Quick and excellently done! I usually go to a $30 car wash in Manhattan beach that is filled with celebrity cameos and pictures of them with the owner but this one was still higher quality and cheaper at the same time. Im glad this place exists and will definitely be back

There is reason why this place is empty. Seriously, read on...This wasnt my first time here, ive been coming here for several months, and today was my last. The owner would not accept the Vons coupons anymore lose too much she said. it was still in print and this coupon should be valid I said, I have small sedan nothing big, and was even willing to pay the new price and weekend upcharge, and she wouldnt bulge. I asked what the new price was, she said to talk to the attendant and walked away. Me knowing some Korean, I asked why she was being so rude to me by walking away a cash paying customer. She looked at me shocked and didnt say another word. I got into my car, and drove off. I finally know the reason why this place is empty...terrible customer service, and business practices, and poor infection control protocols

Great car wash but can do a little better for just standard cleaning

The old Asian lady at the front desk. Her English is very poor. I don’t understand half the things she says. Anyway the was a discrepancy about how much money for the service. She was very unprofessional and was yelling. She said that if I paid an extra $40 on top of the $40 that I already paid for the wash and the inside detail I would get the wax. Then when I realized that the guys outside weren’t going to wax. She changed the whole story and said the extra $40 was for the detail on the inside. Unprofessional and liars !!!!

I dont recommend you go here unless you want to pay for sloppy work and having your stuff ruined. The product they used left spots and residue on my interior and they ruined my sunglasses and sun shade.

Culver City Native here as Ive been occasionally coming here for the past 20 years. I brought a few cars here to get washed and I thought it was good business that the writer gave me a $20 discount on each vehicle as I spend $130 per car. He got permission from his manager. I came in two days later and the new writer didnt want to take care of us as I had an additional 4 cars to get detailed. I guess these guys are doing great. Unfortunately, the manager didnt speak Spanish and tried to communicate that he had to fire the writer that helped me out. NOT COOL! That original writer asked the manager to see if he can get me a better deal and it shouldnt have cost him his job! SHADY BUSINESS. smh.

Wash not bad. But being $10-$15 over charged just isnt good business. I live in the LA area and was in that area for business. They charged me $25 for wash, vac and armour all. And then had nerve to say I had got a $1 discount 😆🤣😂. For $35 in LA I can and have had a full wash, vac, armour all AND A HAND WAX. I hate car washes in certain areas blaming their customer car wash rip off prices on property taxes and high rents.

To expensive. I paid like 26 dollars for the premium wash and my ride wasnt even thoroughly vacuumed and they missed some obvious exterior spots. I feel like I just paid extra for the tire dressing.

Detailer did a good job with hand wax. The car wash greeter said the job would take 45 minutes. Actually took 95 minutes. Just tell people the truth, please. I had a 15% off coupon, thinking the price will go from $125 to $106.25. To them that meant $110. I still tipped $20 for a good job. Ill stick to my usual car wash place next time, where they are more honest.

I had a coupon for 16.99 and when I got to the cashier I noticed that it was 17.99..no problem..when I asked for an explanation the cashier rudely chastised me and said she did not want to be bothered and I should have asked the ticket writer..will never go back.

Happy to be remembered as a customer after years by this friendly manager who worked his way up from car washer. Expensive and the nearby studio execs dont mind I suppose. they also do excellent detail work for cars with tree gum and other ingrained substances

Good wash, I asked for rainbow wash and the Rainbow wax did income on during wash. When I told wash supervisor they sent car through again. Always walk through at these car washes and make sure u get what you paid for. Other then that I have used them for years. The Spanish Lady who has worked their for years behind counter is really nice!!!

I have got my car washed here multiple times, Although they clean it well but its not value for money because you can easily see spots both inside the car and on the exterior that should have been cleaned. I paid $26.99 plus tips to the cleaner and I don’t think it was worth it.

While I was paying for my car wash, I noticed a man complaining that his Mercedes was scratched during the wash. Then my car was ready. The worker took my tip first and then pointed out that the air in my tire was low. In reality, I had a fully flat tire. Their conveyer somehow popped my tire. The owner took no responsibility and he said my tire must have been like that when I arrived, which would have been impossible for me to miss. I had to call Triple A to have my tire changed right there because I could not drive. The AAA guy confirmed that there was no way that I drove in with this flat tire. My tire was somehow punctured by their machine. I was offered no apology or help from Jasmine Car Wash. Even though they are blocks from my house, I will never go back. The worst customer service I have ever seen! Edit: I was wondering why this business has more than a 1 star review -- seems like only the Local Guides have given it a 5 star review. Seems fishy/possibly paid for?

Paid 30$ for a hand wash. They did it in 5 minutes no exaggeration. Didn’t wash the hood, roof or windows.... when I tipped a couple dollars for this incompetent wash the rude lady at the counter said “that’s it?”. For the quality of service y’all provided.... you owe me a tip.

Great Car Wash! Fair prices for the quality of good work. Clean facility with snacks and drinks, while you wait. Theres also some massage chairs, if you want some relaxation while waiting for your car.

So I went here to get my car washed and interior cleaned while my kids were in their art class. I got the super wash that included an interior cleaning, wash and tire dressing for $70.The interior cleaning was done well not the exterior was horrible. There were still bird dropping remnants and water spots on the car. The dust was fine but that was about it. I didnt see the water spots till I got home since I was in a hurry and had to pick up my kids.I dont think Ill be going back again anytime soon.

The most uncurteous staff. Rude. Unfriendly. Tried it several times the past 4 or 5 years. Became worst during the Pandemic. Furthermore they do not accept any coupons or no Senior Citizen.Decided never to come back.Several of my Friends had the same feeling.

This is probably the worst car wash in Venice or West LA area. The car wash here is a joke. These people doesnt even care to look dirty spots on car and are just reaping customers money. Service is also poor.

Got a $90 carwash including tax and then I had to clean the steering wheel myself and oil it after. The trunk still had dirt there and after showing the detailer its still dirty they just kinda didnt take care of it.The body was not even waxed now I have it do it myself

Shine and Brite has been closed so I had to go here. Got the works and was very disappointed. They did a very poor job and barley cleaned my car. They forgot a wheel so I went back and they gave me a super hard time when I asked them to clean simple spots they missed. I’m super laid back and thought it would be an easy fix. I won’t be back

90% of the time, they clean and wash the car well. However, there have been times where I needed to remind them of something they missed.

They half fast the vacuuming and left alot of dry wet spots after the car wash. I paid $25 for a half fast wash, disappointing.

I usually get a decent wash here but today was not one of those days. I got my Jeep back and there was black grease marks swirled all over the passenger side of the vehicle. There could have been no way that dude didnt see that all over it. Unfortunately, I didnt see it until I was at my next stop down in Whittier. I took photos so I wish I could upload the pictures on here. This wont make me stop going here but Ill have to do a full walk around to make sure its clean next time.

Honestly very disappointed in the service. Literally sticky stuff all over my car, dirt spots left behind. The inside of the car was still dusty with many surfaces left unwiped. Was about to go back then realized whats the point. If they cant do a simple job right the first time I probably should cut my losses. U should too. Heard good things only to be disappointed. Youre better off doing it yourself or going to a gas station car wash. Trash

This car wash has been here for years always good to support long term businesses. You get what you expect at the end a nice clean car. The early morning special is the way to go if you have a day off during the week. $13.99, with airfreshiner & armour all tires. Can get packed on the weekend.

Very disappointed at this place! I dont want to say all the workers are lazy, but the guy that I got to clean my car was! I paid the full price for a car wash and the guy didnt clean my wheels. I asked him if he could and he said its not me the guys over there are the ones that clean them whatever that means lol. I will not be going back to this place!

One of the cheapest places to get a regular car wash. I only get the $8.99 outside only deal. You cant beat it. Then, they also have two people wipe the car down using microfiber towels. You should see them go with their sprays and cleaners! Its cool to watch. Hot or cold theyre out there working. I always leave a tip!!

I always bring my vehicle to this facility to get it washed. Paid for the VIP car detail and never had any problems until today, they didn’t vacuum the interior of my vehicle well enough so I spoke with the manager about them redoing certain areas but the manager was nothing but rude. I ended up doing the vacuuming myself. Its not worth it to bring your vehicle to this facility. Real bad service today and won’t be returning.

These guys are phenomenal. You get an extremely clean car for a reasonable price. Dont forget to tip! The ones cleaning after the wash doing the detailed interior and exterior cleaning before handing over your keys do an amazing job, and are some of their hardest workers.

I’m used to the guys trying to upsell you at the front and I’m good at saying no. They did an average job at washing, my main gripe is with how rude and short the cashier was. Not friendly at all. I ask where the restroom is, she tells me and I go to it only to come back because it needs a key which she didn’t tell me. I come back and get the key. This is a petty review but so was she :)Won’t be returning.

Apparently, Complete detailing package doesnt include the complete car. Didnt touch in or around the engine or clean the trunk. Not disclosed in any way as to what Complete actually didnt include before I paid. Over-priced for what youre getting. Find a better deal elsewhere

I thought I was not coming back because the service was terrible, but my son’s Nintendo Switch got stolen. It was under the back car seat. I forgot to take it out and when my son was looking for it, I came back and no one knew anything about it. A lady told me they’re not responsible of any items! I wish I had seen the reviews of this place but it’s too late, it seems this happens frequently.

They did a good job on the outside of my car. Did not have the interior cleaned. The pricing was reasonable.

Prices continue to go up, but the quality of the wash is heading the opposite direction.$18 and there were still bug splatter, and the rims were not clean.

I went in to get the 899 wash and when I got to the counter was 1699 and they told me because I had a SUV but I dont have an SUV I have a F-150 they didnt even do the tires. I get a full nice wash anywhere else for that price. The lady at the counter was not nice! I will never go back and I would suggest nobody go there

Ripped the cable out of my dash cam, breaking the cable. Did not tell me, I found out the next day when I went to plug it back in.

First Horrible experience. They charged $110 only for interior detailing a lot of money to have the car washed the following happened: 1. interior dirty after washed, 2. horrible roof job. 3. sides of seat belt was dirty after pointed I ended up being there for over an extra hour clean job never go back again

I could not understand why my war was taking so long to be run through the car wash. After I complained. The put the car in through to get wash. I very clearly told them not to go in the back because of the merchandise and the money. Very well hiding money. They when to the back, stole office supplies and 20.00in quaters. Stay away from this freaked

This place was fine in a pinch and its cheap, but the staff is not really on top of things and customer service isnt very good. A really loud alarm went off, disturbing everyone in the place, because I sat in one of the massage chairs for a few minutes to take a call. Theres seating outside too if you dont mind the noise. I wouldnt come back

I paid $80 for a full detailed wash according to the guy in charge.. I waited about an hour, about 15 minutes past their closing time. Maybe they were in a rush, but their service gave bare minimum effort. The windows have streaks, not all carpet areas were tended to, and parts of the dashboard still dusted... I could have done better myself. It was useless coming to this location. Never again.

Never buy their 10 coupon wash packages. They expire too soon to use and you end up losing money. I have been coming here for 40 years with two cars. No more after they refused to honor the coupon I paid for. It was 6 days past their expiration date. When I bought the 10-wash package, they did not mention the expiration date.

Amazing attention to detail! I am marking this spot on my maps and favorites. I have not found anyone this good in many years! I drive a Lexus 2016. No one ever bothers to really clean SUVs. Huge thanks to GEVIK!!! He is the car wash man!

First and last time. Went toward the welcome sign, no one was there to greet me nor tell me where to go. Paid for the express, didnt expect a ton, but needed the dirt off. Car came back not clean except for a ton of, what I guess is pollen, spots. The man drying it informed me itd be $50more to handwax it. So almost $60 to clean my car, and just the outside too?! No thanks.As having worked at a carwash, both selling to customers and cleaning the cars, this was disheartening. If our carwash didnt clean it (for even our lowest price wash), we would send it through again, free. His attitude seemed like he couldnt care less that there was an unhappy customer and a dirty car.

Called this place to make an appointment for an interior vacuuming. A very rude receptionist answered the phone. I asked her “About how long is the wait if I come in at 1pm today”. She snapped at me in a rude tone of voice, “Just bring it in” and hung up on me. I think my question was reasonable and normal.

Ive been coming here for years, despite moving and there being closer car washes to where I live, but never again. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. A newer guy who works there even accused me of not paying for my wash, I was a loyal customer, really disappointed, did I mention I wont come here again?

Got my car detailed I just bought of craigslist. It was filthy! Chan and his buddy transformed the car, I barely recognized it afterwards. They really put extra effort and all for a more than reasonable price. I cant recommend them enough!

They do a good job but always expect to wait at least 45 minutes. And dont fool yourself that they spend that time on your car, most of it is spent sitting there. The car is clean but not great. I often do a touch up afterward. But the wait time is terrible.

Ive been going to this car wash for years. The whole time I received decent service and my car was fairly clean for the price. Last time I went to get my car wash I left my beach equipment (umbrellas, chairs etc) in the back of my car. I went home and found when I looked in my truck they were all missing. They stole it out of the back of my car. Sharing this information with my co-workers I was hearing similar situations from the same car wash. Theft of expensive sunglasses etc... I drove back to ask for my equipment back and the manager met me with a smile and a hand shake. Asking me how much I spent at there car wash. As if I did not spend enough. Then went to the back room and pretended to go over video tapes. Came out saying no it was not us I left disappointed and without my equipment. As I drove off I watched him laughing at me to his workers. Dont go! Not worth the cheap price for stollen merchandise.

Gas station car washes do a better job. Save your money and go anywhere else.
