Right off if 295, easy in and out of the facility. Offer car side service, although I chose to go inside with a mask, it wasnt frowned upon. Quickly processed my shipment and direct me to pick up. Great guy came out on the forklift and was glad to help load it with me. God bless him. Couldnt do my work without the help of FedEx drivers and depots all over the area. Everyone Ive experienced gas been great! Thank you.

All personal very professional

Had a pool scheduled for delivery. Called first thing in the morning to confirm, then they called around 10 to confirm delivery. Had people on call waiting to help us move objects off of truck for 6 hours. They never showed up. I called at 5:15, (delivery window was 12-5), and was told that it’s still back on a pallet at fed ex, and no one knows why. It took me 30 minutes to get in touch with anyone about it. I had the pool installer and electrician all set to come out the next day. Ended up renting a u-haul and picking it up ourselves. All in all very very disappointed.
