I used to come here for the Wednesday special but seems as though they no longer offer it because of Covid. I had never experienced going through a carwash while in the car. Interesting experience. They did a great job washing the exterior of my Prius.

My car was still quite dirty afterwards…would not recommend

So… as I parked my car at the vacuuming area, I was informed that “Shine & Brite” car wash doesn’t exist anymore. The family business went broke right before the pandemic hit. What a shame. So, I decided to try this company. The little cashier office is bolted shut. When you park to the vacuuming area to order what type of car wash you want; the employee charges you right there on the spot. Credit cards are accepted. The bathrooms are closed. There is limited seating available in the waiting area. I’ll update my post after my Carwash.

It was my first experience car wash in Culver City. All exterior looks good but I found many scratches on the body. It still had dirt on the front window. A part of the rear seat belt was taken and plastic part was broken.

After the car was washed it was in a shaded area so it was difficult to see how good of a job was done. After I got it out they were spots that werent even touched like the trunk area of my SUV and it didnt even look like they touch the dash. Wont be going back there.

Didnt now how to start my car even though I kept telling them. First time using this car wash. Theres no directions where to get your car. Only one attendant wore a mask fully covering his nose. Wont go again.

They did an amazing job shampooing the seats and getting all of the stains off! Loved this place and will come back soon for sure! Thank you!

Horrible. You get there, wait and they take a different car in a different line while the car in front of you just sits there. If you say something they tell you, fine leave. Ok, I did. I will spend my $30 somewhere else. I always give a big tip because I am appreciative of the luxury of being able to get my car washed, but I dont appreciate that they are always rude to me. So, I am taking my car somewhere else from now on, like they suggested, and you should too.

These guys paid close attention to detail. One thing that can’t be said about other car washes in the area. Also, everyone was wearing masks and being careful.Thanks!

$25 wash with $5 tip. I should have asked for some of my money back because the interior was hardly touched. None of the pockets or holders were cleaned out, the rugs still dirty. Would have saved 20 minutes and $20 if I went to a drive through and did the inside mysef

I just had to stop what I was doing today and give a lot of kudos to this shop. My vehicle was shipped to LA from NYC - so was a bit dirty.I particularly looked for a hand- car wash and went with them. Best decision. Staff was amazing and most importantly, best car wash service. The attention to detail - I really went out search for a missed spot and could not find it.When completed, I could not find one drop of water anywhere and was sparkling clean. This will be the one and only wash I use moving forward.I owns a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk and I dont believe it looked this clean when I picked it up from the lot. Thank you!

Express is the key word. Very superficial clean. I’ve had a lot better for less elsewhere.
