The mailman keeps skipping my house!!!

Whenever I have had a problem, they have been very helpful solving the problem.

This is the worst post office you can go to the guy at the counter i believe his name is kevin is very rude to people they delivered my pkg to somewhere other than my house and befor it even left the post office it was scanned as delivered and now they have no idea where it is and expect me to locate it i only gave one star because you have to in orderto write your comment the actually deserve no star they can close that place down for all i care

Everytime I come to this USPS location it is an unpleasant experience. The man at the counter with the glasses, his name is Kevin. NEVER greets me with a smile. Extremely rude. Whenever I have a question he immediately tells me to step aside & calls someone else to help me. Does not even try. I feel very unwelcomed and uncomfortable everytime i go. I feel customer service skills definitely needs to be reinforced.I went another time to send a package and a lady helped me and she was nice.Visited this location today once again,to figure out where my package is so I can pick it up. I spoke on the phone with a customer service representative prior and she told me they have my package and I should be able to pick it up with NO PROBLEM. I called to be sure I didn’t have any issues.Once again, the man told me to step aside and called someone else. Jimmy, the person who helped me was very nice and went out of his way to figure out where my package was and tell me where to go to pick it up. WOW! First time this happens to me!!!. I FINALLY get a solution a problem. Usually I leave this place with no answers or solutions. Thank you very much Jimmy for helping me. First time I actually get HELPED.

I just moved here last year and I have had nothing it issues with the postal service here. I have had countless items not delivered when they were scanned as delivered only to show up 2-3 later out of nowhere. Then I’ve sent out many cards to family on several occasions that never made it. It’s beyond ridiculous. Worst USPS ever!!

The old man with glasses there was so mean and reluctant to help. I was there to pick up a package and also check the status of another package which was showing as delivered online but wasnt delivered. This old man there handed me the first package and when I asked him about the second package he was reluctant to check as it was exactly 5.30pm(closing time) and tried to give me the wrong information that the package will be deliveried the next day before even checking the status. When I asked him to check again by giving the tracking number he started being mean at me by saying come tomorrow, I have to help others too and Im the only one working here. He keep on repeating the same sentance over and over again as I didnt understand what his intension was. Who in the world will provide you half a service and leave you in the middle because its closing time?!?!?! I left the place and sat in the car and noticed there is another lady working there. I quickly went up to her, explained the situation and asked if she could help me retrieve my package. She was so kind and helped me get my package. Im sure this is not first time she helped someone like this after reading the previous reviews.

Very great staff. One of my top two favorite post offices. :-) No bike rack.

The old man around late 60s with specs was very mean and rude, I had a express package which was not delivered nor left any notice and when i reached them after a week someone on the phone told me twice to come to post office and pick it up, and i went in Uber to pick my package there was no rush in the office and the old man refused to find my package he said there are two many packages and i cant look is what he said, and i have almost waited for 3 weeks for this package, and its from there office that they told to come and pick it up. He was so rude that i broke into tears, he kept saying i keep repeating myself and u dont understand, He is standing there to help a customer . he was talking to me like its my fault that the driver dint leave a slip, the status was deliver was pending and also he was not even responsible for the guy who asked me to come all the to post office. How unfair is it ?? Im not sure how much difference it would make but i just dint wanted to let go a person who treated me like that.I got my package later a nice lady called and asked me to come .Thanks to her.

Nice clean PO. There should be more than one employee at the counter. The men employees are rude. The women are nice.

I always had a good experience with this post office

Ive just moved to town, and Ive already had SO many issues with this post office with packages not being delivered on time, or packages not being left at my house and a note left instead even though NO signature has been required. And they give me NO explanitation on why the packages were not left. They have horrible customer service! Every time I have called Ive been rushed off the phone or talked rudely too. In particular a man who works there, he has been SO rude every single time I have called for different issues. He even just huffed and puffed on the phone when I asked him to look up the tracking and gave me so much attitude. I dont see how you get to be this rude and slack on your job?! I sure hope they get some new employees soon cause it is a shame how horrible all my experiences have been with them so far.
