We both got lower leg and foot massage, which I enjoyed but my mom didnt. The guy was very rough and she was rather in pain than enjoying it. Couple of times she reminded him to take it easy. I felt like the whole salon could feel his negative energy. At the end, the exfoliating was done very briefly with both of us and we went home overall disappointed with the service.
First time stepping foot in this salon was a few months ago when my nail tech Ashley switched salons so I followed her, it was definitely an upgrade from the last place she was at. The inside is so beautiful and every time I go in for a fill all of the other workers are so genuinely nice and pleasant to hold a conversation with. Its so fancy inside but the prices are so affordable and they do such a great job! If you want a wonderful experience whether its a manicure, pedicure or having your brows waxed, I would give this place a 20 on a 1-10 scale!!

I really want to love Anthony Vince... the nail salon is beautiful and everything seems very clean.But unfortunately I am just not happy with the services that I have had done there.The first nail tech that I saw brought up very inappropriate things in conversation, which I initially brushed off because I am not easily offended, but for a service provider it was very unprofessional and could make some people uncomfortable. I had the “dip” powder done on my nails, and the thickness was very uneven from nail to nail, and after the first week of having the product on it started to lift from my nails. ( I have never had this happen with the dip powder before) .I was unhappy with my experience but wanted to give this nail salon another shot. I saw a different nail tech this time. They were friendly and took their time... however when the nail tech filed down my nails with the electric file ( or drill? I’m not exactly sure what it is called) he filed the skin around the bottom of my nails leaving cuts on most of my cuticles. My nails the surrounding nail area is pretty sore from this as well.I am bummed that this was my experience, because again I want to love the place but the services seem so inconsistent from the nail techs.
I went for the first time this past week, I was taken back right away and my nails look great! The salon is beautiful compared to other local places, but significantly more expensive in comparison to those places. My nail tech also was not very talkative, which aside from cost is really the only negative thing I have to say!
I went in for a gel change and ended up with a ring finger filed down until it bled. Worst part is the guy didnt apologize but yelled at me for my nails being too thin. In all my year, my nails have never too thin to the point of this occurring!On the flip side, my blood sugar dropped and I passed out while there. A staff (one not working on my nails) went out of her way to take care of me. Got me juice, called my friend to come get me, monitored my pulse, was just so sweet.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. I used to frequent this salon and had fairly decent encounters, but the last few times were awful. A nail tech was openly talking bad about customers and even said they will mess up nails of people who they dont want to deal with again! Seriously? So unprofessional. The last time I went, I wasnt even waited on after nearly an hour and a half even though I saw 3 other people who came in after me get seated and started on. The girl at the front desk, who is often pretty rude, told me that I was waiting longer because not everyone there can do gel fills and dont I know those are much more difficult? I will never be back and never recommend a place with such petty staff.
Horrible experience. Took my 11 year old for manicures and pedicures. The service was awful. We were made to wait, even though we had an appointment. We were never offered anything to drink and they treated us like a number and not people. The girl I had was more concerned with watching TV or staring at her apple watch. My nails and toenails look like a 5 year old did them and the gentleman who did my daughters nails yelled at her because she accidentally scraped hers against the fan. The owner or manager kept hurrying everyone along when they were still working on people. This was my little girls first experience with having a pedicure and manicure and she felt horrible afterwards. Will never go back!
So far so good. I was a first time customer last night. After dealing with a few minor unpleasantries with the front desk staff, Karen did my nails. I had very high expectations and she met every one. My nails have never looked better!!! I have already made my next appointment!!
I’ve been coming here for years and Karen, Trang and Julien have always been my go to for acrylics. I’m super picky as I’m in the cosmetology industry myself and they’ve gone above and beyond my expectations and continue to do so with every visit. This place is a class act and they have my loyalty forever!
