If there was a ZERO IN CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS PLACE WOULD HAVE IT. The LOVELY ladies (Marcia & or Robin) who answers the initial call is the absolute worst and should not be the 1st person who encounters your members. In my personal experience dealing with this insurance company the insurance premiums have steadily increased since the lose of Allen Richard and Suzie Webb took over. This being the 2nd reason my husband and I switched to Progressive. Firstly being we have the exact same coverage and are now saving over $700 a year! Cant put a PRICE on good customer service.
