Weve been working with Doug for over three years, and he has been amazing for all our insurance. From buying our first home, to car insurance, and now with building our house. Customer service at their office is amazing. You can call and immediately have your insurance card emailed to you if youre trying to get an inspection and need proof of it(done this so many times!). They are always happy to help and answer questions. I love working with people who treat you like a valued customer and that is Doug and his team!

My whole family has been with Doug for many years. He is always fair and tries to help you out. His staff are helpful, respectful and caring.

They were able so save us money across the board on our car and home insurance. They provide great service. Doug is a great guy. If you are looking for policies other than car/home you might do better at a more specialized agency (this is the only reason I didnt give them 5 stars, BTW). We have always gotten great service from the internal staff and have no complaints with our current policies or Allstate in general. I actively recommend them and am happy with services they provide.

This particular office does not offer any customer service. Kim is rude and does not offer any assistance. You cant get questions answered. They do not explain rate increases. Allstate overall has been a decent insurance company but this office is not a good reflection of Allstate. Fortunately, you have several options in the area so you can obtain a good Allstate agent.

We have had insurance with Allstate for several years for Home Owners. BUYER BEWARE for sure. They gave us decent rates to start and then increased by $400 one year, the next $300 and the following another $250 or more. Doug seems like a nice enough guy but we were taken advantage of by Allstate for several years. We went and got new insurance elsewhere and paid 1/2 the premium (saved $1739.00 per year!). I was happy but sickened by the way Allstate rakes existing customers over the coals. I would never recommend Allstate and they have lost a customer for life.
