Prices are a little bit high, but the customer service here is UNMATCHED! the GM, Edna, is amazing! Willing to always go that extra mile for her customers. Highly recommend!

Ive rented from Bestway for yrs. Ive had no problems with any customer service etc. The manager Edna has been terrific at helping us with any questions or needs that have come up in a Fantastic timing. The company sell quality brand name furniture,appliances,and other items that you would need. If they dont have it in the store theyll order it for you. In My Opinion theyve also give ones who are in a tight situation or starting over and of course who want to kinda splurge for themselves, that can work better with Low, Biweekly, Monthly payments a chance at getting what they deserve.I can tell you that they are....A GREAT PLACE TO BUY ANYTHING YOU NEED!! I Love The Place!🤩

Got a bridal set waited 2 weeks for the REAL set to come in picked it up and 2 mths later the diamond started glazing over had it checked out and it was cut glass and fake band but was suppose to be real diamonds and white gold bands wasnt any Marks on the band aswell and tried to charge me 2300 for a 65 ring set never again waiting on corporate to call back.before the ring I got bunk beds they brought them to my house and the mattresses were piss Stained and had marker Marks on them after I told them I wanted new.ive delt with rent-acenter and they done a better job bestway is a joke

Will ambush you to get there stuff threaten you with a lawyer and cops. Harrass you by coming yoyr residence 3 times a day knocking on every door. Refused to leave until they got stuff you have been warned dont use best way
