Such a welcoming staff, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. I went in to get my fingerprints done and Irene went above and beyond to help me out I had co workers who had a very hard time getting their finger prints to read but she made it so easy and efficient and all of the staff members on were supportive and kind.

This UPS store helped me out in a jam and the staff gladly took 250 packages on a Saturday then the following Tuesday they took another 150 at the end of the day (530pm) and worked hard to get them all on the UPS truck at 6pm. By the way their staff was super nice and helpful

Time after time the staff at UPS goes the extra mile. I sent a package to Saco, Maine. It’s never been easier. She asked for my telephone number and my information appeared. No writing out a label. I showed her my phone and she copied the “send to” address. Done. Everything was made simple. My package arrived within two days. Thumbs up UPS. No more post office for me. Peggy Laplume

I paid $100 dollars to have a part I needed for my truck next day to me I tracked the package a bunch of times new it was on time I took the day off to except the package so I could fix my truck so I can get to work right before they get to my house with it all of a sudden I get a email saying the address is incorrect that the part company sent the wrong address even though email from ups and the parts place all said the proper address so they decided to cancel the delivery without calling me even though they have my number also I talked to ups at 1pm today to fix it before it was to late he assured me he called the truck and fixed it that it would be at my house by 4pm today well guess what that came and went and the lady I called at 9pm says sorry nothing we can do it will get there when it gets there and they can’t refund me my hundred dollars that I payed so I could have my item next day because of covid was her reason why I can’t have my money back I can promise ups is gonna have one mad person on the phone tomorrow because now I get to take a Uber 75 miles each way to work if I can afford it and if not I’ll probably miss Christmas bonus for not making it in and if I do make it in I get to use my Christmas bonus on a Uber super unhappy I was beside myself when the lady was tell me they have the wrong address while she proceeded to tell me the right address over and over again sincerely a very unhappy customer right here

Ive been sending my print outs to this location, today the woman behind the counter tells me they charge for the email $3.... Ive printed out 60+ invitations here every spring for my sons elementary school for Teacher Appreciation week, 2 copies of my resume last week and a photocopy today. I asked how am I to get my job to you if I dont email it, she said shed wave the charge this time. Thats fine, you just lost a customer.

Went into the store thinking I was prepared to ship out an item. Nope! But, the ladies in the store helped me out while in a pinch. These ladies as far as I am concerned, are polite and professional. Will absolutely use this location again.

I came in at the last minute on NYE, past the stated closing time, and saw that it was locked. I turned around and headed back to my car when I heard a lady yell for me to come back. She opened up the closed gate around the desk and processed my two packages. I wasn’t having the best day and her gesture of kindness made my day. Thank you UPS. 📦

I went to this UPS store (Cumberland) because the UPS store in Attleboro, MA tried to scam me/price gouge me. The woman (forget her name) who worked in Cumberland was very nice and packaged up my item using 2 boxes (cut and taped together) instead of a much more expensive larger box. She saved me tons of $. I was shipping to myself (to another state) and when the box arrived, I was happy to see she bubble wrapped/peanuts/etc and it arrived in one piece & undamaged. I was very happy with the service I received at this store/location.

They have provided me & my family many types of services, from copies to pack-n-ship, to notary. Always friendly, quick & efficient. Always a candy bowl for the Littles (or the Bigs with a sweet tooth). I do majority if my copy and printing at a competitor due to the competitors cash back. But if Im in a hurry, heres where I go and I am always pleased. Wish they had a bike rack.

Ive read the negative comments and think that there has to be something wrong with those people, they were in a bad mood, or they had outrageous expectations. I wonder how many of the 1 star reviewers post when they get 4 or 5 stars, or is that just what they deserve and thus expect. With experiences at many other UPS stores, this is by far the best I have dealt with, by a long mile.Ive had 5 or 6 large shipments with this company, most multiple packages. All items were picked up at a local business (used and without boxes, so lots of work packaging) and the items are VERY fragile and VERY expensive scientific glassware as well as electronics, pumps, motors and special glass bottles, all items extremely expensive as they are used in the pharma tech industry.I was scared to death about what they were going to charge me to ship these items and considered driving 11 hours if the price was too high. To my surprise, they had AWESOME rates, helped me out with packaging (as compared to a couple other locations that quoted almost 4x as much for packaging ALONE!!) Once you deal with a bad branch (that doesnt pack well and you get broken items they WONT replace) then you will realize what a treasure a location such as this really is.Thanks again for you and your teams service Aurelia!

I made the mistake of going against the reviews. And, ohh I paid 350$ for that mistake.We were shipping large boxes from out of state and we asked before sending the packages that if they will change the address and ship it to new address. They LIED. On the phone they said they will but once the shipment came they bluntly said no. Their recommendation was to book a uhaul and be done with it.Dont use their services. So many people on their centre can be found disappointed and fighting iver some issue. Highly disappointed.
