I would highly recommend Timbrook Kia to anyone looking for a new car. I was greeted promptly by Tyler who went right to work to help me find the perfect car. And Carrie worked hard at the financing. They truly make purchasing a new vehicle hassle free and enjoyable. I was in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours.

Everything was good except one small point. Tried to work a better deal/payment. Tyler checked and said they couldn’t. When the loan was being processed, they couldn’t get me the 2.9% (which makes no sense seeing my credit score is 711) so they took off another 1000$ toward rebates to keep my payment where we discussed. If they could do that then, why did they tell me they couldn’t in the first place.

Went in here not sure if I was going to trade my car In or just walk away. After talking to Mike, he told me about the specials going on and answered all of my questions and concerns. I let him know I went to a competitor up the road and they didn’t offer any of the things that Kia did. They even beat the trade in value of my car after my appraisal at the competitors lot. Hands down one of the friendliest places if ever purchased a car from. Everyone was polite and said hi. Plus, I left with a brand new car with a better interest rate than my last! I have been dealing with Mike and Dina for years. They go above and beyond when trying to find a vehicle and make it as reasonable as possible. I would highly recommend a purchase from them.

They kept on messaging the backup phone number even though I repeatedly told them that they were calling and messaging the wrong number. I felt completely out of the loop as to what was happening to my car. Which made it all that worse that my car broke down about 6 minutes after leaving the dealership with the exact same issue of the engine light coming on. I had to get my car towed back into the dealership again only for them to say that there was a different issue that now cost $259 to fix. This time they guaranteed that they test drove the car and are certain that it works. After paying that money I drove my car only to have it break down again 6 minutes after leaving the dealership with the same issue. So twice now Ive been left on the side of I-68 with a broken car after having my car fixed by the dealership.

Everyone, especially Amy, Tyler, and Caroline, are nice, gracious, and so very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the most pleasant car-purchasing experience I have ever had. Thank you so much!

Very impressed with the staff from the moment I walked in. I was kept updated while my car was there for a recall. They did an inspection and found I needed 2 filters. When picking up the car another customer was at checkout so the manager came out and took care of me. I definitely will be back for other services.

When an electrical issue scared me one afternoon, they took care of me right away. I took my Kia to the garage and they brought it back to me the next day. They are all very nice to work with... helpful and accommodating!

I had slid on the snow this morning while driving back to school. I hit a curb pretty hard and as a result threw my suspension out of alignment, noticeable in the fact that the steering wheel needing to be turned to keep the car straight. I didn’t have an appointment but when I got there they were very quick in finding time today to look at and fix my car. They got it done fairly quickly between appointments. And even though I had to wait in the building for almost 5 hours without heat for the first couple, I didn’t mind that one bit. They were hospitable in a business that I wouldn’t generally consider to be so. Fantastic service, nice staff. Almost makes me wish I lived up here when I think about the Kia dealer/ mechanic back home.

Have always been happy with Kea service except the last visit there. Took car in for a recall test on motor and asked that my seat belt be fixed. The seat belt was NOT looked at. I ended up paying a bill for services that were requested I should have done to car, steering fluid flushed and new windshield wipers which I agreed to have done per their request. The only thing I requested be done was not. The seat belts in the Kea forte koup vehicles should be a recall in my experience with them they are worthless which is sad being that its a requirement by law and a possible life saving device in the event of an accident. Mine is not any use as it jams every time and it is the way the bracket is made that creates this problem. Ill have this car 5 years next month and love it but seriously thinking I need trade and not purchase another Kea vehicle as this has been a complete aggravation the entire time. Even after taking the hour drive for service the problem has not been corrected. Irritates me every time I drive and Im not able to straighten it up myself where it can be adjusted and used properly! Thankfully my loan is almost paid off.

We were treated fairly and it was not a stressful situation like other dealerships can be. Transaction was smooth and short. Mike was very pleasant to deal with as well with all the other employees.

When we bought the vehicle there was a small dent in the side. The agreement with the sales department was they were supposed to fix the dent. It’s been a year and the dent still hasn’t been fixed. The sunroof sticks almost every time and upon inspection, clearly it was like that when it was on the lot because there is some type of lubricant in the track. Also, 2 months after purchasing the vehicle the engine starting making a cranking noise upon startup. We took it to Timbrook Kia for them to tell us that it was normal. After that, we took the vehicle back again for the same reason but the noise was now louder. They had the vehicle for 4 days to tell us they weren’t going to fix it. When we received the vehicle back, they put no antifreeze in the engine. I would highly recommend not buying from Timbrook Kia. I will never purchase another vehicle from any Timbrook dealership.

My daughter and I had a great experience when purchasing her First car ! The staff was patient undstanding and we didnt feel rushed . They was very helpful and professional and they even sent a gift to my daughter filled with goodies and ect . We will definitely be back again in the future !

Come into Timbrook Kia for a recall on our 2014 Kia Optima. The repair team was quick, less than an hour. They were thorough, saw that 2 filters needed to be changed and brought it to our attention.

Very courteous staff, explained in detail what was being done and what did not need done at the time of service. Very clean establishment and wore masks and maintained social distance practices.

Great service as always. And very thorough precautions, due to COVID-19, were taken by everyone I encountered. It is always a pleasure dealing with the staff at Timbrook Kia.
