This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I just had my car serviced a few weeks ago and everything checked out. They told me my car wouldn’t pass inspection without buying new windshield wipers. This place is awful- they take advantage of people- DO NOT GO HERE.

I’m a fair person when it comes to automotive buuuut, My wipers were purchased less than a year. Once I got in my car I could tell the windshield was still dirty...there was no window washer fluid applied during their inspection. 100% a reach 🙄 Asked for my wipers back of course they are more than fine. Looks like I have a great back up pair (:

I DO NOT recommend this place! Come in with a problem and he finds 10 other things wrong will fix it without letting u know u go to pick up your vehicle and your bill went up about $300. I had just put new windshield wipers on my car a week before it went in to get fixed he tells me he changed my wiper blades they were old I turned around and told him I just spent $40 on a new pair the week before he just looked at me like I had 10 heads I WILL NEVER GO BACK

Took my truck here for an alignment, they did an alignment and I picked it up. Took it down the highway to see how well they did and it was horrible. Steering wheel was not straight and it pulled left. I took it back the next day and they fixed it. Rode straight but not perfect as expected, I figured it was ok. A month goes by and I decided to rotate my tires as I always do and my front tires are shot. The camber was way off and caused the insides of my tires to wear down to nothing. The best part was they tightened my tires down so tight I broke a tire iron and bend another one trying to get my tires off. Go to this shop at your own risk. Good luck.

Very nice facility to have your auto serviced or repaired. Had him do an inspection and they found an exhaust leak and i needed my rear tires replaced. I knew about the tires not about the leak in the exhaust. Had him change the oil too. I will go back regularly

I felt disrespected by one of the employees. I asked simply why my car failed inspection, and rudely told me what is wrong with my car in a bad tone of voice. Secondly, I was at another mechanic shop that didnt do inspections as they were doing maintenance on my car. They never mention the issues that this auto shop mentioned. Thats very bad service if they just want to lie about problems with my car. Galindas auto shop just wants to make money out of you, not help you. Sorry to say, this was not a good auto shop for me. The whole time felt disrespected.

Not impressed. I called they said the inspection is $55. Great, I get there and they take my Jeep back. The old man comes out and sternly says “Do you have your plates?” Well, yes sir I do, “give them to me” he says. He comes back in a few minutes later to tell me I don’t have a bracket on the front of my vehicle for the plate, I explain my husband will take care of it. He says “ok, I will put the plate on with zip ties”. About 15 min later he comes back into the waiting area to say the lady at the window will cash me out. She proceeds to tell me $60, I ask why it’s $60. Not that $5 is a big deal. She responds “Well he put your plates on for you”!! Oh I’m sorry but he more or less demanded I give them to him and NEVER EVER mentioned he would be charging me $5 to do so. The rude old woman at the window continues on with “Well we don’t just do things for free”!! I then told her that the workers should clearly state that and not demand things. It’s a shady little scam they run for an extra $5. Watch out, pretty sure they run a few extra scams as well.

It was the worst experience I ever had. I bring my car for a inspection at 11.48 am and the owner told me that every one was going to lunch and they will be back 1:30 PMI Went back to work., went I came back I spooked to the receptionist and she told me tha will take no more that 15 minutes. And to bring the keys and the registration. I came back and she get up to help me and he yell at her told her to pay attention to him. The when she finish with him she grabs my keys and registration. I waited 45 minutes, during that time a nother customer came for the rejection that he gave him, to be taking care of. He told the rest of us that he gave him a rejection and he wanted to get alot of money for the work, and he bring his car to another place and they charge him more that half of what he was charging him?. then I pleased ask the owner after I waited 45 minutes, how much time it will take, he look at me and told me that if i wanted i can get my keys and come back went i have more time! I THENT GOT UPSET and went inside his shop and told him that I will take his suggestion. The he got more mad and said it will take 5 more minutes and to pay the receptionist. They dont take credit cards or checks. I hat to wall almost a 1/2 mile to the Santander back on broad st. To get the cash. Went I came back waite another 5 minutes to get his attention. He rejected my sticker and gave me a list of thinks that need to fo to pass the inspectionSuppricely the light of the plates that I check the day before wasBurn.? He said that I need the stavalicer bar and so on and so on. I went there because I was recommended by Ray The owner of Town Car USA. That has the best costumer service. Sadly MR Gallindo will never reach his level. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOVATION TO DO YOUR BUSSINESS. Luego, me complació preguntarle al propietario, luego de esperar 45 minutos, cuánto tiempo tomará, me miró y me dijo que si quería, puedo obtener mis llaves y volver, ¡tengo más tiempo! Luego me fui a la tienda y le dije que aceptaré su sugerencia. El se enojó más y dijo que le tomará 5 minutos más y pagarle a la recepcionista. No aceptan tarjetas de crédito ni cheques. Recorrí casi una milla y media hasta el Santander de vuelta en la calle ancha. Para obtener el efectivo. Cuando regresé, esperé otros 5 minutos para llamar su atención. Rechazó mi calcomanía y me dio una lista de las cosas que debo hacer para pasar la inspección.Supuestamente la luz de los platos que reviso el día anterior fueQuemar.? Dijo que necesito el bar stavalicer y así sucesivamente. Fui allí porque Ray me recomendó el dueño de Town Car USA. Que tiene el mejor servicio al cliente. Lamentablemente el señor Gallindo nunca alcanzará su nivel. NO RECOMENDARÉ ESTA LOCAL PARA HACER SU NEGOCIO. I felt Grifted.I would highly recommend not doing business here.I needed a state inspection, the first shop had a 2 hour wait so I called the next shop available from google maps. Galindas promised to see me right away as they weren’t busy, so I drove right over there. They didn’t start my inspection for 40 minutes because the mechanic was ‘having his coffee’ according to the employee at the front desk. During that hour I was able to read more into their 4 out of 5 star google review average read some of their 1 star customer reviews.Next, I initially failed my 2020 inspection for brake pads, rotors, and wipers, which surprised me because I keep my car in good condition. I told the shop I didn’t understand the failure and was told ‘you use your brakes’. Due to poor customer service and the negative reviews I read, I went to another shop for my repairs to pass inspection. At the other shop they told me that the car should not have failed RI state inspection for breaks because the state standard is that you only fail if you are less than 1/32nd (0.3 mm) of an inch, and I had 3 to 4mm left of my brake pads. My wipers were actually low, but that would have been $60 and 30 minutes, not an entire day. I lost an entire workday in the office, paid for 2 uber rides ($30) and I spent $393 on brake repairs that I did not need yet. I choose to do the work the same day instead of fighting the failure because I dont want to miss multiple workdays to contest the failure in person at DMV Cranston and then re-inspect. That day, after repairs, l re-inspected at Galindas Automotive Service Inc. and they passed me in about 3 minutes. I brought up my concern about the height of my old break pads, which I brought with me, and they said take it up with the DMV.

I called in the morning for a inspection, they said come in a half hour and we will do right away. I got there and they then told me it would be 3 hours and I got a ride home . They said they would call me when it was done . I called many times and they told me they were doing it. 8 hours go by and I get a ride ther and they are closed and my car wasn’t even moved.

If i could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to a gentleman about a repair. He told me to bring it on by and he will confirm the issue and then give me a quote on the repair. He could not fix the issue at hand so then proceded to charge me $68 for taking a look. If he had expressed this fee ahead of time i would have brought it else where. When i called to question this fee he said i was correct that it should be something mentioned before hand and from now on he will mention it to future customers. But im still out $68 on top of my vehicle not being fixed. To avoid a rip off please dont go here!!!
