We signed in upon entering. It was busy and everyone was wearing their masks. There wasnt a lot of small talk. The technicians were efficient and friendly, without a lot of the fake conversation banter. My daughter really liked the shop and plans to return.

Today was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. This is by far my fav nail shop so I took my mom with me we had an appointment for 4:30 didn’t start till 5 we both got pedicures and I got a fill. My mom waited another 15 minutes till the lady actually started. The lady doing my fill was such in a rush to start other people she made my nails uneven and shorter than the other side. Very bad with times!!!!! They need to figure it out cuz I won’t be coming back!!!

Wanted toes and nails done, told me had to wait til tomorrow to get nails done, but took care of another customer, did my toes and got polish all over my skin

My mom and I went to get pedicures today and it was the best pedicure i’ve ever gotten. The ladies were so kind and made sure we were okay the whole time. Will definitely be coming back!

The lady that did my nails was nice . But my nails are all shapes an size . My one finger nail the nail is lifted. Smh. I am new to the community an am looking for a great nail place. My nails are short an they are all filed to a slant. They already look like they need a fill an I just got these done yesterday . I wont be back !

After reading so many great reviews, I decided to visit. Got a full set and pedi, the results were great! Michelle was my tech and was phenomenal! She made me feel very comfortable and to top it off there is a diverse staff which is a plus for me. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Michelle for a great experience!

Michelle was great!!! One of the better pedicures Ive ever gotten --great care when providing services. This salon does not nickel and dime you, pricing was exact no surprises!!!

I got French tip acrylic nails for the first time and I let the lady do as she did and I didn’t say anything bc it was my first time, but the white tips were crooked, and so so rounded. I just took my nails off only my left hand after about three weeks and since she used the mechanical drill on my real nail, there’s still some pretty deep scratch marks on them where the nails sat, and I have the ‘ring of fire’ on my ring finger. unfortunately my nails are really messed up, I really wish it had gone well.

Great prices and friendly staff. Just wish they took a little more care in painting your nails. They still look good, but could be better. A faster drying station would be nice too. But overall, its a great place!

They were very friendly, the nail work I would give a B. The price was reasonable. Also my polish could have used another coat.

As a man I never thought I would need a place like this. I had both hips replaced in the last 18mos and found even before surgery I couldnt reach my feet. They have helped and been there when I personally couldnt help myself. Ive only went for nails to be cut and whenever Ive been there they have treated me awesomely. I will most definitely continue to be a customer there for as long as they are there! Dont be afraid to include these people in your sources for recovery when you cant do what needs to be done.

Always top-notch professional service! Everyone that works there is friendly and they always remember your name even if you were only there once. And the prices are the best Ive seen around!

I made an appointment for a certain time and came 5 min before that time to pick out a color, sat down for about 20 min and decided to ask how much longer the wait was gonna be bc my appt was 20 min ago and they said oh we don’t take appointments we tried to tell you on the phone when that is not at all what was said on the phone. She confirmed my appointment time before she hung up the phone. Ended up starting 35 minutes after my scheduled time and the lady that did my nails was very rude even after all of that. One of the nails was a different shape than the others and she got upset when I told her that and when I needed to go wash my hands or go to the drying station she doesn’t talk to me she just points in the direction I have to go. Very unprofessional and aggressive.

Very insulted, not a good way to do business. I called in the morning (1-10-15) to ask for an appointment for my fiance and I. I was told they did not do appointments on Saturdays and to just come in. So we did, we waited a normal amount of time and as my turn arrived I was passed over (for a lady who was obviously a regular as she was on hugging terms with the girls) because SHE CALLED FIRST. When I raised the fairness of this point I was told that they were very sorry and that they would pass my concerns on to the manager. That tells me they are not anxious to receive new business since I was treated with no respect at all since I wasnt a regular. Just something to consider when looking for a nail place.

Had mani pedi done here a couple of times for a special occasion. My daughters also had their nails done. We have all had a pleasant experience with perfect nails each time. Very friendly and dedicated staff.

This shop is so wonderful. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. Its a wonderful experience to be pampered by these lovely people! Id recommend it to anyone!

Called first to verify if it was okay to come at 5:30 went to get a pedicure and fill, was misinformed on the prices however that wasn’t the biggest problem I get my pedicure and after waiting for several minutes a nail tech informs me she is unable to do my nails because she has something to do and that the nail shop is now closed . So I received less than half of what I came for . Very disappointed with the poor service !
