The clerk is very rude. The car wash was bad as my was stuck in the rinse mode for half an hour tried to find number on receipt but no luck until I search from google ( lucky that t-Mobil was good in there) but no one answered my call. I was panic in there with heavy water showering on top of my head and finally it stopped. I came out to complain he said yes I saw you in there. ? And nothing. He said I will give you refund. During the transaction it shows declined so I told him then he yelled at me like when I first entered to pay for gasoline and car wash for being slow ( I am 67 by the way) for not entering the Ralps number correctly, had to do twice. As a small business owner and self employed I always remind my partners and associates that customers are paying our salaries no matter what we have no right to be rude at them and here is the sample at Shell in Culver City across Sony Pictures Entertainment! Not only being rude, he refused to let me use the restroom after I had to stay to dry my car for another half an hour. As the sign said it is out of order. So I assume that when he needs one he walks to the bushes that fenced in the gas station. No exceptions whatsoever situations are. As an Uber driver also, I will tell everyone not to come to most Shell station’s particularly this one. By the way this is my first time to visit Shell because most car wash locations closed. As a driver I only stopped at ampm Arco, United Oil, and 76 stations where they are friendly and let us use the restroom and where they often sell goods more than gasoline purchase!

Car wash dud nothing but spray water. Brushes dud mot work. Cashier called me a liar at furst then couldnt figure out how to issue a refund. This isnt the first time Ive had a problem here but it will be the last..

The clerk was extremely rude. I bought a car wash and the machine never turned on. I went inside to tell him and he insinuated that I was lying even though my car was clearly not washed. I did nothing wrong to deserve how he treated me. People need to be nice to one another.

Vacuum took my bill and never started, extremely rude clerk (Carlos) just said he could not do anything about it or give me my money back, didn’t even bother to call his manager.Avoid this place if you can

Shell is a great Gas station chain.Gas is consistent and they use proper detergents in their petrol.This location is very conveniently located and easy to get in and out of.

Customer service is bad! I hate going in and seeing the lady cashiers. They are really rude. I always go in there smiling and saying good morning, they never say good morning back and always just rush me away even if Im the only one in line. I understand that some customers may give them attitudes, but if Im being nice to you, I expect the same behavior in return.

Good gas prices. Convenient but can get a little crazy in the evening. Plan accordingly. Decent car wash, nothing fancy but gets the basic job done.

Terrible customer service. It says online that the car wash is 24 hours a day, and its fine if it is not open all the time, but the guy working here didnt have to be so rude.

Very convenient location for Sony employees. Occasional long wait at peak rush hour times based on 9-5 work days. One or two times experienced problems with the card readers at the pumps.

Can get busy and you have to wait for gas. Inside I usually get great service. A couple times not so no perfect rating.

All employees are rude and unprofessional! Ive been pumping gasoline there for years and I hate going inside to purchase or pay for gas when I need to. One time I pumped gas and needed air on my tire. I went inside to ask Melsis the cashier and she gave me this mean look and said go! She wanted me to pay for the air 🤔

Most reasonably priced station in the area also has a decent car wash but pumps are a tight fit for larger cars.

The guys that was working August 28 at 4:30pm dont know whats he doing I payed my items came back for another item, he tried to charge me for something that was payed alreadyPoor service.

Its a gas station with a minimart and carwash. It can get congested here and you may need to manuever like a snake to get to a free pump. They optimized the use of space here. On a small lot they have 8 pumps, a mini mart, air,water and car wash.

Came to this gas station on Sunday like I have been for yrs..For gas and an awesome car wash..Only to find the car wash was already closed.As I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot on my phone looking for another car wash open in the area.The cashier came out to my vehicle and told me to move I can park here.I explained to her I was looking for another car wash that was open in the area.She said well you cant park here and walked away.Before I could even finish what I was doing she came back out screaming out me to get off the property or she was going to car a tow-truck.Like, WFT ladies are you ok?I am just sitting in the parking lot of a public business not hurting anything/oneAnd you come screaming at me.. Ive been coming here for many yrs, and live inCulver City!Ill second guess weather I will ever return or not.What horrible customer service.I have never seem her there before, she told me her name was Karen... which I know is not true.In any event management should have a long talk will her, about her customer service.Ive seen many attendance here over the yrs and have never been treated like that by any of them.Very rude and Un called for.

Waited forever to get a car wash and then the wash didnt trigger. Instead of coming out to fix the problem, Hector sat inside and let another car drive in, which subsequently had the same issue. Neither car got washed. Hector than proceeded to give a heavy dose of attitude instead of fixing the issue. Long waits, poor customer service.

This is one of my favorite gas stations for fuel. Car wash is not the best I will not recommend it

Bad service two weeks ago I car washed and gas my car and the guy didn’t service the air pump, states in a rude way “no you have to pay one dollar” ......... no with credit card after spending 50 dollars before, please !!!!!

Automated gas station with prices all under $10. Not the best place, but it gets the job done when youre in a bind.

Car wash closes at 7 so I wasted the drive over.

So it gives you discounts but they also cost a lot so its really not a discount I do like the fact that their car washes open most of the time
